We popped in with two under 9s for something to eat- we were seated quickly, staff were all very friendly and helpful. The portions are large (neither child could finish theirs!) so could have shared one between two really! The children enjoyed it and sat happily with some colouring sheets while they waited. Will come again!

Lovely place, delicious desserts. Tasted yummy Highly recommended. Friendly staff . We ordered liner bueno cookie dough and Reece’s sundae Would return again

Quite good for Kaspas! Staff are wonderful, friendly and always there to help. They are selling cookie dough which really had me ordering which included ice cream with Ferrero Rocher. Also ordered a milkshake which is for the family which was good price. Didn’t take long but very hot cookie dough which is expected to be. Tasted very yummy which was with the other items. I see bad reviews on Kaspas which is very unexpected but actually better than it looks like.

Walked in and waited to be seated. Got talked across the room only once the waiter/manager saw we had a small dog. Makes you wonder how long we would have waited if it wasn’t for the dog. We had no greetings just been told to step outside to eat! My daughters ordered take away. A large table was served before them. The crepe arrived within 5 minutes of ordering. The waffle turned up 16 minutes after ordering It wasn’t busy and one knows a waffle takes longer to cook a crepe so why make the crepe first? Very poor service/experience. Will not be going back.

Went after school as a treat. Didn’t have the ingredients to make the one I wanted. They served my sons on a chipped bowl. Not impressed at all. Wouldn’t rush back

Took the staff a while to sit us and for the food to come was waiting around for what felt like ages. Then the staff forgot items of the meal and didn’t give us any cutlery. Wasn’t impressed.

I waited for over a delivery which took over 2hrs to arrive, no real apology in the delay and didn't offer any compensation for the extra wait. I advise not to use there delivery service if they cant keep to there time slots for delivery.

Ordered at 6:50, original delivery estimation 8.05-8.30 then they changed the delivery time to 9pm, still no sign of order on its way at 8:50.

Ordered food 3 hours ago. Still hasn't arrived. Rang the restaurant numerous times to be told its on its way. After a fourth phone call its apparently been delivered when it hasn't. Have been waiting at the window for 3 hours. Have now been refused a refund. Absolute joke, will not be ordering from them again!!

On arrival we were told to sit and wait, but there were children sprawled over all the seating. Asked the staff to move them along, and she walked away.There were no forms to fill for track and trace. Some tables with 9 people on! Tables not cleaned properly, some not cleared when there were customers queuing around the corner. Seats not cleaned at all. No staff with masks on at all. Waitress with absolutely filthy tee shirt on.Not recommended.

Placed order for delivery at 8pm my order didnt come until 9:40pm rang the store twice and was told delivery driver just left both times , refused a refund offered a free waffle from driver on next order!!!! Was informed the manager would contact me to sort issue , still waiting! ...., think twice before ordering!

Went to Kaspas during the 50% off August special. Just the four of us, we all ordered together. The first three meals came quite quickly as well as the drinks but they had forgotten about one meal, with barely an apology we weren’t too pleased with the lack of customer service we were quite displeased with the visit.

Very disappointed. Looked like the whole place needed a good clean. Toilets were horrendous, filthy. Won’t be going back, such a shame as could be really lovely.

Waited 45 mins for a wrong order Ice cream was served in warm glasses and nut chocolate spread Sent out instead of chocolate and white chocolate. Very poor service and not very good value for money even at half price.

Place was extremely dirty, the floor looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks, shake tasted like flavoured milk, the ferrero rochers were cheaper ones and tasted stale as did the fudge cake in the hot fudge Sunday. The place is run by teenagers who don’t really care about their job or their reputation. A couple were complaining as we left and rightfully so as I saw their plates as we walked past and it looked like horrible soggy and uncooked crepes! Really not worth a visit!!

Waited 30 mins for a slice of cake (which had been ordered hot) and it came cold. Service was very slow considering they weren’t very busy.

Never been here before and for the first time, blown me away. A man named Ross was lovely and treated me and my mates just perfectly, I don't think I've had service like that for a long time. I will most definitely be going again.

Came with two friends on a quiet weekend evening. Ordering process slow, the manager who took my order then forgot what I ordered 5 minutes after the rest of the tables food was delivered, they also gave me the wrong side when my order finally came and then I had to ask for the ice cream I ordered.

Si eres goloso este es tu local: waffles, cookies, crepes... todo casero y al momento, condimentado con todo tipo de toppings: crema, helado, frutos secos, smarties, nubes, lacasitos, siropes, chocolates... Ademas de todo tipo de copas de helados, barquillos, batidos de todos los sabores, etc.El local es amplio y agradable, pides en la barra y solo toca esperar a que te lo lleven a la mesa.Sin duda un lugar para repetir!

Fab selection of desserts, very tasty! Nice and quick Service but unfortunately no interaction with customer

I've taken my kids quite a few time and they really like it. I certainly wouldn't go though unless I had to take kids. The service is generlly poor all round and I get the impression that managers wing their inductions as the kids working there don't really have any customer know how. A really silly but relevant example is that the last few times I've been it's been really cold outside but the staff insist on keeping the doors wide open. There's no awareness of the fact that most of the customers are sat in jackets to eat and complaining of the cold!!

Phoned twice while waiting. Was originally told 30/40 minutes, phoned them after an hour told them it had left shop, phoned them again half hour later. Said it had been sent to wrong address, I’m actually still waiting, terrible service

Third visit to Kaspas (Yeovil), milkshakes are amazing! Crepes & waffles are wonderful! Clean establishment with friendly & attentive staff Prices are reasonable Wide variety of ice cream & desserts...something on the menu for everyone 😋

Brilliant Ice cream parlour.Have tried and enjoyed numerous other ice cream parlour , Sprinkles, Scoops etc and enjoyed them all but this was so much better.Clean, tidy and friendly restaurant with lots of various sizes cubicals which gives a more intimate experience.Our group had a mix of waffles, cookie dough and sundaes all of which were amazing.Service was quick and efficient and prices were reasonable.Would recommend combining this restaurant with any of the numerous restaurants nearby. Certainly great way to round of your evening

Desserts ordered as a treat - over an hour after initial order was placed still no sign of desserts - when restaurant called no explanation and no resolution offered - awful quality horrendous prices

Had a good time out with some friends, good prices and value. The service was fast but staff did not seem hugely interested or motivated. I think they’re lucky it’s a large chain store.

Staff are ok, not the most enthusiastic or proactive. It was very quiet, seemed clean. I have a sweet tooth so the desert was good and at the end of the day, it is just a desert eating establishment. Nothing to write home about.

Customer service was average some rude staff some polite. Deserts aren't anything to write home about and if anything are over priced. Milkshakes aren't very nice at all and if anything need improving. Premises are clean most of the time although I have been before and it was below standard.

For the food id give this a 5/5 but I feel the staff lacked a bit of awareness, we seated ourselves and was told someone will be over soon but noone came, we eventually got tired of waiting and went back to the counter to order our food, I feel like they missed out a bit here as I was a group of 4 and all ordered milkshakes but none of us were offered a sizing option which I presume made them miss out in profit, all that aside the food we received and the milkshakes we had were great I just feel if the staff were a little more aware it wouldve been a better experience.

Me and my partner decided we would stop into Kaspas after a movie.What a disgusting, disappointing experience.We entered and stood by the main entrance as per the staffs request to be seated, 5 to 10 minutes went by so we decided to walk to some seats ourselves. A tall waiter walked over and said sit at table "5" baring in mind the restaurant/waffle bar was practically empty. As we sat down in the dirty seats, to our right hand side (outside the windows) was what could only be described as a homeless person drunk, taking drugs and falling partly over the small wall. I understand people fall on difficult times however we did not expect to be sat in a restaurant whilst he peered in and shouted.We waited another 5 to 10 minutes baring and mind we had to find our own seats and I could see the same Male waiter seat x2 other tables and pass them menus. We never recieved any menus and with the drunk outside the window peering in and shouting we left without any customer service interaction or menu choices.Absolute shocking establishment, I would never be back as a local and wouldn't recommend it to any of my friends or family.My partner didn't feel safe leaving either and we had to cross the road to avoid the spill out from weatherspoons opposite and the homeless drunk outside the restaurant.Awful experience...avoid it at all cost.

It was quiet in there, 3 other tables with 2 or three diners on them. Drinks took 30 minutes to arrive, food nearly twice that. When it came it was ok, fresh at least but looked like it had been dropped from a height. Tasted alright so there is hope yet but unless the service improves, I won't be visiting again in a hurry.

So I ordered Kaspa’s after work as a cheeky little Mother’s Day treat. After a long hard day I needed some good good inside me so I instantly thought kaspa’s. I placed me order ... 45 minutes later it decided to turn up. It took almost an hour to blend an Oreo with some milk! But when it turned up it was absolutely cracking mate. Well done staff for cooking up a storm, delivery work is needed.

A nice treat for my lovely wife. Superb desserts enjoyed by us plus the hot chocolate is amazing. Service was very good and quick. Will be back.

Ordered a waffle expecting it to be hot etc however, took one mouthful to discover that it was cold... As you do, I took it back asking for another one that’s hot for then the manager to have his five pennies worth trying to make me look stupid. As being a customer you should give good customer service helping out your clients but in this case, they argued back to turn around to make a new one. I do not believe that you treat people like that especially a manager.

Visited here on a Sunday afternoon.We were greeted with a smile at the door and led to a table but it went downhill from there.When we went to the counter to order the girl at the till taking the orders was more interested in talking/shouting to her mate across the restaurant than taking our order. In between taking bits of our order she was having a conversation with her and not about work I hasten to add ! It was so loud too as the blenders are right where the till are ! I couldn't hear anything above the noise of the blenders ! We sat down and waited over 20 minutes and when the desserts arrived they were in dribs and drabs also they never brought us any cutlery or napkins, we went up to get some and was told to sit down and they'd bring them over, it took them 5 minutes in the end. The toilets were dirty too and the whole restaurant looked untidy and unkempt. There definitely wasn't enough staff on. I've been a few times now and enjoyed it but standards have definitely dropped ! I left feeling really stressed !

Went with my adult granddaughter after Nandos. Had to change tables as doir would not fully close on a bitter cold evening, Food was good but I would recommend this for younger people not us in our 70's.

Went here as my son had a voucher for xmas. it was very cold don't think they had any heating on. Checked through the menu thought it was very expensive for what it was. Went to the counter to order as no table service but were not told this. The girl behind the counter thought I was ordering take out and was quite taken a back when I said it was a table order it was as if she did not believe me. While waiting to order I saw a cake in the counter most of which looked like they had been sat there for days all dried out. I asked her to explain to me what one of the cakes was. She said I don't know its a peanut thing. yes but what is it? do you have an allergy, know I just want to know what it is. is it cake layered with mousse etc. She said I don't know we but it in, ill get he box. All the box had on it was a list of ingredients, staff should know what the cakes are and what's in them if Customer's ask not good Customer Service. The bill came to £21.95 for 3 items, could buy 5 really nice cakes from M&S for less. I gave her the voucher for £10 a £20 note and £1.95 expecting a £10 in change. She thought for a minute and said you do not need to give me the change. I said no I gave you that so I would get £10 change not a pocket full of change. She looked like a rabbit in the headlights and could not work it out eventually inputting it in the till and seeing I needed £10 change - hopeless

I come here quite a bit, whether its for a cheeky shake on my lunch break or a meet up with friends on Waffle Wednesday (a recent promotion), it's decent. They quite obviously have some staffing issues and the toilets aren't kept quite as clean as they used to be but the food/drinks come out decent and if you're in good company and the food/drinks come out as you wanted, the rest can be overlooked.

Came with a family of 6 to an almost empty restaurant and squashed into a booth. No problem when we asked to move. Desserts were nice but staff taking order and bringing to table looked like they hated their jobs, no rapport, no smiles, nothing. I said goodnight when leaving and the girl behind the till said nothing, just looked at me as if I had two heads! So much potential but staff need to lighten up a bit.

Waited almost 1 hour for a crepe they gave me my milkshake quite quick I almost finished my milkshake before I got my crepe. Guy that served me not sure what else he was doing as there was just 1 poor bloke making and serving along with cleaning and clearing tables. They need more staff.

Awful service, they messed up our order blamed us refused a refund for 1 waffle refused a waffle. Staff were being told not to speak to us. The manager was so rude I've never experienced anything like it. Then on Facebook the waiter blamed a 7 year old for eating It, even tho he gave it to her in error. Disgusting ☹

I've been here with a friend a few times now, and my experiences have generally been reasonably good.The drinks are good, the waffles ok (but not as good as the one I had in Belgium a few months back!), the sundaes are good, but the crepes aren't he best: I've had two and they tend to be a little rubbery.Service isn't their strong point, but I've not had any particularly negative experiences.The main downside to this place is it is expensive!

We came in during the week. We were the only customers when we arrived but it took 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive & even longer for our desserts. A table of 4 that came in after us were served their food a good 10 minutes before us! The staff were miserable & very slow. The food itself was good but I was rather put off by the cleanliness of the toilets. As I approached the toilets & opened the outer very sticky door I bumped into a male member of staff who was exiting the ladies, he'd obviously used the toilet as the seat was up & the hand drier was still on. The toilets were smelly & dirty. The walls & doors very sticky & in need of a damn good clean. I won't be rushing back.

Place needs table service, so many workers able to do this but don't, place was dirty e.g chairs and floors, but the food was amazing. Could do with a choose your own topping as I don't like chocolate ice cream would rather of been able to change that.

Reasonably sized dessert eatery occupying a corner position at the lower end of Middle Street, Yeovil, Somerset.Interior is designed in what appears to be a 1950’s American diner theme with booth-style seating.Having entered the diner there is a “reception desk” from which customers are shown to a table.Make a choice from a reasonable menú then order & pay at the counter. At the time of our visit the staff could have been a little more friendly - “service with a smile” never goes amiss with customers.Tabletops felt a little sticky to the touch.However, service was prompt & our choices were tasty.Toilets are tiled but could be somewhat fresher smelling.This location is wheelchair/disabled & pushchair friendly.Appears to be a popular venue. If passing give it a try - you might like it.

I was walking down the hight street in Yeovil and checked the wed site for Kaspas to check openning time this was at 2240 and saw they that the shop shut at 2300 as i was 2/3 mins away i walked down and the doors were open and 3 males where going inside as i got to the doors i heard the staff (male) tell the males that the crep machine was turnned off he could turn it on but wont. He was rude and all 3 males walked out with out being served at this point i walked away knowing i would not be getting any food. This was at 2245 but your web site openning say 2300 hours???

So I’ve visited this venue two times, and both times haven’t been the greatest experience....Around 2/3 months ago, the first time I turned up at 10pm, the staff were cleaning up and refused to serve me.Although they state they close at 11pm After saying they shouldn’t be advertising that there open and have the open sign on in the front door, they served me a crepe and I left a happy customer.Tonight was a different story.Turned up and once again the shop was cleaning and closing way before the times stated. And we was informed we could only have ice cream. I asked for a crepe and the guy said he couldn’t make it and I asked why he said the machines take ages to heat up. I told him it doesn’t take long to heat up so he could actually make them. His reply was “I could make it, but I’m not going too”And just carried on what he was doing.I will never take my custom back to kaspers and have now initiated a complaint with there head office because of this.

The desserts look absolutely delicious but they taste very cheap! the wait for some of the desserts is very long !

Visited here today for the first time. We were a party of four and the place was almost empty. We were served very quickly and we ordered crepes and waffles and a milk shake. The crepes were tough and tasted like they were our of a packet from a supermarket, the milk shake and waffles were equally awful. All the food was basically cheap stodge covered in whatever sauce you chose. We will definitely not be visiting again

What started as a Friday night treat turned out to be a real let down.I should have known things would not turn out too great when to start with the young waitress took an age to find our choices on her till and then with the final item somehow deleted the whole order and needed to start all over again!!Lets start with the drinks which took nearly 15 minutes to arrive and the restaurant was only about a quarter full. We ordered a tea, a coke and a single, a double expresso and 4 glasses of water. The coke wasn't on the tray of drinks, instead we have to get it ourselves out of the chiller, nice of them to tell us! The single and double expressos were exactly the same size and not hot at all so we sent them back and enquired why they were the same. They appologised and said they would re-do them. However, they arrived back in two different sized cups and looked nothing like any expressos we've had. The waitress told us that these were what they serve, so i decided to go back to the order counter with her to try and straightened this confusion out, not that I should have needed to. I spoke to a more senior member of staff who was most insistant that she knew had to make expressos. In the meantime our desserts arrived but unfortunatley my wife's crepe dessert was almost cold so i was forced to send that back and a fresh one prepared which arrived some 5 minutes later. A few minutes later the senior member of staff brought us fresh expressos but these again were identical in size and amount of liquid. At this point I questioned how come a single and double expresso look indentical. She explained that one cup had one shot the other two and then topped up with hot water, this is how they make expressos here. I drink expressos regularly and have never experience drinks they that. She offered to take them back and refund us, which we thought was the best option. We finished our desserts, made our way back to the counter to sort out our refund as they clearly weren't going to offer to give it back to us at our table.I would say that at all times the staff were polite and there was no issues with getting our dessert or drinks re-done. However, we never did get our 4 glasses of water and by this time all we wanted to do is leave.

The toilets were tidy but by no means clean. The walls and mirrors were covered in a thin layer of scum. In dyer need of a sponge and some disinfectant. Spoke to the staff but they still didn’t clean them before I left. Put me off my ice cream tbh.

A member of staff at the TIL was rude to me. I was about to make my order, and forgot the number of my table, and this guy asked me “ didn’t you had time to look at it when sat at the table?”. They weren’t busy at all, just showed no patience or kindness at all.

Went in on a Sunday evening for a dessert. Service was good. Food was lovely. Really enjoyed it. Friends really enjoyed the concept and I would recommend the Yeovil one.

Went with my daughter and her friend. Waitress was polite and the food was amazing but the cleanliness and hygiene leave a lot to be desired. Tables were sticky, and the toilets were disgusting. Just because tiles and walls are black this does not mean you can get away without cleaning. Has put us off going there again.

Terrible service - 6 staff working and only 7 tables (of around 30-40) occupied, 3 of which came in after us. We only ordered 3 crepes and 1 coffee and it took 20 minutes for the coffee to arrive and over 30 minutes for 2 of the crepes and another 5 minutes for the third. Once the food arrived we wished we hadn’t bothered - the crepes were tough and chewy and covered in excessively sweet sauce. The “whipped cream” is just out of a can and the ice cream is a Mr Whippy-type out of a machine, so I really can’t understand the excessive length of time to cook 3 pancakes and slice up a banana and some strawberries. We had one Belgian white chocolate one, one banoffee and one strawberries and cream. OK, the crepes are cooked to order, but over 30 minutes for 3 crepes? When I asked after half an hour from ordering (I checked the time printed on the receipt) I just got a rather curt “we’re busy” - I’d hate to see it if it were full!! Total bill was £17.90 which feels like daylight robbery as it’s not worth half of that. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered at 9:00 still hadn’t turned up at 11:00pm and they shut at 11, The food is great but delivery is shocking don’t use the delivery service it’s pointless unless you order at 5pm to turn up at 9pm

Wanted to celebrate the end of my dayghter’s Exams so went to Tamburino’s across the road for main course (excellent as always) and then to Kaspa’s for dessert. There was no one to welcome us, so we went to find a seat. We were then told to go and wait by the front desk to be seated. The staff member then made us wait for ages. Not a great start. Only a dozen tables occupied at this point. A surly chap took our order (begrudgingly it seemed) and the food took a whopping 40 minutes to arrive - twice as long as our food at Tamburinos. Our order was 1 coffee, 1 waffle and 1 crepe. Not impressed. Kids said the food was good, but we won’t be coming back again. Ruined our treat evening to be frank. I did try to politely ask if a 40 minutes wait was normal, and the lady looked at me and walked off. Don’t waste your money and go to Tamburinos instead!

Visited on a whim, when happened to be walking past. Sign says to wait to be seated so waited for greeter who came promptly but had a sour "I wish I wasn't here" look on her face and did not break into a smile once so we felt unwelcome. The ordering procedure was explained and there was a lot of choice on the rather tatty menu. Ordered two sundaes which we felt were on the expensive side and they took quite a long time to arrive considering the place was not very busy. Desserts looked fairly good when they arrived although slightly melted (was warm in there), mine was filled to the top of the glass (albeit with a lot of cream) but my husband's was only two-thirds of the way up the glass so not impressive although both tasted good. Other people were having waffles which looked much more substantial and might have been a better choice.

Hi came here ad-hoc for something a little different. Came here for a birthday last year, well what can I say. Rude staff, broken toilet seats, im disabled although I dont like saying that but disabled toilet broken. Toilet disgusting. Floor awful and so many staff just stood around whilst 1 worked. I would def not be back to any of their restaurants.

We made a detour to Yeovil to go to Kaspa’s having had delicious desert experiences at another branch. The restaurant had a sticky feel to it - doors, table, menu etc and the ladies’ toilet was dirty with no paper. I mentioned this to a server, but didn’t see any sign of any staff heading that way.I enjoyed my dessert, even though the peanut ‘stack’ had toppled over into a blob-like mass. I was told this was because it was warm, but it didn’t happen when I’d had this dessert previously- maybe over enthusiastic warming.I like Kaspa’s desserts, but would hesitate to visit this branch again.

Following a lot of talk about Kaspa's I thought I would try it out. We went around Sunday lunchtime and my experience was mixed really.What I ate was great. A peanut and chocolate waffle, and a good waffle at that. Accompanied by a hazelnut latte which was also tasty! After ordering, our order took 30 minutes to arrive!!! The cafe was only half full and we only ordered desserts, not a three course meal. Really??? Price-wise it is also on the pricey side for desserts. As a treat well worth it as long as we don't have such a wait next time.

Not great. So looking forward in going there as a treat. Daughter is gluten intolerant and all she could eat was sorbet. Staff under educated.

Loved the desserts we had here last night,they were very filling and delicious but it was really hot inside kaspas like as soon as you come in, you're sweating from such a temperature change. Turn the thermostat down just a touch guys! And also, some staff were not understandable. Before people jump on me, I am not racist in the slightest however I find it hard to ask someone a question should I need to about my night and then they cannot fully understand me and I cannot fully understand the answer. Good evening treat though but turn the heating down just a little please!

Came here after hearing rave reviews,after ordering took them 30 minutes to do our food with only one other couple in here, hate to see what it's like when busy, as you can see high chair was disgustingly dirty when food came was very nice we had 2 drinks 2 deserts did come in at £19.35 but not to bad as occasional treat.

I came with my mother the other day because she loves her puddings and pictures we'd seen of the food and restaurant looked amazing. However we went in and the atmosphere was awful, a lot of the tables were empty and there was a lot of staff so we were confused not to be acknowledged or seated. Overall staff were rude and dismissive. Was also surrounded by 3 tables of unhappy customers due to lack of food arriving and messy service. My mother waited and waited for her sundae after my order had been served and had to say something. Food looked amazing but was pretty average tasting and got slammed in front of us. I understand it was half term which can be stressful and busy in a work place like this but there was no excuse for the lack of care. Prefer a place with more personality and staff that don't seem like they hate their job.

My son & I popped in here on Wednesday evening to celebrate him passing his driving test, was just a little treat & neither of us has been in here before, we walked straight over the counter & a member of staff kindly told us if we wished to eat in to go to the front desk & we would be shown to a table, we were politely shown to a table & it was explained to us how we order.There is sooooooo much to chose from! We really struggled! I have a mental list of what I’d have next time & next time & next time.... Our order took only a few minutes to arrive, it wasn’t particularly busy, perhaps 15 people were seated.We were impressed with the sundaes, the drink my son chose was gross, watermelon bubble shake with strawberry balls, but he enjoyed it, the bubbles popped in your mouth! I will come back here again, menus were a bit tatty & table could have been wiped clean better but that’s my only complaint, I think the prices are reasonable as far as dessert prices go, no more than you’d pay in a pub or restaurant, It was a nice treat!

Can't believe how much this has gone downhill, when it first opened the food was really good, just been for a return visit and had a dry, tasteless waffle with very little on it !! Won't be going back.

The amount of ice cream in the sundaes is getting less and less my wife had a banana sundae and it had hardly any ice cream in it. I had a hot fudge sundae and it was mostly cake. £13 was well over the top for what we had. Not recommended.

Have been here twice, the service I received was absolutely awful, rude and dismissive! Me and my partner had different flavoured milkshakes, but they tasted exactly the same, nothing like what they should of! I received my dessert after the whole of my table had finished (6 people) and that was only because I’d said something because I actually ordered first and other people around the place were getting there’s and they’d only just come in! They were not bothered, Iv been to many dessert places but I will not be returning here!

Had a long black hair in my food when it arrived, complained and had a brand new dish come out, along with an apology however was put off my food. Visited the toilet afterwards and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned since it opened! Toilet seat was hanging off the toilet and there was a brown splatter on the mirror, also the floor was covered in gunk! Huge disappointment, will not be going back.

Everyone was talking about it and going when it first opened, I went in the daytime, with a group and it was very enjoyable, but the deserts were quite average. Loved the straws, food was served super quickly. Not too expensive for what they were either.

My wife and I took our daughter in for treat in the school holidays. We got there at 2pm on a Thursday so hardly a busy time. We waited 10 minutes to be seated when only 4 tables were empty. The menus were thrown, and that's not and exaggeration, on the table and the staff member walked off. My wife went and ordered 3 milkshake and 3 waffles. Bearing in mind they had 6 staff on a 20 minute wait for the shakes followed by another 25 for the waffles. Shakes ok, waffles cold and no real taste. I visited the toilet before leaving and they were filthy even though the sign off sheet on the door said they had been done in the last 5 minutes.Dirty, tasteless, over priced and staff who barely speak English and couldn't seem to care less. I give it 6 months before the novelty wears off and word gets out about how bad this place is.

Went here today as had promised the grandchildren we would go but was apprehensive after reading previous reviews.The service was ok, we were shown to our table and explained we needed to select and then order at the till. This was the difficult part as the young lady was very quiet when asking questions and the till area is pretty noisy with people queuing and the noise from the blenders etc but we managed to order and everything arrived as ordered. If you consider how much you pay for a dessert in a pub, I think the desserts here are comparable. We all enjoyed ours. The place seemed clean although I can't comment on the toilet area as we didn't use them.

Pas Le "king of desert" pour rien ! Les déserts sont juste délicieux ! Quel dommage que le staff soit si peu accueillant, souriant, agréable... pour y aller régulièrement j'ai du voir 2 serveuses sympathiques, tout les autres donnent clairement envi de repartir une fois rentrée ..ce que j'aurais fait depuis longtemps si ce n'était pas pour les déserts.

First we were seated on a table that was way to small, asked to move and the waiter didn't understand so had to call over another member of staff. Went up to order, no problems apart from paying £1.95 for a small bottle of water! I had a waffle which wasn't particularly tasty or special, just massive! Would have been a bit nicer if it was warm. Could only manage half. Overall I found it very gimmicky and not somewhere you'd go more than once. High prices for average desserts and a dirty restaurant with staff that don't speak good enough English to be front of house.

Every time I've been here, the food has Leah's been delicious! Comes out extremely quickly without a problem. The staff aren't the friendliest of people, could be a bit more cheery! But a great place to go for desert.

Visited kaspas today at 3 pm a quiet Thursday afternoon. They were not very busy but still a table had to be cleaned before we sat down to it. There were 6 of us altogether and we ordered 3 desserts paid at the same time but separately. We seemed to wait for ages for our puddings to arrive and they arrived in dribs and drabs not all together . I asked for cream on with my waffle and it looked awful , like t hadn't been stored correctly, it tasted sour and gone off and was all watery over my plate , I don't like to make a fuss so my son and I just left it and ate around it , but I did complain at the end to a young girl and she said they had been having problems with their fridges for days that others had all complained and she didn't know why it was happening , that they had had fresh cream in but it was still going off ??? Surely this is a food hygiene issue and should be sorted ! I work in a kitchen and the temperatures off the fridges need to be monitored! Before our orders had arrived I needed to use the bathroom , the ladies was out of use, the men's had urine all over the seat and excrement in the toilet , so I opted for the disabled which also had urine on the seat and what looked like either vomit or faeces on the seat and the backOf the toilet ! So as I was complaining to the young girl about the cream I also mentioned about the toilet , to which she replied, oh I've just been in there and given it a wipe around! The same girl that was cleaning tables and serving customers and touching cutlery and handling orders was cleaning toilets in the same uniform! ??? Cross contamination?? I have eaten in kaspas on precious occasions and really enjoyed i but have been totally put off this time and won't be going back ! Oh and finally after all our puddings had arrived our glasses of water arrived that we had asked for when placing our orders!

Today we went to the Yeovil Kaspa's to celebrate our Grand daughters 9th birthday. The staff were welcoming and ours were placed so far so good, when the items that had been ordered arrived it was noted that there was a yoghurt e taste to the cream, we complained to the staff and were told that the cream was fresh in today and they had no idea how the cream could be off, on over herering our conversation with the staff a lady on the next table explained that she had just reported the same problem and that her food had been replaced. The staff did try to do there best to remake our food but as some meals had cream and some didn't the hole party was ruined. I just have to say that a restaurant that specialises in ice cream really ought to be able to look after the raw materials. Our visit was at 17:30 today and I am writing this at 23:30 and I still feel ill. Tony Perkins

Visited late at night after the Cinema.Menu is varied and ice-creams are delicious. Didn't try the cakes but to be honest, they looked like they were nothing special.Asked for my ice-cream to be frozen hard as I have an allergy and the staff were only too happy to comply.Toilets were so dirty I used the disabled loo. I had the coffee sundae which was delicious, followed by a coffee which was also good. I thought it was very expensive compared to some private establishments and not sure I would go again because of the dirty toilet issue.

My husband and I are visiting Yeovil for the weekend to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary. We decided to visit here this evening after we drove past a few hours earlier and my husband spotted it. Let's start with the basics... the restaurant was spotlessly clean and very well presented, clearly a lot of time and through had gone into the decor, it is modern and plush and really is a wow to look at. We were greater promptly by a lovely female member of staff who took us to a table and explained how everything worked. After deciding on two waffles we went to the till and paid and around 5 minutes later our desserts were presented to us! We can genuinely say these are the nicest waffles we have ever had. Crispy on the outside but soft on the inside, so so fresh and the gelato was out of this world. If you like desert and you are in the area you must check this place out! We are just gutted that it's so far away from our home (130 miles is a bit far for a waffle)

quite a few mixed reviews about this place, maybe we were just lucky but we couldn't find anything major to complain about. We went here on a Wet Sunday afternoon as we had an hour to spare before going to the cinema. The place wasn't too busy. We asked for a table of five and were shown to the rear of the place we were asked if we had been before (we hadn't) and the young lady who showed us to the table explained that we ordered at the counter and the food and drinks would be brought to the table. After some deliberation we chose our desserts - a mixture of crepes and waffles. We placed the order and asked for milk chocolate shavings instead of white chocolate on one of the waffles. Bearing in mond that crepes and waffles are cooked to order and made up to order we expected a long wait, but surprisingly the food arrived quite quickly - BUT - both waffles had white chocolate toppings. We had a job to make the waitress, who spoke very poor English understand that one of the waffles should have had milk chocolate topping, which was actually listed on the receipt. However to her credit she took the offending waffle away and after a short wait returned with another with milk chocolate. We found the staff friendly and efficient, the food was pretty much as expected, I've had better and I've had worse. Overall impressions of the place were good, would certainly eat here again if needing a dessert fix!!

Walked in on a whim. Server was unresponsive when we asked for a table and carried on sorting out cutlery for a few minutes before attending to us. Clearly politeness and smiling is not encouraged here. Ordered and food took a while to arrive. The mocha I ordered was not very hot and was flat with no froth on the top. Waitress admitted she had spilt it bringing it to the table. Waffles were really enjoyed by the children. Ice cream was half melted when it came. Huge puddle of spilt drink on floor near us which was left for some time before being cleaned up. On two occasions someone else's food was tried to be delivered to us. Pretty joyless experience for somewhere that only serves dessert.

Wouldn't say the waffles was a top standard. :( i'm actually disappointed. The bubble shake was nice though! Customer service was fab. We were welcomed with open arms. Not sure if i'll come back again for desserts.

Arrived on a Saturday afternoon on a whim to try Kaspa's. Only a few customers where in but was refused a booth seat with the waitress telling us they might get busy. Desserts are very nice and tasty but way over priced. 2 dessert order at £13 is far from good value. Ok for a novelty visit if you have money to burn.

Really enjoyed the pudding I had! But disappointed most of their desserts are dairy based and no soya!!!! As allergic !

I came here during the Witsun holidays it is the perfect place for people who love ice creams but if like me you're not a fan there are also delicious waffles or crepes too. The waffles are massive and there is a large variety to choose from. That's the the only problem here what to chose? It took us ages to decide. The drinks/milkshakes are quite expensive on top of the desserts. Our bill came to £26.00 for 2x ice creams 1 waffle and 2x milkshakes. I thought the place would benefit from some music as the decor is quick retro a 50s theme would be perfect. The toilets would also benefit from regular inspections as they were quite messy and a bit smelly when I visited. The selection and choice here are brilliant and I would definitely recommend it.

The desserts here are really tasty however if you start to add on extras like chocolate sauce, strawberries or change from vanilla ice cream to a different flavour the price can start to increase really quickly!! However as an occasional treat it's worth it!!

We visited on a very hot Saturday afternoon with our elderly grandma,we were seated very quickly and with our fuss but that's as good as it got.We all ordered and then things started to get brought over one item at a time ? My grandma ordered a cream soda float which turned up first and was warm? How can a cold drink with ice cream be warm? We took the item back and the manager explained that it couldn't be warm as it came from the fridge,we asked if maybe the fridge was broke as a cold drink should be cold... this is when he got rude? Answering us back and sarcastically asking if we wanted it put in the freezer,we ordered her just an ice cream which we had to pay again for.I'm so shocked ( as I work in retail) that he answered me back yet alone stood and had a full scale argument with me and then didn't offer to replace the poor drink,we will not be using this place again,I hope Exeter is better but that aside the other staff were very friendly.

Came here end of May with family. There were six of us two of which children 7 and 4. We were pointed to seats at the back and saw the large half circle table was free so sat there. Very comfy and sat 6 nicely with room for our shopping and handbags.Young lad came over and told us to move as this table was for 12. I said we were happy where we were and he insisted we move. I asked why and again he said these tables were for parties of 12 and he was expecting a party of 12 in (whopper of a lie). I asked if he was happy to lose out on 6 people eating there as we were not moving to be rammed into a small table. He still insisted and again I reiterated the question would the company be happy to lose out on sales as we could easily go elsewhere. He eventually said ok and we stayed. Ended up spending over £45 on desserts and drinks which were lovely.The other table of 12 next to us also only had 5 people round it so I'm not sure why the waiter got so uptight. I wouldn't fancy having 12 round these tables unless they were children as there wouldn't be room to lift your fork.Also no party of 12 came I when we were there (back to the big porky). Come on Kaspas be polite to your customers- there are enough businesses closing down in Yeovil

I asked for an ice cream with no waffer as I'm coeliac, the brought it with a waffer, so asked if it could be remade but they just took it out and brought the same ice cream back it still had the indent from the waffer... my partner and friends dessert looked good though..

We dropped into Kaspa's as we were passing Yeovil on way back from a day out with friends, and our daughter loves ice cream.The decor is brilliant, and all looks really smart, we were seated in a lovely big booth, plenty of room for 7 of us, but then told we had to go and order at the till. The menu is pretty bewildering with lots of duplication, so could be made a lot simpler/smaller pretty easily.Kids chose waffles and shakes, we went to order seperately and were told this was not possible and we all had to order together as they couldn't enter the same table number for two orders ?? Then we were offered whipped cream on the shakes which we said yes not realising that having paid £10 for a pudding and drink for a child, we were charged 30p extra for the whipped cream !!The waffles are too big for children, so it seemed a waste, and while it was a nice novelty the kids were hungry when we got home, so whilst its a treat its not a meal, we also took kids to loo's which were disgusting, so for all these reasons we won't be going back.I'd suggest Kaspa's offer waiter service (they have plenty of staff for this), and children's portions, also stop charging 30p extra for whipped cream on a £2.95 milkshake as it is just taking the mick, and get the loo's cleaned and checked properly.

Asked for a table of 2 and was seated next to the wide open door, I asked if there was anywhere else as I was cold so the woman put us near another door! Went to order with no problem, ice cream floats arrived and the waiter had no idea which was which! Waffles arrived and were slammed on the table, no check backs and we had to go and get takeaway boxes ourselves. Four members of staff saw our empty plates and didn't bother to clear them. Then a woman decided to start tilting the tables and packing away around us- not impressed! On the other hand the waffles were good value for money but I have tasted better! The extra scoop of ice cream was minuscule and definitely not worth the extra £1.50!

Myself and my two daughters aged 9 and 7 visited here for a treat. The place was quite empty so we were seated quickly. The whole place had a very grubby feel about it, it could do with a good clean. The food itself was nice, although I felt very ill after eating my crepe. My main problem with the place was the toilets, they were completely disgusting. The toilet seat was broken so you had to hold it up while you were sat on it, and they were filthy. Then there was no soap in the dispenser! My girls both needed the loo so I had to take them, and while we were gone someone cleared our table!! Our puddings were only half eaten and we were only gone for a couple of minutes. By this point though I just wanted to leave so we didn't even bother to ask where our food had gone! We won't be returning unless there was a drastic change with the cleanliness.

I've been four times with differing groups - tried the milkshake, knickerbocker glory, a waffle and a pancake. All were excellent. Service good too, quick service and plenty of staff. Menu choice is huge and something for everyone that likes a pudding!

We were told that KASPAS make lovely desserts, waffles and the rest. WOW! Really great. We went there and so enjoyed every bite of the waffle!

Been waiting for weeks to go in it is very busy at weekends best to avoid then if you can had a chocolate waffle which was very nice and very filling .staff very friendly and cheerful kids will love it
