Very tasty Turkish kebab take-away

Ordered a chicken doner kebab with salad , chilli, garlic sauce and sweet chilli sauce, chips and garlic mushrooms. It took half an hour from ordering to delivery on a Saturday night all arrived hot. All the food was really nice as was the delivery man. Thank you for your excellent service.

I just now go there and asked the guy do you have halal food he yes asked and I asked him do you halal food certificate he suddenly start abusing me and asked get out of my shop... Highly shameful

First of all I don’t usually put any negative complaints to any shops as mistakes can happen to everyone and I totally understand specially because I’ve been a manager myself and is quite hard specially during the Christmas/new year period. I have been ordering the same item multiple times from this people and every time the food comes cold, dry and without sauce. On the last few times I spoke with them through the phone and they apologised, saying that they will give me some kind of discount next order. I understood, everything was fine until today. Today my order arrived as usual, cold, dry, no sauce. Called them, one of their staff being rude to me and calling me “mate” then passed the phone to the manager and him saying that I talk too much. Worst unprofessional customer service I ever had, those people are worthless and food overpriced. NEVER AGAIN. I really hope the owner sees this reviews.

4 out of 5 because there could be a slight improvement overall to achieve top marks. I've been several times without any serious complaints. Service is good, the food is warm when served, excellent portion size. I would definitely recommend getting a kebab from here if your in the top of town.

Got order wrong phoned them up and they said they'd add what they missed to my next order. I ordered the other day said about the extra and they added it no extra cost very good

Shame about so many flies in the take away.Took order and then proceeded to get flustered dropping his chip scooper thingy in the fryer lol a after that it all went down hill. Not very friendly bordering ignorant. Have to say food was okay bit overpriced for what you get. Probably won’t be going back ever

10 mins ufter having the food I was straight on the tolite and found two hairs in my food

User eats say they deliver to our area however if you go direct rude service and won't deliver shocking hung up rude disappointment as we have just moved to the area. We will bother now

Just had delivery absolutely VILE never will order again rip off for money bad portions, chicken is over cooked rubbery and bones in there , dont waste your time..good was cold put the lot in the bin

Do not order from these guys via any app/online offering delivery, they accept the order then they will ring you back shortly and give an excuse they can’t deliver and ask you to collect, if you ask for a refund they’ll tel you it takes 48hrs and need to speak to ‘head office’ ….very rude and ignorant on the phone…..you have been warned! Use at your own risk…

I will never buy food from this restaurant, the i food I received today was very cold and restless. I hardly eat 1 slice of pizza. I will never recommend this restaurant.

Apsoluete joke. Pre ordered at 2pm and they cancelled my order 30 mins before estimated delivery for 17:55. I am Beyond annoyed as they even said on the phone you can reorder for 7pm... I ordered at 2pm... Probably before anyone else and i wont get my refund for 5 working days!!! You are rediculess!!! Could have just said on just eat the esitmated time was delayed.... Never order from here. Could cancel wasting your money and dont get it back for 5 working days!!!

Supposed to open at 4.00pm went there told they wouldn't be ready for another 1/2 hour. Very arrogant and rude.

Took about an hour to arrive, chips were soggy, greasy and VERY plain. Burger was good! Wouldn't go here again though.

In my opinion this business employs criminals and should be AVOIDED! My husband used this place once, using his debit card and then all sorts of fraudulent transactions appeared in his bank account which we are still trying to sort out 6 months later. The connection between this business and ID fraud is in my opinion undeniable.

This place b ballin yo. Kebab meat juicy like uv neva seen. Just took one bite and I was like whhaaaaaaaaaat! Charcoal u serious!? All other kebab places in town can suck my left 1
