The best restaurants serving Default food in Gloucester South West

The guy that served us couldn't be bothered to look up from his phone. When he did, he stared at us. Not even a ‘hello’, ‘what can i get you’. Instead an awkward stare at each other until he actually spoke to us blunt and bare. Great service👎.

This is the second time I’ve used the cafe whilst on a trip to meet friends in Gloucester. For so long there’s been a lack of pleasant/clean coffee shops in the city centre and Jamaica Blue fills the gap nicely. Not had food here yet but the coffee is very good and I have found the staff very bright and cheery.

Ordered a cookie dough while eating it nearly swallowed a piece of glass which stabbed me in the back of my throat rang them up for a refund and they refuse very rude

2 hours for delivery of 1 wrap and 1 pita on a Tuesday evening is ridiculous!!!! Gloucester Grill is soooo much better!!! Will stick with them and their rapid service - even on a Saturday 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

No idea what went on, nearly an hr 20 mins for food to turn up. Luke warm at best

Food is always cooked fresh, staff also very polite and order ready very quick. Outside and inside spotless clean, I had a very good experience always on my visits. Thanks and keep it up.

Absolute great other than I received a 500ml coke instead of the 1.25ltr I paid for plus no sauces but food was great and arrived very quickly.

Got to be the world's slowest McDonald's, waited 30 minutes for stone cold burger and a warm drink, never again absolutely shocking

No food No guest lounge No bar Does not quality as a 3 star hotel 1 star at best See all the other poor reviews , no wonder it's cheap in the week

Always got my order right and food is really nice would always go here over any peri peri food place in Gloucester addicted to Pepes
