Pretty decent, but packing a cold drink with warm food is a bit daft

On the bag it said if the sticker is broken do not consume the sticker was broken my food was cold and 3 cookies were missing I want my money back or my 3 cookies

Service was very good and courier was excellent in handling and delivery

NO CLUE AT ALL FOR FOOD ALLERGENS! The guy was kind behind the counter but he does not know anything about food allergens! I asked the cookie conains milk/dairy or not and the guy did not even know what is "dairy"?! He picked up the allergen sheet and confirmed "the cookie has pine nuts", but no egg. I asked about the DAIRY! Not about eggs or pine nuts. Luckily I grabbed that allergen sheet and checked myself, and I see all of the cookies contains milk. That guy nearly served me food with dairy when I am lactoce intolerant! This is very dangerous, he need a proper training!

Bread was stale and all in pieces on the footlong. And no garlic or cheese on the garlic cheese bread threw the sandwich in the bin.

Great staff, called up about an item I ordered not being available and the options to swap it with. 10/10 customer service, much appreciated.

The Morrisons Daily this is situated is shockingly expensive since it took over from the last vendor and the subway down the road is cheaper. Avoid.

Terrible again the driver couldn’t find me so pretends it’s delivered I said to ring me so I have to wait a week to get my money back just eat is just so bad

You need to allow customers to add more than one sauce on the 6 inch. My sandwich was as dry as the kalahari.

Ordered plant based steak, though I am not entirely convinced it was plant based and so I can't eat it, I really hope that I'm wrong and subway are properly checking the orders and giving the right orders, but I do not eat meat and I'm not convinced they sent plant based.

several of the salands and rolls were squashed. (i have photos if you want them). The driver had x2 large costa orders on top of my delivery which casued the food to crush. The food was late and i had to wait 30 mins in the wind and rain, stood up, while pregant (7months) outside waiting. I tried to call the subway location and aftter calling over 20 times they finally picked up, and said the driver has only just left, this was at 13:00. This is really bad service, the nurses this was for dont want to use justeat/subway again.

My delivery is marked as delivered, at 12:50 it still has not arrived. This is the second time a delivery person has said delivered when it hasn’t been

Not sure what it is with the delivery riders at the moment, but they're all rude and lazy. Recently had food undelivered and this one just refused to follow delivery instructions. He claimed he couldn't understand but then admitted he could. Just lazy. Food was great though.

Came from a different shop than ordered from, had items changed and packing a cold bottle of drink with hot food has obvious consequences. Otherwise, it was decent

They did not follow order, got basics right but included salad not ordered and missed out most the items i had asked for! Very disappointing

Stick to wraps and subways. The nachos are laughable! More in a bag off the shop shelf

Terrible service from a subway, this guy stood with his back to me for 10 minutes before asking if I need help, then said to me the oven was broken and I could only have a cold sandwich

The order was left on the side for ages whilst they told us the order wasn’t ready, once the worked out it was ours it was cold and once we got it back to eat it was the wrong order.

Classic subway, perhaps a little lighter on the toppings than other locations I’ve visited but marginal. Prepared quickly, cooked fine. No seating available and a bit awkward to queue at as it is inside the corner shop.

Missing items from meal deal! Paid for a meal just got 1/2 footlong.

Hash browns were lukewarm. Salad was nice but could be a bit bigger for the price paid.

Whilst the foot long subs were tasty the so called pizza was not. It was a sub roll cut in half, had a hint of tomato and a small amount of cheese. The food took five minutes to order and an hour 20 minutes to be delivered from 2 miles away. I expected a slight delay because I'd ordered at a busy time, but unfortunately that's put me off ordering again from here. Whilst I appreciate the taste of the subs, unfortunately the timescale was a let down. Don't let that deter anyone from ordering, it was just my personal experience.

Almost everything about my order was incorrect. Drink sizes were wrong, sub was missing cheese and wasn't toasted, wedges were missing spice and were cold, and wrong dip. It was delivered pretty quickly though.

Awful spent £40 on food for the whole family including my two year old! For spicy nachos to turn up when they were meant to be normal ones, a missing drink and a wrong drink and the wrong stuff in 3 of the subs itself. Very disappointed won’t be ordering from here again

The salad is tiny for the price. Also I asked for pickles and I was given jalapeño instead! I do not like jalapeños and hate spicy things! Disappointed!!

Not only we had to wait for our food 20 minutes longer because they couldn't find a driver , half of my order was missing so I rang the restaurant to be welcomed by a women who couldn't speak basic English and I am not from hear either but to work in subway which I actually had experienced you need at least a basic English, I have asked the women why half of my order was missing repeatedly because she did not know what I was on about she then told me it's mot her fault and told me to call tomorrow and I obviously said j wanted my food today she then gave me a falls number to call someone else because she said she was closing . Ridiculous time Ridiculous food , Ridiculous service. Never experienced that before

We ordered 3 foot long subs and they weren’t cut in half & the subs were cold when we received them & they weren’t toasted they were really poor for the price i paid but I order my subs from gloucester docks & this is the first poor subs we have had . This is the second bad experience with just eat in a row might be time to use another delivery app .

After an hour and a half I cancelled the order.

Wouldn't order again, it's was mushy and too much honey mustard sauce was put on it. That's all I could taste and the meat tasted weird.. too much money for a sandwich! Especially for it too taste horrible 😕

Ordered a chicken tikka salad box. Paid for double meat, didn’t get it. Paid for extra cheese, didn’t get any cheese. Was literally just a forkful of chicken and some cucumber. Wish I could upload a photo lol.

The driver rang me and told me to come outside to collect the food, he wasn’t even outside he was knocking on somebody else’s door. By the time he found my address the food was cold and soggy, couldn’t even eat it

I ordered extra cheese and crispy onions, which i paid extra for and it sid not arive with ANY cheese. It gets worse my meatless marinara dis not come with any marinara sauce. Just dry meatballs. This has never happened before and i am so disappointed with the missing ingredients.

I couldn’t track my order and my food was late without me being able to see why, however for the entire 30 minutes my order was late, the delivery driver had my order.

The bread is always fantastic. The veggi pate was stone cold and no flavour.

I think this subway is the best for taste and presentation. Others do deliver very messy sloppy sandwiches. Very plzd today

Steak and cheese had no cheese and wasn’t toasted.

Foot long sub had barely any tuna in. Normally filling is a good amount but not this one.

Massively disappointed!! ordered before and have had no problems but today was a terribly made sandwich. Barely any chicken tikka filling, like a shockingly thin sandwich, 2 pieces of cucumber and 5 bits of lettuce no cheese or if there was I didn't see or taste it and then piles of sauce. Makes no sense. For what your customers pay for a sub, this just isn't on.

Nothing was too much trouble for the chap that served us.

Ordered, app said due to arive between 12.40 and 13.00, updated at 13.15 to say arriving within next 5 mins, turned up 10 mins after that, items that were requested toasted/warm were completely cold

The new potato crispers were not very nice, pretty spicy and soggy, personally I wouldn't recommend. Nacho chicken bites were alright and everything else was as it should be yummy.
