Food tasted burnt Not nice to eat

While the food is enjoyable, the service is consistently problematic. Orders frequently have missing items or are entirely incorrect, and delivery times often exceed an hour.

Food was cold and took almost 2.5 hours to arrive

Delivery was 15mins after it had been marked as delivered on here. It was cold and the corn on the cob was missing.

Normally my favourite Peris but the food came cold and the chips were old. The pizza was a waste of money as it was overcooked but also cold when it arrived. It was also late. I am very disappointed

The food was hot and delicious and was delivered on time.

Burger buns was burned a the bottom as the burger itself, and the chicken in the wrap was burned too.

The food is delicious and the staff is very friendly and highly recommended

it took 2 hours! originally it was estimated 8pm didn't come until gone 9pm

The food is always great however the delivery has been getting worse as they are no always late. While the delivery driver is always polite it’s still annoying when you have to wait nearly 2 hours for food

Took 1 hr 15 mins for food. Drinks were warm food was cold. Chips were stale. Missing 1 portion of fries, driver said to call the restaurant as he wsnt able to help. The restaurant said they were too busy and were not going to send us any more food and also refused to give a refund. Offered to send them on another order, which won't be happening....very poor service. Apologised but literally stole my money and didn't give me what I ordered.....!

Haven't order from few months because last time wasn't very good.But tonight order a family plate and guess what the potato was very oily looks like beet frying to warm up 3 times.The rice was old and the corn is pickled.Paid £30 for it BUT NOT WORH IT.Never again you shouldn't sale foos which is not good.

Fantastic food, order was missing some items which was explained and accounted for partly, delivery time was awful and still came late on top of that, however will still order again becaue the food itself is flawless

Estimated delivery was already disappointingly an hour and it still came 10 minutes later than the latest estimated time, food however was perfect

Food is your standard Peri chicken food, never had a issue with it - however, consistently always had issues with the wait times for the food hence the 3 stars.

On this occasion the food was not only late which is likely just-eats fault but the order was wrong. A mango and lime chicken was ordered but instead we received a burnt Lemon and herb which my partner could not eat which obviously completely ruined the dinner plans. If any evidence is needed I still have food as it's inedible to us. Should you need more info please contact me.

chicken wasn’t flavoured well, skin was very stringy not charred, came with beans when i ordered gravy. didn’t bring my drink. worst tasting peris i’ve ever had

Been going to go peri as we are always happy with the food. But the delivery and customer service lately I'd put less than one star. Delivery guy put phone down on me when I asked where he was, called the shop and the guy said food is on its way. Originally 1938, delayed to 8pm then didn't arrive until 8.25 after being ordered at 1830 on a sunday!. Gone massively downhill unfortunately won't be using again.

Very nice but could be more vegetables and halloumi in vegetarian wrap :)

My favourite was Go Peri salad. Never forgot to order. But today got completely different salad. Dressing was totally different, a very spicy dressing. 'Mixed leaf salad' wasn't mixed at all. Missed rocket, missed bird salad - I'm totally disappointed. However, original recipe made me a regular customer, up to now.

Absolutely love this place. Always bring me my 1000 dips that I order 🙈food always hot and delicious. I don’t go anywhere else for a peri chicken order. My fav! Delivery has never been an issue either. You will not be disappointed if you order from here!

Ordered my food took well over an hour to turn up it arrived stone cold ,the next day i had a realy bad tummy upset ,rang up to complain spike to a lady who took all my details for the manager to ring ne i thought maybe they would refund me out of courtesy never heard back from them i wont be ordering from this business again , very disapointing

Once again another cold meal from you people, why do you think I’d acceptable to do, bring people cold food after you’ve charged them for delivery. I rang the shop which is a few minutes away from where I live and allthey said is “ohh I don’t know” obviously you can’t handle the workload. You don’t have enough drivers to get the food out in a decent time.

Possibly one of the most disappointing experiences I have had on Just Eat. I called the restaurant after I was notified that the food had arrived, yet it hadn’t. The restaurant informed me that my food had not been collected yet and they were still waiting for the driver. In the end I got bored of waiting so I offered to collect the food myself as I only live 5 minutes round the corner. When I got home it was clear that my food had been sat on the side for a very long time as it was cold and dry. Also one of the items was different to what I ordered. I ordered halloumi sticks but instead I was given mozzarella sticks. Very disappointing and I will think twice about ordering again for a while

Foods was hours late they called apologised which is okay but as promised fresh food. It was like warm, and order incomplete

Constant issues with this place. The food is usually ok (except the rice - it's bland), but I've had so many instances of them lying about how long the food is going to take that I won't be ordering from them again. Multiple occasions where I've waited almost an hour (to over an hour), called up to be told the driver is on his way, called up again to be told that the driver actually wasn't on the way and they are making the food now. It's always an 'issue with the system' instead of a massive lie on their part. Ridiculous. Have also had them get the order wrong a couple of times. Not worth the hassle anymore, there are other peri places in the area.

Online let’s you place order and redirects you to Cheltenham. Did not realise Gloucester was closed as wouldn’t have placed order and called Cheltenham to have phone put down on me

I am absolutely disgusted with the service I received from Go Peri! Ordered our food at 5:40pm and it arrived at 7:25. After an hour, I call to find out where my food was and was advised the driver had an issue and that they were re-cooking and it would arrive within 15 minutes. Obviously that didn’t happen! Another half an hour went by, still no food, so called again! Was told the driver left over 10 minutes so we waited a further 20 minutes still no food! All 3 times I called I never received an apology! What a joke! Food arrived like warm but did not want to call again as we were beyond starving!
