Friendly staff and quick service. The food was hot and very enjoyable definitely will return

Wouldn't advise anyone to visit. If you really fancy burger king,maybe other location store will be better to go to. Standing there around 30 minutes waiting for my food. Watching at all this chaotic and very miserable workers. They all trying to run past you as soon as they see you. Container for straws was empty Drinks was passed with no straws Customers which ordered drinks needed to spend more extra 5 minutes just to get straw. Customer which come to get some ketchup. Was Standing there for looong minutes waiting until someone finally will pay some attention on her After that ketchup was throwed at her . Delivery driver come to pick up 2 orders , was given 2 bags One bag with recipe on it indicates what order it is , other bag with no receipt or any explanations. Took her around good 5 minutes to find out is it one order in 2 separate bags. Or 2 completed orders . Doesn't matter how many attempts she did to ask to someone Everybody was kept running past. How much I understand shift leader ->Jack was soo busy cooking his fresh patty not caring of how many time person who was on till was calling him for help . Unbelievably Ridiculous Place . Avoid at all

Waited for an hr for my food at the drive thru. With one other car, as it was quiet, The customer Service is awful!didn’t ever bother to rely to my email. Safe to say not coming back here!

Omg this is amazing , love the new Memphis bbq really good with the onions rings inside and the bbq, this a really good burger definitely I will came back for another one haha restaurant was clean , staff really friendly

This branch of BK have not once got our order correct. Just Eat orders are always completely wrong, missing items, items we didn’t order. Really frustrating. Service inside very slow.

The food was ok, my roll fell apart so trying to eat my burger was a bit if a nightmare. The portion of chips I had, if that was a large portion I would hate to think what a medium portion was like. Good thing I don't visit often for nearly £22

Tables and floor were not clean due to lack of staff.

They’re never open, 3 times in a row now I’ve come at about lunch time and the drive thru is always blocked by cones. Won’t be surprised if their closed in the next year or two.

Been to this site many times with varying results, hadnt been fof axwhile but popped in on friday it was very busy when I arrived, I was having problems using the app but the young lad on till got the new manager, who was lovely, helped me get the app working.sraff are very attentive now and so friendly, massive improvement in store.

I don’t normally give reviews, but on this occasion I would just like to give the managers, Sellina and another gentleman some special praise for how they handled a situation the other day. I had orderd food the previous night for me and my wife and tbh it was great. I decided to go in store to give some fees back and see if there was anything they could do. When I arrived there was another gentleman ordering at the till. They were trying to find another order that had been given out incorrectly. I waited patiently to be seen. The young lady had a big smile and asked if I was waiting to order. I told her the problem and she quickly found my order from the previous night. At this point the other gentleman was being very rude and aggressive as the young lady and other manager could not find the order he was talking about. They handled the situation very professionally and remained calm at all points. I wasn’t after a refund but the young lady offered me one. So we’ll done to you both because a lot of people in that situation would of lost their cool 😎 I will be visiting again, if it’s those managers 😂

Very very slow. The double bacon cheeseburger was tiny.

Drive thru on Sunday after 5pm was extremely fast no waiting, food could be bit hotter but still hotter than mcdonalds and guy at window was funny and very polite.

Food was hot and fresh. Service was excellent. The Coca Cola freestyle machine is great, so many choices of drinks and flavours.

Ordered on the app which is painfully slow anyhow then I get to the drive through speaker point and I'm ignored. Then I finally got acknowledged and give my order code and I'm told that orders are taking 15/20 minutes and asked if I'd like to carry on. I was the only car in the drive through and only one other car in the lot.... Uh yea I've already paid for my meal so I'd like it. Anyhow I drive round and wait in the grill order bay and I watch staff leave the side exit and walk over to Tesco superstore enjoying cigarettes. No wonder they are so inefficient.

Visited Saturday night at 8pm, on the door says it closes at 10pm, absolutely dead inside with only 4 staff members working. Ordered on self serve to dine-in. Gone to collect and noticed that all the chairs were stacked on the tables (as if to display that they were closing). Waited about 15-20 minutes for 3 meals. Was given everything in paper bags with no explanation as to why the restaurant as it was. Food was cold, all the drinks were wrong and didn't even get any of the sauces we had ordered. Staff's attitude was as if they'd rather be somewhere else. I'd advise to give this Burger King a miss, give the one opposite the Quays a try or failing that try the one at The Log Pond, any of those are better than this one.

Everything brand new, fresh and clean.

Multiple visits have had store close before advertised hours, or offer take-out only.

Ordered my meal on a delivery app. £8.50 per burger. Burgers were smaller than my hand and the patties in each were dry and the same width as my small finger nail. Will NOT be ordering from Burger King again. 😒

I visited this Burger King yesterday around mid day. I was greeted by a smile from a young lady. It wasn’t too busy, and didn’t have to wait too long for my order. I sat inside, to eat my meal. A lady brought my food over to me. She was very polite. Food was greasy and hot ! Cheesy bacon fries were fabulous.

I use the fast charger in the carpark mainly! 🤣👍⚡

I had a problem with the Burger King app 1st time I'd used it but Ashley sorted my order out straight away no fuss and very professional. He was really customer friendly and very helpful 5 stars ✨ to him

I always forget just how bad the whopper is, thankfully today I was reminded. Very slow service as I guess it’s cooked to order maybe? But then the burger was cold. I mean the patty was once warm but by the time it had the salad, cold bap and bucket load of sauce it was barely edible. 2 stars as the chilli cheese bites are always good. Oh and despite dine in option, it turned up in a bag, but this happens a lot with similar chains in my experience

The overall rating would be higher but there auto service needs updating so you can modify orders as half of the stuff does not have the amendments that you can do at the till

Terrible service by young staff who didn't even want to come to the counter to talk to me. Ordered a drive through, but eventually went inside the restaurant because it was taking so long for 3 meals. 2 of the burgers had no pickles in as they where supposed to. No apologies from staff about the wait they didn't even know I'd ordered. And the expense of a s**t tasting burger costing £9+ each is a joke! I could make a better burger myself for less than £3 by going to the lidl opposite. Horrible meal, tasteless, and slow service, by unmotivated staff, lacking in basic customer service skills.

Food was cold, restaurant was cold. Went with my daughter and spent £26. Always thought Burger King was better than McDonald's. How wrong was I. Stick to McDonald's. Complete waste of money.

Tasty food, kind staff, extremely quick.

We ordered 2 burger meals. Both were just warm and the whopper bread stale. The whopper was also very dry, overcooked. They obviously cook the burger meat and leave them for ages until a customer comes in. The salad in the gourmet burger was fresh tho and stayed fresh like in a cold sandwich. Chips also stale. It was very disappointing and after looking at the reviews, I see it's to be expected. I don't know how this franchise survives or if the manager is happy. All the self service machines are broke too so you have to choose by looking at the quick change menu at the till (it gave me 2 seconds to look at the gourmet option) It has put me off burger King.

Well it's Burger King, quick efficient service, has a drive thro' plenty of free parking and electric car charging points. Burgers could be hotter but otherwise food is reasonable

St Oswalds store in Gloucester was dirty, with rubbish everywhere. Mostly caused by lazy people who did not put their rubbish in the bin. Didn't give a good impression

Cold burgers and chips. Fizzy drinks were flat. And had to wait for it as well. Visit McDonald's over the road instead.

Nearly £10 for a warm veggie burger and half a small box of undercooked, soaked in cheese flavored sauce fries... and waited nearly 15 minutes for the pleasure of it ....nah not for me

Restaurant empty, tables dirty, done cold drinks not available. Burger came out cold, apparently made new one but clearly microwaved as lettuce was hot. Total joke. What are the staff doing when it’s quiet.

Genuinley the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Waiting nearly half an hour for cold food with no apology. 6 other people waiting too and everyone getting irritated. 1 member of staff was leaning on the counter whilst the other swept. Also making jokes to eachother about not washing their hands but I don’t know if that was entirely true. Absolutely appalling, I’d be embarrassed if I was them! Never known anything like it, it’s meant to be fast food! They just didn’t seem to care or have any kind of management. More staff needed possibly

Awful food....the burger was as warm as the salad. Only one of the drinks dispensers was working.....and as for the staff.....think its an understatement to say that they weren't best pleased to be at work.... Don't waste yr money....go over the road and get a Maccy D's....

Staff not interested in interacting with customers Food order points failing to work, sent too till. 10 mins waiting until I had to ask to be served. The extra star was given as once the girl was there she was polite. Overall staff across the board need training on how to behave..

Everytime we go here there are issues. But today we just got a refund and left. One kid cooking, not wearing gloves, watched him cough into his hands then continue making customers food with his germ-ridden hands. The entire place is filthy, so cold it's unbearable and the staff couldn't care less. I prefer BK to McDonald's, but this one needs to hurry up and close down.

This feels primarily like an order/delivery/drive thru BK site - it beats the pants off the one at the Peel Centre (insomuch as they get the orders correct), however, it isn't the best as an eat in location (see other reviews). Every meal I've ordered has been accurate, hot/warm & tasty. Staff seem friendly and polite, I think they don't get the eat-in volume to be top on customer service for eat-in diners. Would recommend downloading the BK mobile app to order & get deals. My go to choice for a burger treat!

Went in today. Before I even ordered went to use toilet. All disgusting, no toilet roll. Place empty. We walked out without ordering

When we arrived at 12.30 ish it was empty. I placed an order no 98 thought this will be good nobody in front. several more people cane in after.. Still standing there while others get their orders. Then 98 cane up to collect order so I approached the counter to collect order 98, was greater with a yes from a male member of staff, I said I'm collecting my order you gave saud us ready.. To find my order wasn't ready. I had waited around 15 min. Then another 5 minutes passed and I was called again, Well needles to say I thought freshly cooked I'm in for a nice burger 🍔. It was nit what I ordered so I took it back and explained. It was bought back after another 5 minutes. Think it was made in a fridge it was all cold . Never will I go again I wasted £22

Very disappointed. You would think with hardly any customers that they would be very quick and efficient but I was SO WRONG!!!!

Just eaten here and now understand why it’s always empty & the McDonald’s opposite is always full. Luke warm patties and stale buns, almost inedible ‘food’. Burger King burgers were always my favourite, but not at this location they’re not.

Bacon was cold. Couldn't be bothered about complaining. Coffee was reasonable.

Found two hairs in my food which is absolutely Awful, one in my chips a short dark brown and one in my burger a longer dark brown hair, people in this chain should really up there standards in one meal no one should fine one hair let alone two l, tried calling with no answer every time! I will never be going there again!

First time in.As oldie found ordering on screens confusing. No idea of options so trying to find what a three year old wanted difficult, some items I selected not ordered. Confirm button not clear. Burger was dry and tasteless. Chicken was wet and sloppy. Never again

I came into this burger king and was not sure what to expect as ive had some previous bad experience at different burger Kings. I went to this and was amazed with the experience and the food was amazing and hot. The staff was very friendly and the food was amazing. Definitely would recommend going here. Food wasn't long either

Food ok, used the drive thru. Manager seemed to be struggling with useless staff. Returned a couple of years later and ate in. Probably won't use Burger King again.
