the chips and cod were cold, the cod had a weird taste to it like it was old. the batter on the burger was rock soild i had to pick it off as i couldnt bite through it. i was not happy with me meal and ended up throwing half if not most of it away

Kebab was dry and Krusty and salad definitely wasn’t fresh seemed old and soggy. COD was soggy and over cooked. First time ordering and quite disappointing

COD packed separately, always crispy and hot. Great piece of fish. I’ve been ordering from here for over 4 years and never had a bad piece of cod. Kebabs are also good. Delivery drivers always smiling and friendly. I should have left far more positive reviews. Great chippy, lovely people

The kebab was disgusting. Undercooked and no taste to it. Tiny bit of sauce and the meat was thrown on top of the pitta bread. Will never use this place again!

They shouldn’t be called an “Italian” pizza . The worst pizza I’ve ever had. The quality of ingredients was awful. I had to take all of the cheese and the ham of the slice. kebab isn’t a “doner” kebab and even didn’t have a sauce, only tried and had to threw it away. Very disappointed

Excellent quality fish and chips, burgers and kebabs. Food is always hot. Delivery is always quick and more often than not, earlier than estimated time. This is our go-to place for kebabs and fish&chips.

it said that they accept my order and the delivery guy was on my doorstep lol so was very early and I never go anywhere else as the quality is always great so I don't worry plus the sizes are huge so will never go anywhere else so thanks to all of them

We had to reheat the food in the air fryer, and to be honest the curry sauce was pretty poor but overall once reheated it was a decent meal, we are putting it down to the driver, will use again, not too bad

I used to like the food from here, but just recently it has gone down hill as far as I am concerned. I ordered two lots of pineapple fritters and only one lot was delivered, I ordered a10inch Vegetable Delight pizza but the pizza only had cheese, mushroom, red pepper. When it should also have had onion, tomato, sweetcorn on it as well so basically not all the toppings stated on the menu were on the pizza, that we ordered. Not sure if we will be ordering a delivery again.

chips where so boring that i didint eat them, could taste a burnt oily taste. The size of the curry sauce was so small wasnt worth what i spent and i couldn't eat it; i always have curry sauce, first time ive ever seen it with a layer of oil over the top badly made - ewww. How can a take away fish and chip place not know that a tied up plastic bag will cause moisture making everything soggy, the bag was full of moisture all the paper was wet and soggy so the food was, yes, wet and soggy. so other than the fish being ok, everything else was very tastless, bland, soggy and very far below what i paid for it. but i want to say a big THANK YOU, now i know never to order from you again.

Arrived lovely & hot very nice haddock & chips but i thought £1.60 for a tiny pot of curry sauce was a bit disappointing…

Food was all stone cold when i phoned they said it was all freshly cooked didnt offer a refund or to send the food back out wont be ordering from them again

Food arrived over a hour late, the food was cold, parts order wasn't met. The whole taste of the food was shocking chips was bland, battered sausage was inedible, frozen one from Iceland would been more satisfying.

asked for no sweetcorn or mushroom on pizza. got pizza with just sweetcorn and tiny bit of mushroom. Children tired and hungry so i gave daughter my burger as she wouldnt eat the pizza

Missing 2 x curry sauce from order

Food was not the best sadly. Chips were undercooked and hard, meat in the munch box was dry and clearly the dregs left, garlic bread with cheese had mushrooms on it (which was not what was ordered) so couldn’t be eaten by the person who ordered it (it was free so shouldn’t overly complain, but they didn’t order one for their dinner because of it being a free item) Curry sauce was stone cold and gloopy. Saving grace was the chicken nugs and moz sticks which were nice. Such a shame as the LRSB has always been good previously.

Chips were a little undercooked but overall good

This place never disappoints. It serves great food on time and they’re very thoughtful is something is unavailable which is very rare. They phone you and offer you an alternative rather then just leaving it missing on the menu like some other places do

only issue was the salad was missing . otherwise great service .. quality

Chips so greasy they were mushy and the 2 layers of paper they were in soaked through with grease by the time they arrived. Inedible

Always order from here for our fish and chips. The portion sizes are decent for the price. This time I decided to try the garlic bread and wow I would avoid it! It was like cardboard so that was very disappointing and it was £5 for the smaller one such a waste of money!

Chips anaemic, soft and all stuck together. No crisp to them at all. Kebab passed but Iv had better. I would not use again especially for chips anyway.

Not sure if we were just unlucky as friends recommend this place but our kebab and chips wasn't very nice at all. Like warm soggy chips, chewy cold kebab meat and very little salad. Swimming in grease. Really disappointing and not cheap either

Cold chips, selected 2 drinks as asked to do, only received 1, asked to select 4 pots of sauces, didn’t receive pots instead garlic sauce put all over both kebabs in which this was disappointing as I then could not eat this due to not liking garlic sauce, rang restaurant about this and they would not fix the issues

Great burger, chips were mostly good but some were undercooked and crunchy

good size portions and cooked to perfection. fish just melted in the mouth and batter was light and crispy. chips were thick cut and freshly cooked. curry sauce tasted delicious and good consistency. would like bigger servings for curry sauce. will order here for my next fish and chip meal.

Food is lovely but can you please make sure you update the status to say the food is on its way. I live in a block of flats and need to go down to the door. Your delivery driver was left waiting as I wasn't ready as the status was still at order confirmation. I'm usually there on time when the status is updated.

Forgot my burger but did come back and drop it off but was cold by the time I got to it
