Sundaes Gelato in Gloucester

Ordered a cookie dough while eating it nearly swallowed a piece of glass which stabbed me in the back of my throat rang them up for a refund and they refuse very rude

Nice place, staff were friendly and attentive. We arrived just after 2pm on a Saturday afternoon. We had pizza and gelato, both were great. Huge choice of gelato flavours to choose from. Very enjoyable. Will return.

Well popped in to take on fresh coffee , First impression lots mess on tables so cleard one to sit .orderd two coffees /cappuccino witch came to table .only £4.90 But trying drink realise they don't actually use any coffee in the hot milk drink we got. No urgency to serve and waste of money

We were going to order 6 deserts costing over £30 but they still wanted another £3.50 for delivery for a 1.2mile journey. So we all agreed not to bother and had ice cream we already had instead. Delivery cost is too high. Need to spend over £40 for it to be free. All other local takeaways, curry’s, Chinese’s etc are free over about £12.00.

I placed a delivery order at 8pm, no updates on Uber eats, said food arrived when it never did, never again will I order from here, terrible experience and unhelpful when I rang to query my order and complain.

The food was great And fresh no problems, staff was friendly, toilets were clean . Quick service didn’t wait long Had a wonderful time would defo recommend families and friends to go here

What to choose 1/2 or 3 scoops, or a Sundea, Waffle, Crepe, or dessert. Plenty of ice creams to choose from include a wide range of fresh fruits, or chocolate brownies or Ferrero rocher ++. Or a slide of cake with a milkshake, Smoothie, hot chocolate, or coffee. There is good access for those with mobility considerations .. no step access to icecream display and seating area. Disable restroom.

Saw this place had sprung up and gave it a go a week ago, nice ice-cream and friendly staff so decided to take grandchildren there a week later for a post-panto treat. Once again ice cream nice but was asked (which I don’t remember last week) whether I’d like sprinkles and obviously the kids would. So less than half a teaspoon of colourful sprinkles was added to the top of a single scoop and it cost....wait for it... 50p more!!!!! Total rip-off, daylight robbery, gold is cheaper per ounce! Didn’t see the added cost until 2 had been done and wouldn’t let third grandchild go without so £1.50 extra for just over a teaspoon of hundreds and thousands. I commented to the server who laughed it off, think the manager (or duty one) was in the background but no comment made. I rarely give a poor review and the ice cream was nice, it’s not the money I just think it s a really poor service decision to charge for it...I’d happily pay it for a flake!

Popped in after seeing this place when passing, did not know it existed until we saw it! Usually visit the other well know gelato place so was nice to try somthing else! Good varied menu I decided to have somthing familiar (Ferrero Roche sundae) and partner had cookie sandwich, should have just been called a cookie sundae 🤷‍♂️. Food was really good, will enjoy seeing this new buissness mature
