The food was ok, but overpriced. The XXL sausage roll was moderately sized. The pulled pork batch was small and underwhelming. Afternoon tea priced at £54!! Laughable. But the thing that really got my goat was the fact when I asked for the WIFI password I was told it is for B & B guests only. Business tip:- if you want to charge customers £54 for afternoon tea, you need to be providing the WIFI code to them, it’s not the Savoy!

We visited this restaurant for lunch today and was pleasantly surprised, this is a very nice restaurant with above average food. The staff are attentive and the atmosphere is very nice being able to watch the chef cook your meal. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for another delicious meal.

This is a nice, unique chocolate shop and bakery for the town, but the products are fairly average, despite looking very tempting and costly. Worth a visit just to try for yourself. Have visited twice now, just to be fair, but probably wouldn't return. The 4 stars is for service, atmosphere and aesthetics.

The most UN-welcoming pub I have ever had the misfortune of visiting, I sincerely hope they close down & the sooner, the better. It's also a "Pub Stopover for Campervan/mobile homes, my advice is, DON'T BOTHER, there is a better pubs just down the road !! Bottle of wine in this pub £22, (plastic cups)same wine in a shop £6....I don't mind publicans making a profit but £16 on a cheap wine !!!!

I visited the MBB brasserie and was incredibly impressed by the exceptional service and the food. I met with the lovely Manager Ionela who was simply charming and helpful. Additionally I was served by Ciaron, Antonina and Samira, all of whom were so polite and welcoming. I would heartily recommend this fine establishment.

This brilliant pub off the beaten track is a foodie happiness destination. Dropped in for our lunch on the way home from visiting friends in Shropshire. Fantastic that they have a proper ale rarebit on sourdough with their own brown sauce. The chargrilled pork chop was perfect as was the baked cod on a bed of cassoulet. The dark treacle date pudding with a big mound of clotted cream was a thing of delight. Great staff, good atmosphere and decent car park.

Seems to have taken a nosedive in terms of service and quality. This used to be a great place to come and relax but not anymore.I understand it's been bought out ( franchise). My latest and last experience...The coffee was awful. Lots of young male staff just hanging around behind the service area, stale cakes. Won't be going back again.
