Getting worse, dirty tables, sent out burnt sausage mc muffins. Everything is on timer in mcdonald’s, so how did they get burnt? Then they still sent them out and didn’t throw them in the bin, clowns.
Put through an order at 19:30 it arrived an hour later but this wasn’t even the worst of it as 3 portions of chips were missed and had to pay a delivery fee even though it was through Uber premium so no order fee. We called up and explained our predicament honestly and were met with unreasonable staff who manned the phone and the member of our group that called up was met with explicit language. They have lost a loyal customer in the process and the food in general wasn’t very nice one of us was sick. Overall wouldn’t recommend calling up or ordering chips as they may not come but if they do they are cold as ice and as cold as the phone operators heart.
Unfortunately will not be using this curry takeaway again, reason being too dam expensive, way too expensive for what you get, other curry takeaways are £30 cheaper!! And you get more for your money, this is basically ripping people off, special fried rice £4.65? Onion bhaji £4.65? I could go on, worked out for 4 people £87. Never again!!!
I'm sorry to say the takeaway Bargain Bucket (6 pieces) we had yesterday was pretty terrible. All prices of chicken were very dry, small and not tasty. The fries were even worse being over cooked, unappetizing, and cold.
I brought it as a quick meal before going out so did not have time to ring up and explain how disappointed we were until the next day.
Upon ringing I was informed that on over the counter orders you have until the end of the day of purchase to complain, otherwise there is nothing that can be done. I expressed my dissatisfaction with that outcome hence the reason for my review.
SO BE WARNED.
40 mins in and still waiting. Worse “fast food” restaurant in town. Lack of staff and endless Deliveroo collections are prioritised over other customers. Very disappointing.
As a regular visitor to Wakehurst I was once again annoyed to see the prices of food and drink for Glow Wild had gone wild, captive audience so catering are making a meal of raising prices. I thought the Stables hadn't changed their prices until I visited a few days ago and noticed a new menu had appeared with a Glow Wild background, and yes prices had rocketed, Cappucino up from £3.15 to £4.00, Americano £3.15 to £3.80, etc. We can't afford to actually visit Glow Wild as there aren't any concessions for pensioners any more, it won't be long before we won't be able to eat and drink at Wakehurst. Goodwill at Christmas, not really.

I have been a regular customer of the Haywards Heath store for many years and purchase a coffee everyday.
Recently I have experienced two issues which I couldn't speak to the store about to resolve at that moment in time as I had take away drinks so reported both issues to the customer services/complaints team but after acknowledging the issues they have failed to respond and ignored any further communications which is shocking especially as one of my complaints was regarding what appears to be a large piece of nut found in my drink (I could feel something float into my mouth as I took a drink and took out on my finger and placed on top of cup to show the size).
Luckily I do not have a nut allergy, however you read in the news about incidents where people who have eaten or drank at other coffee shops have had a reaction and for me Nero should be taking this incident seriously rather than ignoring as I would not want anything serious to happen to someone who has a nut allergy.
I have kept the object and have pictures which I have provided to Cafe Nero but since I sent in the pictures they have ignored me and after giving them a few weeks to respond, I will now be going to the Food Standards Agency (FSA) to report the incident as clearly they are not going to do anything to prevent this from happening to other customers who might have a serious nut allergy.
I also reported an another incident where I had a faulty cup which resulted in the lid popping off and covering me in my hot drink, there was a big dent in the top of cup on the lip that the lid connects with resulting in the lid not being able to connect properly and this was also ignored.
I really enjoyed my Nero morning treat before I started work every day and due to the lack of customer service and care for the safety of their customers I have now switched to another local coffee shop who appreciate their customers and ensure their safety.
Very very disappointing after being a loyal Nero customer for many years.
Ordered a meal today that has taken nearly 1.5 hours to arrive and it had been out for delivery for at least 45 minutes - hot it is not. And to top it all off they charge £2.50 delivery. Even had to call to chase it up and the guy I spoke with at the store had no idea when it would arrive but said it would be in 5 minutes.
The website said it was out for delivery and then indicated it had been delivered when it had not.
Pizza’s were lukewarm and I had to reheat. Not going to use them again - will go with something more local in future.

The food was ok but the place was filthy. Every table was dirty and there was rubbish and dropped food on the floor. I asked a member of staff to clean up and he half heartedly wiped 2 tables and swept under one of them. They were barely any cleaner afterwards. Meanwhile another member of staff was just stood on his phone so clearly not too busy to keep it clean
not a good experience ended up getting food poisoning from BK and feel worst than ever so thanks burger king means so much to get food poisoning from you
