Ordered and paid for 2 footlong sub meals and a 6inch sub meal. The sent two 6inch sub meals and 1 footlong sub meal...plus they got my sons drink order wrong. not impressed.

Food was ok but cold. Think this was due to delivery taking longer than it should have!

Waited an hour and a half for one sandwich! Not good

Kept moving delivery time to 1hr 30 mins after order, when it arrived the cookies were broken in pieces as though they had been dropped

I never usually leave reviews but I wanted to share this experience. When I ordered, the delivery time changed 24/7. It jumped from delivery due at 12:05pm to 1:30. When it eventually arrived after an hour and a half since ordered, it was stone cold.

Food was freezing cold sandwich wasn’t what I ordered.

Stale bread, slap happy approach, the bread was literally like a rock! Complained and they expected me to return it when I was settled at home! Such a waste of money and they aren't particularly cheap. Every time I visit the staff member are far too busy cleaning to even be bothered to serve me, three times now I have been told to wait while she finishes her cleaning chores! just ridiculous

The chicken tikka sub was missing from the order and I paid for it

The worst subway I’ve ever had. The meatballs were inedible. Hard as a rock and like they had been over cooked for 20 hours. So bad.

Disgusting service. Order took over 90 mins to arrive. Driver showed as being at the restaurant for over 40 minutes however when I called the restaurant they said he hadn’t even arrived. When the food finally arrived, I asked how I couldn’t complain and the driver was rude and stated I couldn’t, because he came fast. Food was cold, and order was wrong. Been a bad experience ordering subway through just eat on the last three occasions now. Far from impressed

Hello I cannot seem to write to just eat on here without having to write on a past order it’s about my order that was made that hasn’t processed on here but has taken a payment and I want to re order but cannot till I have my money back. I will be annoyed if I miss out on McDonald’s breakfast time because the money has not been sent back I would really like to have my money sent back thank you

I run a shop across the road and have to lock up and leave to collect my order for pick up. Without fail even though I arrive deliberately 20 mins minimum after pick up time, they haven’t bothered to make it and I have to leave and come back again. It’s not that difficult and whenever I go in there they are just standing around so what exactly is the difficulty? What is the point in pick up time when they can’t be bothered to make it on time.

Food wasn’t great- nachos were burnt and basically not edible either hardly any cheese. Delivery driver was great tho

I older a coke and they sent me no sugar I older Harley, Italian bread and I did not get that not happy with this older

I visited the 80 South Road in Haywards Heath on 27th Feb 24 between 17:30-18:15 and ordered a Plant patty with extra onions. I offered to pay for the extra onions. The Staff (white male) refused arrogantly the extra onions and was rude. The sandwich was also not properly portioned. Overall poor customer service.

I ordered at 12.30 said it would be delivered by 1.05 then time kept changing eventually to 1.35 which was when it was delivered so half an hour late

So overpriced for what u get over £10 for a footlong now both subs arrived cold hardly any fillings mostly stodgy wet bread very unenjoyable never going back! subway is not what it once was very stingy now. Definitely avoid far better places

First time. Work a few doors down and looking forward to a hot & delicious sandwich. Got neither. Luke warm and soggy! On top of which, no finesse whatsoever applied when placing the sub into its cardboard sleeve. As a result, the soggy mess fell apart as i took it out. Disastrous! Won’t be going back.

Subways made wrong. Sauces and salads put in the wrong way round. Due to this one person couldn’t eat due to their sub having an item they are allergic to in it. Can’t call the store can only leave messages. This could have caused a hospital visit and the only thing you can do if you don’t order direct is through just eat or leaving a message with the store. I find this a joke and I’m very upset. This isn’t something that happens at this subway but what’s made it worse is the lack of being able to contact someone

Second time this year I have ordered delivery and they put the ingredients in the wrong sandwich. I ordered a 6 inch with lots of veg and mayo and a footlong with different veg and BBQ. They put the ingredients for the 6 inch in the footlong, and vice versa. So to get the ingrediants we ordered, my other half would have to have two half sandwiches on a bread she doesn’t like and I have one half sandwich on a bread which I don’t like.

The worst Subway! Missing items every single time. They put 0 effort into it.

we said not toasted for one of the subs on the app and they still toasted it, denying our request therefore lowering our order satisfaction

I ordered a meal deal and some sides but although I received the sandwich with the meal deal, the colddrink, crisps and cookie were all missing - definitely not a meal deal but charged a meal deal price! Not Happy!

Been in here several times and also ordered delivery too. Eating in is ok but you can wait ages to be served as they have very few staff here and the shop is small so not many places to sit to eat. On delivery it’s good service food is always hot and fresh never had any issues with subs being wrong etc but I have had cookies substituted which they just stuck a note in the bag saying hope this is ok when really you should be phoning the customer to check- for all they know I could have allergies or not like certain things. I had to get a refund as they were not the cookies I’d paid for and they didn’t ask me. Other than that great service.

Subway delivery arrived stone cold, with the wrong salad choices and awful presentation as the food was all squashed and messy. Burgess Hill branch is way better.

Presentation was awful. Very messy and wrong salad, also arrived cold despite subway from further away arriving piping hot. Do not recommend, Burgess Hill branch is way better.

Great food and once a delivery driver had been found, quick delivery from shop to home. Pretty expensive for a sandwich, but was tasty and made my little boy happy - thanks

The driver went the wrong way initially, so my food was about 15 minutes late. He called me twice to find out where I was, despite leaving a note on my order as to where I would meet him. The food was lovely though.

Awful store - sent a completely wrong order out, called up store and didn’t do anything. Not even apologetic. Had issues multiple times with this branch, don’t visit!

1). Cold food through Uber Eats 2). No one is answering the Subway phone 3). They have ruined breakfast for me, and if someone doesn't get back to me soon I will be driving to the store to return these items myself. Completely unacceptable when all I've ever had from this branch was good service. Take some accountability and responsibility as a business, people are paying you, every item was cold and I even had a note in my bag to say "sorry no seeded bread" are you taking the mick?

Don't order from deliveroo or uber if you wan't a subway. They don't make it the way you request it. Food is ALWAYS cold on arrival. Honestly the worst subway in the south east.

I ordered a mighty meaty at 3:30pm to be delivered at 4pm through the just eat app, as I was having to work late at an awards ceremony and I didn’t have time to go home to eat. At 4pm the subway store called to say they didn’t have any meatballs, so I asked if I could swap the meatballs for steak. I was told that it was not store policy, yet I’ve been able to do similar at other Subway’s so it can’t be that big a deal. The store refused, which left me without any food, as I’m limited on what I can eat due to food intolerances and I didn’t have time to go through the menu and check ingredients again. I’m really disappointed as this was my first experience of ‘Just Eat’ and I was in a real jam, so this is what this is for. Now I’ve got to go without food until the event finishes which could be anytime. Very disappointed and won’t be using this service again

Staff rude, unhelpful and impatient! Order missing food but as I took 5 mins to reply they sent my order missing food and wouldn’t refund me! Service is disgusting! I’m so angry with how rude the staff are and how unwilling they are to help even when it’s their mistake! Taking my money and not delivering the food is literal theft! Not even so much as an apology! If I could give negative stars I would!

I got everything I ordered but the time was so bad

So ordered a mega meat. For it to turn up with no meatballs. Rang restaurant. And was told to they had ran out of meatballs a so they just sent it without. I asked about refund they said you have to co fact just eat and maybe you’ll get one. I wouldn’t have minded but all my contact details pre on the receipt they receive including my phone number they could have rang me to inform me and I could have changed my mind or be like yea that’s fine. Luckily just eat have started a refund request. It’s just poor when I ring up for the gentlemen To say yea I wrote a note. Which he didn’t. If you don’t have something you don’t just simply charge the same price and send it without.

Only person in the queue yet waited 15 minutes for a half empty sub because internet orders seem to take priority? To be fair only one member of staff having to deal with everything. Never again.

As a regular Subway customer, having tried various outlets across the UK, I could not find fault with this order, came warm, about the same as in store. Nothing was missed, and well presented, tasty food. New to the area, so will definitely be ordering from here again, may even pop in store.

Went in Subway today in Haywards Heath, asked for the £5.60 meal deal meat ball sandwich, the server said that wasn't available for the meatball sandwich. There was an advert for it right above, so I asked if the advert is out of date. She then got all upset asking her colleague to come deal with me, they started arguing like two little schoolgirls which one should serve me, I said no need will go somewhere else, thank you! Definitely loss of money and clientele with those two!!!

One of the sandwiches was drenched in sause and was awful i couldnt even eat it and the ither one has next to no sauce I would like a refund for it , this is a joke
