Ordered a meal today that has taken nearly 1.5 hours to arrive and it had been out for delivery for at least 45 minutes - hot it is not. And to top it all off they charge £2.50 delivery. Even had to call to chase it up and the guy I spoke with at the store had no idea when it would arrive but said it would be in 5 minutes. The website said it was out for delivery and then indicated it had been delivered when it had not. Pizza’s were lukewarm and I had to reheat. Not going to use them again - will go with something more local in future.

Used this company for years every week then they started cutting corners on the toppings less and less for your money dont go there anymore make my own.

Civic WayBeen stuck in there for 40 minutes whilst delivery orders are fully prioritized and customers waiting for 30 minutes + whilst staff calling out the wrong bloody order numbers . Food was awful and not put together with sauce covering the burgers . Would not recommend to somewhere else or kfc unless if your ordering a long wait

51 Station Road, Burgess Hill RH15 9DE EnglandPizza came with lots of toppings and was cooked to perfection. Had a wonderful lady called Emma who helped me out over the phone with some amazing customer service. Pizza was delivered promptly and was still steaming hot. I will be ordering again from such an amazing franchise.
