KB Kebab & Burger House in Mid Sussex

Put through an order at 19:30 it arrived an hour later but this wasn’t even the worst of it as 3 portions of chips were missed and had to pay a delivery fee even though it was through Uber premium so no order fee. We called up and explained our predicament honestly and were met with unreasonable staff who manned the phone and the member of our group that called up was met with explicit language. They have lost a loyal customer in the process and the food in general wasn’t very nice one of us was sick. Overall wouldn’t recommend calling up or ordering chips as they may not come but if they do they are cold as ice and as cold as the phone operators heart.

Absolutely fantastic kebabs at very reasonable prices. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Best Kebab shop, in my opinion, for miles around!

Excellent customer service, very personal with each piece of food served with love and passion. Aesthetics of the shop are beautiful and unmatched. Overall a heavenly establishment to visit. 10/10 would scran again :)

Really disappointed with this place, we have used them for years always delivered never collected, we placed an order this evening via online to be delivered, we get a call to say the food is waiting for collection, they Said they we had it down as a collection!!! Their customer service is atrocious, said they wouldn’t refund the money and send the delivery through even though it had been sitting there for over an hour. Not impressed and will not be using them ever again.

Called to order a delivery , could not believe how rude the man was , told me he was to busy and to hurry up and make up my mind ( I only asked to change my order from a regular to a large ) told me it would be hour and half wait ! Extremely rude will never ever use again !!!!

I unfortunately had a bad experience. They completely ignored what I asked for and the quality of the food was not good. Unfortunately one of the worst takeaway experiences I have had. I ordered donner meat and cheesey chips with garlic mayo and got a full donner kabab with chilli sauce, overcooked chips with the tiniest bit of cheese. My girlfriend ordered a cheese burger with ketchup and garlic mayo and got no sauce on her burger. The service was uninviting and soulless and I'm really disappointed. I am not one to leave a bad review but I'm left with no choice as I'm truly unimpressed

Ordered online and advised a 45 minute wait. 2 hours later and still no food. Requested a refund and cancel order but told not an option. Last time we will use this restaurant and strongly advise others to avoid as well. Appalling customer service.

Ordered a takeaway from here Monday night as Kebab house we usually used was shut. Was shocked how much they charge for large chips £5.50 and they arnt even that large or nice . Kebab in fairness was nice but chips weren’t great and for that price you would expect better. I’ll be sticking with our normal kebab house.

Ordered from KB KEBABS And they sent us no food and gave us no refund. Literally robbed us blind. When we went to the shop their customer service was awful

As the below review I got 2 kebabs and chips last night and it was £29 ! Massive price increase £10 for a large doner , £18 for a mixed kebab ! Portion size and meat quality not improved . Not sure how COVID is to blame as they have been open throughout who pandemic and takeaway industry have done quite well during covid , only costs I can see is the cost of a handful on the counter they have ! Probably won’t return having been going for many years now at those prices , you can get a decent restaurant meal for cheaper

We have used KB kebabs for many years, both delivery & take away. Really shocked tonight to be told the price for 2 large chicken kebabs & a portion of chips was £29 ! When I asked why the price increase was so high ? I was told it’s due to COVID ? Such a shame. I am sure with such a increase people will look elsewhere for a take away 🥲

Appalling . Food order was wrong, staff refused to rectify and were aggressive. Disgusting. Stay away

Called to chase as my partner is diabetic and my 12 year old daughter are hungry when asked if the order was on its way as we were told 60 minutes and after 90 minutes called them to be spoken to very rudely and hung up on. Called back and confronted another member of staff he kept calling me "love" "young lady" or "darling" and was disrespectful. They said they were busy which is fine but if they had been honest on their main page then this would have been fine and we would have ordered elsewhere. So rude and unhelpful, ended up cancelling order and hope the money is refunded without delay. AVOID

So many food outlets are claiming their card machines aren't working, which translates to we want cash as we don't want it to go through the books, 1 order lost and 1 customer lost

Been going since the day it opened, every so often they forget something on the order (normally the chips)This happened on the 7th August to me, no worries add to next order I agreed after ringing themWell ordered my Kebab online tonight and rang the guy to say add the small chips and got a mouthful from him, “anyone could ring up and say the chips were missing last time”Are you serious!!??You think I really need to try and blag £3 chips?Will use Generous or Charcoal grill from now on

Always had great kebabs from this place but the chips are not the best. They are very cardboard like and dry and not much potato in them. The delivery people are always nice but their telephone manner could be better sometimes

Been here a few times and previously not bad. However last time I was asked to pay over the phone, I was then told this did not go through so told place the order online, ended up being charged twice. Called to ask for a refund and was told I needed to come into the shop. As we are in lockdown this is not advised. I then said I could come into collect to show 2 payments had been taken but they said they would not accept this unless I went to the bank for a print out of the statement. In the current situation of lockdown this is not advised, and I am shocked at the lack of compassion they have. I will be taking this up with my card company to receive the refund and would never advise anyone of going here in future.

Wow, this place is so over priced for the quality of food... £12 for doner meat and chips which in actual fact was FULL of grease and not very nice at all, the chips were also over done and when you bite into them grease poured out disgusting!! For a total of 5 kebabs it came to £84 - price of a fancy meal out in a restaurant. They need to reconsider their prices for their food and the quality of food. I would not return to this place at all.

Had another one of their fabulous Chicken Shish kebabs last night with garlic sauce, tender Chicken superbly cooked and delivered to my door. Excellent

Extremely rude people who can’t get a simple order right. Then fob you off saying that there very busy and he will call back ASAP but it never happens. Please save yourself don’t bother.

Placed order via their web-site to be delivered to my work-address. Instead the food gets delivered to my home address. Phoned them to complain, and whoever I spoke to wasn't interested in helping. My son delivered the food to me instead, and by this time the chips were soggy and the rest of the food was cold.

Prompt delivery but the kebab meat was over cooked and after ordering chilli and garlic sauce was disappointed to find little or no sauce.On ringing the establishment was passed from one worker to another who declared I should look harder for the sauce as it had definitely been put in.

We ordered tonight which regularly we have done... processed order online which after selecting salad there is an option to write message in which we put exactly sauce and salad wishes. when it arrived it was all totally different! The lovely customer service I thought would be understanding.. gave them a call to be patronised ‘they didn’t get the message’ shouting calling me inappropriate terms like darling etc... then when asked what I would do in their position I explained the customer is meant to be ‘always right’ and I would try and help anyway in which I was replied not if the customer is wrong and was invited to check there receipt (like I would with that level of anger!)... if not a replacement order money off next time etc... anything to resolve something! Just rudeness, sexist and awful customer service... very sad!

Staff don't know their own menu. There is a language breakdown. Never again as extremely frustrating!!

Conseguir una comida para llevar desde aquí normalmente una vez al mes con la novia y nos gusta que el 95% del tiempo. Siempre me dan un doner kebab y ella se traga un Kebab de pollo.

I like getting my kebabs here but since price hike salad portions have become poor. Meet normally good in general like kb.

Este lugar es genial para después de que has estado en unos tragos y igualmente buena si necesitas una buena comida para tomar después del trabajo. He estado aquí muchas a tiempo y no se puede poner pegas a la calidad de la comida y siempre está preparado o preparada cuando pides. El personal es educado y aunque puede esperar 10 minutos o así que es mejor que la tienda de kebabs al lado de calidad y relación calidad-precio.

Food delivered in timescale. But was cold and sauce missing, rang to complain and accused of lying! Suggest any other kebab shop would be better, not recommended!

we always use Kbs for the great quality meat freshly cooked and salads, my kids love having a takeaway here, sometimes we have to wait a bit but everything is freshly done

Realmente decepcionado con este lugar - aunque he oído cosas malas que prefiere juzgar sobre la cara relación calidad-precio, ojalá hubiera escuchado el críticos! Nuestra orden era incorrecta y cuando chanllenged, el personal nos dijo que ha sido nuestro error (tenga en mibd estuvimos pidiendo para nosotros y nuestra familia a las 7.30 pm no nosotros y unos amigos a las 2 de la mañana! ). Thwe comida que nos dieron era prácticamente unpalletable, pollo hecha, pittea mal cocida, ensalada 99% cebolla, patatas fritas estaban bien pero sobrevalorado Afrontémoslo - no hay mucho de un acoloade! No casa y cocinar tostadas hacer - ir, será más satisfiying!

Normalmente soy un fan de KB, pero no había sido en mucho tiempo. Comenzó todo bien, pero pronto fuimos cuesta abajo desde allí. 2 minutos después de haberlo pedido una larga lista de comida, que ver uno de los empleados que los dientes y luego siga hasta chapuzón el pollo, daba mano incluido, a la pasta. Dio asco!

Friendly staff, good food at good value prices. Variety of dishes to choose from, all freshly cooked. Better than Charcoal Grill.

Mixed lamb and chicken Donner was ok, meat was not cut fresh. Lots of salad. Dessert was strawberry cheesecake, looked like it was straight from Iceland and was still frozen solid!Won't be eating from there again.

You cant beat a great kebab and this is definitely a Friday Treat and well worth it! Chicken is like KFC but fresher and the doner is meaty and full of flavour

i only stopped here for a burger, as it was late and all the good fast food shops were closed. i did only try the burger so can not say what the rest of the food is like. the burger was dry, over cooked and no taste. it was also very over priced. i could of bought 2 for this price at a much better burger shop. i will not be going back.

The staff are very friendly and always make a special effort to ensure that you have an enjoyable experience at KB Kebabs.There is a similar takeaway very nearby and the competition is a very welcomed, for which KB Kebabs are winning the battle for satisfied customers.The cleanliness and food are well above standard and you will find all the old classics, together with a few tasty surprises.(They also have a proper Pizza Oven and they easily outperform the local franchised outlets.)
