The best restaurants serving Default food in Mid Sussex South East

After trying a few Chinese takeaways in the area and being disappointed , we have finally found one we will be using regularly. This for me is by far the best in the area . The food we ordered was very nice , not greasy and you could taste the difference between each dish . You also get a friendly welcome when you arrive. Thanks Tim Ley , see you again soon .

The service is usually ok here. But today, one of the people that was supposed to be serving me and my friend stood nearby and carried on chatting with their friend whilst me and mine stood around waiting like idiots. When they did come back to serve they didn't apologise, and acted like we were a pain to them if anything. Seemed like they were having a good time though, so...

This pub has permanently closed although it is still advertised on some hotel booking websites. There is no pub in the hotel, only a lounge bar and classic dinning restaurants.

Came on Sunday afternoon for some lunch. Place looked good, football was on for the boys, pool tables for entertainment and a good selection of food and drinks on the menu. The guy working behind the bar was very friendly and welcoming. The other staff not so much. Most cocktails on the menu were off, only a choice of two or three. Food had to go back as it was cold. Was put in the microwave and brought back. I just found it unreasonable value for money for something that wasn’t enjoyable. £70 for microwaved food that returns dried up and means your all eating separately isn’t what I expected.

Second time ordering from here, and not been disappointed. Food arrived hot, the Birria tacos are really tasty, and the chicken tenders were also great. I rang ahed and asked if I could have no coriander on my meals which they were more than happy to do, which to me shows the food is freshly made. Will continue to order.

All gregs and very much the same. Too loud, staff don't want to be there, feels dirty. Foods is cheap in all ways. Not somewhere I would recommend but normally the only choice.

Disgusting! Got food poisoning and will never try it again. Avoid at all cost!

i ordered my food online it took 20 minutes for the delivery guy to call me to say he dont know where i live so i said take it to the shop and i will get it after explaining it to him in simple terms to then say your outside my house when your not to then pull up outside my house 10 minutes after i said take it to the shop where i was when he was outside my house will never be ordering again

i ordered a half roast chicken and a buffalo chicken burger witch was dry and hard and chips were like cardboard my sister had a shish kebab with only 5 bits of meat and took nearly 2 hours to arrive never again

Despite the bad reviews i ordered pizza from papa johns As i ordered the pizza right after 15 minutes i collected it It was rich with topings and was absolutely delicious The atmosphere was warm and inviting The staff was friendly and attentive at the same time To be honest i would highly recommend papa johns for anyone looking for a great meal at a cozy setting I cant wait to go back!!!!

Food was hot as it should be. Drive inn , was a bit of a wait bit they were organised. Didn't go in the restaurant so not sure how was atmosphere really, but guy at drive inn till was polite and professional.
