Burger King in Mid Sussex

Great customer service. I ordered a chicken royale and they gave me one with mayo. When I asked for mayo they gave me a fresh one right away even though they were busy. Food is hot and really good. Really nice staff. Toilets are a bit gross.

Don't go there one of the worst burger king more interested in delvero then the customers waited 30 minutes in the end I left decently not fast food

Terrible!!! Hardly anything on menu. Cheese burger with no cheese. No coffee available. Tea available but no milk. Joke of a place

Last time we attempted to visit, they had locked the doors 25 minutes earlier than their advertised closing and when we asked, they didn’t give an explanation. Today we stupidly went back. There was a long queue out the door due to their poor staff structure. The store doesn’t accept mobile orders. We were then told that you could only order through their self order machines - of which there were only two! Then the meal heavily advertised was not available. After completing the order, we then found their order receipt machine was out of paper (on both machines) so you had to take note of your order number - nothing to indicate this other than the person that went before you kindly alerting you. Then, below average tasteless food. Avoid at any cost, there are so many better places than to waste your time and money on ‘restaurants’ so poorly run like this.

Cold food Hot drinks machine off at 9pm even though the store was due to close at 10pm. Chairs and table put away already at 8.50 pm. Rude staff. Delayed order, wrong food.

the outside was clean and there was no litter around, massive umbrellas outside. it gave a good feel. the inside was clean and bright, toilets were in a good condition we ate in, outside and it was lovely, food was just right and i really enjoyed it i will be returning to this restaurant i have the app too so it almost matched McDonalds prices

Wouldn’t normally bother with a BK. Outside was untidy with lots of litter and it was quite scruffy. Self service machines to order your food and pay, then had about a 10 minute wait. Burger was hot and fresh however the fries were warm and quite stale. Doesn’t serve breakfast as it only opens at 10am

just turned up at 8.45, when they advertise everywhere to be open from 10-10… and shock horror, the doors were locked! this isn’t the first time this has happened either, they are constantly closed when they advertise to be open!

Called in to get a meal, male staff were talking to themselves in the back, heard more F's than at a football match, took over 1/2 hour to receive the meal, fries Luke warm, hot drink was cold

Stopped here after taking kids to Jumpin Fun at Burgess Hill. As we visited here on Sunday 8th Aug after social distancing etc had ceased, I am unsure why all the indoor tables were blocked off. This meant there was no indoor seating, only outdoor. All except one of the outdoor tables and benches were soaking wet and dirty. The bins were overflowing, to the point where rubbish was strewn all around the tables on the ground. I don't know what hygiene rating this place has, if it were down to me, I would score it one out of five. I have only given the place one point on Trip Advisor as the food was standard fare. One member of our party had the misfortune to drop their car keys under the table where we were sitting and they landed in something yukky. Had to remove the cover of the car key and throw it away in the over spilling rubbish bin. Came away feeling very unclean - luckily we had hand sanitizer in the car. Everything here needs a good sort out, maybe more staff would improve it, or maybe a few gallons of disinfectant.

I didn't come here expecting fine dining, and I didn't get it. But I did get a friendly welcome and a smile. Food was as expected. Job done.

went to burger king for lunch waited over 20 minutes to get served everybody seemed to be on there mobile phones if it wasn't for the fact i was hungry i would have walked out very poor service

So this burger king at hickstead has had a total refurbishment, everything inside totally ripped out and new put in.. I cannot believe the state of the toilets they have not been cleaned since reopening, they are just filthy. You would think they would be nice and clean in the morning. They open at 11 and the whole place is dirty even old chips under the counters in the kitchen.. place is just getting trashed like it was before being refurbished. Disgusting!!!
