Very nice clean restaurant, polite staff , the food was terrible cold , not sure when it was cooked but something needs sorting there complete waste of money when I told the staff all the food was cold the reply was I think I know why , that was it so I won't be returning anytime soon
never normally had a problem here but i was half way through eating my pizza and i found this hair in it, it is definitely not mine and nor my dads. absolutely disgusted.
Diner closed due to fire and refurbishment ongoing.
Had to use the portaloo and get a coffee from the Shack.
Will wait until diner reopens before stopping again.
Please open soon
Christmas party night booking. Poor value for money. Lacked Christmas atmosphere-almost everyone was gone by 10. If it was advertised as just a meal it would have been okay as the food was okay but it was certainly not as advertised.
When I arrived I was greeted very cordially, taken to a table, informed that my waiter would be over shortly and left. So far so good. My waiter appeared with a menu and inquiry as to my drinks order. He returned with my drink and then promptly disappeared. I heard him introduced to other prospective diners as their waiter so it looked like he was the only one. I keep seeing him making drinks at the bar, watched by what it seemed were at least another two barmen who didn't do anything to help. There seemed to be a distinct of urgency when it came to the waiter taking food orders so I drank up, went to the bar to pay for my drink and walked down the road to the Beefeater where I got something to eat.
Very nice food and location but loads of dogs some eating off customers plates which was off putting and unhygienic .
Cafe oowners should realise that not everyone is a dog lover,or frightened or allergic ,I also think it is very unhygienic in restaurants or eating establishments to allow dogs in.
Please 🙏 don’t make this a habit. The breakfast was very disappointing. Tomato rock hard and hardly cooked, as was the fatty, again hardly cooked bacon. Not your best for sure.
Whilst shopping in the Milbrook Garden Centre, we called in for a drink. The last time we were here, dogs were not welcome (although they are welcome throughout the rest of the garden centre). This has now changed because the cafe now has its a dog friendly room. There's a good choice of drinks and snacks.
I had rice with chilli chicken and it was very nice, I can't complain about the service but yet again I was the only person ordering at the time. The seating is inside the Mall so no view to the outside but pleasant enough and a very good value for money.
Been visiting,,some times Hot coffee,,sometimes warm,,not nice. Such friendly staff but it will go down hill if this carries on..Up your game ,,come on!!!!. One staff does lovely coffee so why not all???.

Absolutely appalling. Waited over an hour for food that never arrived went to the shop. Staff in the shop couldn't care less and then laughed at me as I left the shop. Quite honestly if I could leave less than zero stars I would and will never be ordering from them again. Terrible service and staff!!!!!!
