Mostly this kebab shop does deliveries , food was really nice . Maybe portion was too large for me , however , price was under £10. Thank you 🙏

Disappointing Experience – Won’t Be Ordering Again Ordered to the Village Hotel and left my room number, expecting delivery to my door. Instead, the driver called and told me to come downstairs to collect it – completely defeats the purpose of ordering delivery! There were no security doors, and it was just up the stairs, so there was no reason not to bring it to my room. If I’d wanted to go down myself, I would have just ordered food in person. To make things worse, the food arrived lukewarm. I ordered a large but got a small, and the extra sauce pot I paid for was tiny. For the price, I expected decent portion sizes and hot food. Really disappointed – I’ll be sticking with my usual place, which serves great portions, hot food, and actually delivers properly. Shame they were closed tonight.

This was a large ! Sooo much meat “ salad and pitta wrapped separately “ I did not ask for them to do so ! But it’s how I prefer “ best price for the portion size I’ve ate in Maidstone 🤷‍♂️ super fast delivery too “

Food delivery on time however part of the order was missing but to be fair the restaurant has offered to send out the missing items. Ideally needs someone to double check items in the bag before sending out to avoid these mistakes.

Pathetic, take our order and 30 minutes after it's supposed to be delivered they cancel the order. Avoud these cowboys on just eat, you won't get your food. Only giving one star as you can't put zero

Had to call as App showed as food delivered. Well seems my food was delivered to the wrong address by the delivery guy; they did redeliver new food but it was well over 30mins later and it was like warm so needed reheating. OK its a Saturday and they handled it but we only ate half of it was too late; it arrived over 2hrs after the original order.

The Lamb was very dry and almost tasteless . Very disappointing

lamb doner was lovely but chicken doner was cold and tasted like its been sat in its fat had no flavour what so ever.. never had a problem until this evening.. shame.

Food good value for money and hot when it gets to you

Dinner arrived still very hot & portion sizes are bigger than expected which is good. Chips weren’t as nice as usual, most were too crispy like they had no potato inside & the doner meat was over cooked and dry, not as nice as it normally is so was a bit disappointed as was really looking forward to it, not had one in a while. Usually really good. Wasn’t awful but could have been better, chips and meat was over cooked.

Took nearly two hours to get to me. My chips had been sat on and were cold. The chicken was cold and didn’t even taste like chicken. Will never order from here ever again. Disgusting!!

Absolutely delicious definitely recommend great delivery meat was amazing so was the chips and salad everything cooked to perfection happy customers 🙂

Chips and sauce missing tried to contact the shop number on just eat not recognised so unable to report this to the restaurant at the time !!

Very happy with this purchase.

I ordered regular chips, a pitta and Chicken meat and chips with garlic sauce. The chips came soggy we understand that there will be a bit of this with travel but we ended up having to re cook them, the garlic sauce on the meat and chip ended up being mint and yoghurt, each to their own but I think thays gross so couldn't eat a quater of my meal. This is normally a banging Kebab shop but they were not on top form for this order.

Our order was cold and had burnt meat on it. We also asked for a burger sauce rather than the garlic and herb dip, which meant we couldn't even mask the taste! I would like some form of refund please.

We live across the street and they do great discount, lovely staff and scrumptious kebabs.

Probably the worse kebab I have ever had. All the chicken way over cooked and the sauces were watery and disgusting, even the chips were gross. Never again

BEWARE last friday i irdered a kebab for myself. Twice the female told me card declined and i had tonpay cash in the end. When i checked my bank on easter mondat 2 x £11 had been debited and i paid cash at the door. Rang and emailed them no response. I was asked why i didnt report it sooner. When i rang jeez i wouldnt moan if i was out of pocket by £22. If i had known i wouldnt have ordered for 2 two days later.

I used to get kebabs from this place in the 90's which were always great and was my go-to Kebab house. so when visiting Maidstone recently on an evening out was surprised it was still there and was hungry so I popped in for my favourite lamb doner, it was getting late, around 11.30pm. I got a large lamb doner which was £8. I didn't want any salad garnish, just chilli sauce. I remember it used to be an experience seeing them fire up the burners behind the huge hunk of meat, wait a bit then watch them cut the long meaty strips using a long knife, and toast the pitta. this time the whole visit was over in about 30 seconds, they just took some pre-prepared meat bits from a metal box and put this in a polystyrene container on top of a cold limp pitta bread, and poured over the sauce. somewhat disappointing so far but I was hungry so paid and left. as for the kebab, I ate it walking home and the meat was barely warm and had little flavour. what was most disappointing was the so-called 'chilli sauce'. this was more like some kind of watery onion and tomato salsa, no chilli spice whatsoever and was very bland. the only good thing about it was a generous quantity of meat. I've had much better kebabs from other places and cheaper, and I won't be returning to Atilla again.

Rude staff and cold food. Used to always pop in here on way home from town however lately it’s like a completely different place. The two men serving were arrogant and very rude to us - the food was actually cold , the salad was hardly anything and the chicken was not nice.

Food was stone cold when it showed up and the meat was full of bone/cartilage and the peri salt on the chips had been slathered on top making qll of it inedible.

Order food tonight. Arrived on time portion was a good size. For me, unfortunately it was the worst Kebab I have ever tasted. I could not eat the meat. It went straight in the bin. Rated 2 stars for portion size and delivery.

Takes for ever to turn up and cold

Sometimes the food is very dry. The portions are reasonable. I always get a delivery and can honestly say 9/10 times they're either early or on time.

Placed an order tonight it took over an hour to be delivered, when it did turn up it was cold, Extremely poor service, To quick in taking your money and not providing an adequate service. Definitely would not recommend delivery from this place.

Disgusting. The worst experience in Maidstone so far. Wrap was horrible but the fries were uneatable, limpy, stinky and fried on dirty old oil probably same from morning or the day before, landed in a bin straight away. Never again. Absolute waste of money. Insulting service.

AVOID!! This establishment sneakily charged me £20 via contactless payment for two small chicken donner wraps instead of £12. I only noticed following a check of my bank account. I went back for a refund and got it sorted, however they didn't like me calling them out on sneakily overcharging me. I then realised later that I was given some counterfeit cash! PLEASE BEWARE!

Absolutely diabolical. Ordered food for my son in hospital. Delivered to wrong part og hospital. Apparently my fault because i was in the garden and didn't hear my phone. Despite the fact that i specifically put my son's name the ward and the part of the hospital on the order. When i phoned and asked for good to be redelivered was treated rudely and told it was always a problem at the hospital. Therfore it would not be redelivered. This restaurant will categorically be getting a visit from food safety standards agency. As i might be retired, but do still have connections. Just to surmise. Rude, unhelpful and inept. God knows what their other business standards are like DO NOT USE THIS RESTAURANT!

Hi tonight I brought cod and chips which was burn beyond human consumption so couldn't be eaten cheese burger and chips no cheese or salad in it phoned to complain and was rudely arguing with them I was told that's the way they come and it's the oil we use so wouldn't use them again they need to learn some manners to there customers shame I had to give them 1 star as I'd give the none do had to throw it away so the bin got fed as they wouldn't do any thing about it .one question would you eat it atilla ? Because I wouldn't

Spent £36 for two standard meals, had to order everything separate and came all in different packaging so we couldn’t even have as 1 meal. Came completely dry and lukewarm. Ordered 2 x vine leaves at £3 a portion. 6 small vine leaves arrived which cost them 10p each. Charging me £1 each!! Wife also had lamb and ordered extra pepper and onions, these were dripping with fat, dumped all over her lamb, we ordered as an extra! For a reason! To share!!! While I ordered a meal and it all came separate. Called restaurant and all they said is they ran out of vine leaves. Instead of telling me at point of order they just shorted me. Absolute rip off. Twice the price of everywhere else and appalling food and service. Only order from here if you want to lose money, throw your “dinner”out for the foxes and have toast. I’ve had food from almost every kebab in Maidstone. This is by far the worst food and service ever. Best to avoid.

My order was 3 kababs for 12 pound each. All kebabs was very small ( look like small kebab for 6 pounds and salad was frozen ( I have photos if someone does not believe !! Never again !! I don’t recommend !!

Ordered on uber eats. Turned up an hour late and stone cold. Phoned 3 times to chase or, each time told its out with the driver, don't worry it won't be cold! Never ordering from them again.

so i made an order last night and it was honestly shocking what showed up, i ordered donor meat and chips that cost £9 my i add and i got literally 19 chips i counted and the meat was like it was found under a work surface, ive had many takeaways but this is the only one that ive actually felt like i had to review. If i could give lower that one star i would please save your money i beg you its not worth a penny

Always been one of my go toos, but all pots of sauces are watered down, don’t listen to your instructions on the notes, and all sides are clearly fried, no taste, brick hard, not worth it. I work in a take away so know exactly how things should be cooked and tickets looked at

Food arrived cold. Very little portions when I.ordered large. I telephoned the shop to complain and the Gentlemen that answered was extremely rude and put the phone down on me. So after looking forward to our Friday evening family meal we were left very disappointed and will not use this business again. Waste of £40.
