Pathetic, take our order and 30 minutes after it's supposed to be delivered they cancel the order. Avoud these cowboys on just eat, you won't get your food. Only giving one star as you can't put zero

BEWARE last friday i irdered a kebab for myself. Twice the female told me card declined and i had tonpay cash in the end. When i checked my bank on easter mondat 2 x £11 had been debited and i paid cash at the door. Rang and emailed them no response. I was asked why i didnt report it sooner. When i rang jeez i wouldnt moan if i was out of pocket by £22. If i had known i wouldnt have ordered for 2 two days later.

I used to get kebabs from this place in the 90's which were always great and was my go-to Kebab house. so when visiting Maidstone recently on an evening out was surprised it was still there and was hungry so I popped in for my favourite lamb doner, it was getting late, around 11.30pm. I got a large lamb doner which was £8. I didn't want any salad garnish, just chilli sauce. I remember it used to be an experience seeing them fire up the burners behind the huge hunk of meat, wait a bit then watch them cut the long meaty strips using a long knife, and toast the pitta. this time the whole visit was over in about 30 seconds, they just took some pre-prepared meat bits from a metal box and put this in a polystyrene container on top of a cold limp pitta bread, and poured over the sauce. somewhat disappointing so far but I was hungry so paid and left. as for the kebab, I ate it walking home and the meat was barely warm and had little flavour. what was most disappointing was the so-called 'chilli sauce'. this was more like some kind of watery onion and tomato salsa, no chilli spice whatsoever and was very bland. the only good thing about it was a generous quantity of meat. I've had much better kebabs from other places and cheaper, and I won't be returning to Atilla again.

Rude staff and cold food. Used to always pop in here on way home from town however lately it’s like a completely different place. The two men serving were arrogant and very rude to us - the food was actually cold , the salad was hardly anything and the chicken was not nice.

Food was stone cold when it showed up and the meat was full of bone/cartilage and the peri salt on the chips had been slathered on top making qll of it inedible.

Order food tonight. Arrived on time portion was a good size. For me, unfortunately it was the worst Kebab I have ever tasted. I could not eat the meat. It went straight in the bin. Rated 2 stars for portion size and delivery.

Takes for ever to turn up and cold

Sometimes the food is very dry. The portions are reasonable. I always get a delivery and can honestly say 9/10 times they're either early or on time.

First time ordering. Delivered on time, still nice and hot and tastes delicious! Definitely ordering again 🤤

Disgusting. The worst experience in Maidstone so far. Wrap was horrible but the fries were uneatable, limpy, stinky and fried on dirty old oil probably same from morning or the day before, landed in a bin straight away. Never again. Absolute waste of money. Insulting service.

AVOID!! This establishment sneakily charged me £20 via contactless payment for two small chicken donner wraps instead of £12. I only noticed following a check of my bank account. I went back for a refund and got it sorted, however they didn't like me calling them out on sneakily overcharging me. I then realised later that I was given some counterfeit cash! PLEASE BEWARE!

Absolutely diabolical. Ordered food for my son in hospital. Delivered to wrong part og hospital. Apparently my fault because i was in the garden and didn't hear my phone. Despite the fact that i specifically put my son's name the ward and the part of the hospital on the order. When i phoned and asked for good to be redelivered was treated rudely and told it was always a problem at the hospital. Therfore it would not be redelivered. This restaurant will categorically be getting a visit from food safety standards agency. As i might be retired, but do still have connections. Just to surmise. Rude, unhelpful and inept. God knows what their other business standards are like DO NOT USE THIS RESTAURANT!

Hi tonight I brought cod and chips which was burn beyond human consumption so couldn't be eaten cheese burger and chips no cheese or salad in it phoned to complain and was rudely arguing with them I was told that's the way they come and it's the oil we use so wouldn't use them again they need to learn some manners to there customers shame I had to give them 1 star as I'd give the none do had to throw it away so the bin got fed as they wouldn't do any thing about it .one question would you eat it atilla ? Spent £36 for two standard meals, had to order everything separate and came all in different packaging so we couldn’t even have as 1 meal. Came completely dry and lukewarm. Ordered 2 x vine leaves at £3 a portion. 6 small vine leaves arrived which cost them 10p each. Charging me £1 each!! Wife also had lamb and ordered extra pepper and onions, these were dripping with fat, dumped all over her lamb, we ordered as an extra! For a reason! To share!!! While I ordered a meal and it all came separate. Called restaurant and all they said is they ran out of vine leaves. Instead of telling me at point of order they just shorted me. Absolute rip off. Twice the price of everywhere else and appalling food and service. Only order from here if you want to lose money, throw your “dinner”out for the foxes and have toast. I’ve had food from almost every kebab in Maidstone. This is by far the worst food and service ever. Best to avoid.

My order was 3 kababs for 12 pound each. All kebabs was very small ( look like small kebab for 6 pounds and salad was frozen ( I have photos if someone does not believe !! Never again !! I don’t recommend !!

Ordered on uber eats. Turned up an hour late and stone cold. Phoned 3 times to chase or, each time told its out with the driver, don't worry it won't be cold! Never ordering from them again.

so i made an order last night and it was honestly shocking what showed up, i ordered donor meat and chips that cost £9 my i add and i got literally 19 chips i counted and the meat was like it was found under a work surface, ive had many takeaways but this is the only one that ive actually felt like i had to review. If i could give lower that one star i would please save your money i beg you its not worth a penny

Always been one of my go toos, but all pots of sauces are watered down, don’t listen to your instructions on the notes, and all sides are clearly fried, no taste, brick hard, not worth it. I work in a take away so know exactly how things should be cooked and tickets looked at

Food arrived cold. Very little portions when I.ordered large. I telephoned the shop to complain and the Gentlemen that answered was extremely rude and put the phone down on me. So after looking forward to our Friday evening family meal we were left very disappointed and will not use this business again. Waste of £40.

Worst takeaway i have ever had, cold food, overpriced, £11 for so called gourmet burger more like a piece of cardboard, missing half the order, and refused a refund, would never order again.

Ordered from them multiple times. The food used to be amazing but recently the potions have got smaller and smaller. Ordered on Friday was shocked at the potion sizes and everyone who had the chicken has spent the whole weekend on the toilet. Will not be ordering again.

This is the best place for Shish kebabs. Great food and nice and fresh rolls Try it with chilli flakes. You will be back . Yummy !

Food was late driver rang me from the wrong address saying he couldn't find me. He was in the wrong area of town altogether by the time I got my food it was soggy and cold. Rang store to complain and asked to speak to manager to complain to be told there was no point as manager doesnt speak English (fantastic running a takeaway in England!) and all we were offered was free drinks next time as if id want to order here again. Luckily ordered through just eat who have resolved. Avoid if you want warm food at a reasonable time!

Food was barely warm. Hardly any salad with the chicken Shish. Forgot to add chilli sauce. All in all a real disappointment for first take away since lockdown. This in one menu for the bin!!!!!

Rude staff. Wrong order arrived. Called the restaurant to explain and was told I was lying by a very rude lady who answered the phone. I've been a good customer for 3 years always spend alot with them. As soon as I have a problem they're not interested and are abusive.

We've used Atilla on more than one occasion. The orders have always arrived in time, been warm, correct and tasty. Indeed one delivery over Christmas resulted in a Christmas card and some chocolate treats. Good service in my opinion. Cannot understand why so many poor reviews. Please support them they've been good for us. I would recommend

I was amazed to see the poor reviews, we have ordered delivery several times over the past year or so and been really impressed with the taste and quality of the food. Lamb and chicken shish kebab both so flavourful and tender, perfectly cooked and we've never had cold food. In December the delivery even came with a Xmas card and a couple of free choccies! Kind and generous touch. I can't believe we're the only satisfied customers.

Delivery was 40 minutes late (1 hour 40 minute late). Food missing from the order. Had to be reheated as it was Luke warm. To add insult to injury they charged us twice! Really not geared up for the home delivery market

This place is an absolute joke , charged us twice then refused to give our money back even after driving back there to prove via mobile banking their error, my partner was laughed at and treated really badly , take my advice don’t bother go elsewhere

Had this as a delivery. I called to ask for a refund as the order on two kebabs was wrong, the food was cold and arrived over half an hour late. The man called me Love to which I took offence and then I was told I would “not get a refund at all goodbye”. Please someone tell me how they can operate in such a way.

Great food But it says open until Sunday 1am I walked down from my house at 11.30 and it's shut..... Need to change hours on the website please too avoid major disappointment.....

The worst kebab I've ever had. Also had a chicken burger here and it was raw they was supposed to give me a refund they didn't then they offered to deliver more food as a replacement but the next day... Not the day I ordered it. They was supposed to contact me and that was in January... Still waiting... Terrible. Staff was rude also.

I lost my kebab virginity to Atilla way back in 1997 I think it was. Doner with plenty of chilli sauce if memory serves. It was an awkward experience, as these things invariably are, and afterwards I remember feeling a bit dirty. But before long it was a doner or shish every Friday night, sometimes chilli sauce, sometimes even garlic mayonnaise. Atilla has been serving enthusiastic drunk 18 year olds for decades now, the man must have the patience of a saint. A Maidstone institution.
