DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY GO TO MOMO INSTEAD 0 stars as even one star is too much ‼️‼️ I went with my friends and partner to celebrate my graduation at babaseesh i should have looked at previous review so this is a warning to everyone, cost of living is high so we expect a certain standard when spending our money. My friends and I were very excited for the bottomless brunch, but unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. I would like to outline the specific issues we encountered in the hopes that you can address them. 1. **Slow Service and Bottomless Brunch Drinks**: As part of the bottomless brunch, we expected prompt service with cocktails, but the drinks took an unreasonably long time to arrive. Over the course of the event, we were only able to get two - 3 cocktails, despite the fact that the event was marketed as "bottomless." This was incredibly frustrating, especially considering the cost of the event. 2. **Unanswered Dietary Request**: Prior to the event, I emailed your team who did not respond as we also had a friend coming with a nut allergy and to let them know about dietary needs, don’t bother they don’t respond. However, this request was not acknowledged, and upon arrival, we requested two fish meals, the meals was not provided. We informed the staff that two of us required fish-based meals, but only one was brought to the table. We were told that another meal was coming, but after 30 minutes, we were informed it would not be arriving at all. This lack of communication and follow-through was highly disappointing. 3. **Unacceptable Handling of Refund Request**: When we raised the issue about the missing meal, we were met with poor customer service. The staff refused to offer any compensation and took a while to agree to refund the meal. 4. The staff were generally slow and unhelpful, and the manager was dismissive when we tried to address the issues. Their rude attitude only added to the frustration, as we were made to feel as though our concerns were unimportant. 5. The food was overly salty, and considering the high price of the event (£54 for just two cocktails), the value was simply not there. We left feeling that we had paid for an experience that didn’t deliver in any way. Given these issues, I would strongly recommend saving your money and looking elsewhere for a bottomless brunch experience. For example, Momo's RNB offers a much better experience in terms of service non stop flow of drinks , food, and value. Babasheesh did not meet any of the expectations set, and I would rate the overall experience a 0.5 out of 10. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make necessary improvements. Recommendation for vegetarians Would not recommend Vegetarian options They don’t cater for you so don’t bother going how a restaurant can say they only had one fish and no other options is ridiculous

Had booked for the George Michael tribute for a birthday celebration, arrived to find they didn’t actually have everyone on the list even though this is pre paid. They did ‘sort it’ though! Go up to be seated in an area with a bar that felt colder than outside, not sure what was going on. Literally had to keep your coat on cold and the toilets where that cold you didn’t need to go anymore… The tribute guy and ‘his fiancée’, well I don’t quite know where to begin, they was awful!! He started out ok but could’t hold it and we ended up listening to a screaming cat. Then the back up fiancée was painful to listen too. I’ve honestly never heard anything quite like it! An hour and 20 minutes in still so sign of any food, when it did finally arrive it was a tray of ‘picky bits’ (olives, breads etc…). This was the point we couldn’t quite take anymore and walked out, this was following 4 other tables walking out. Left with a bad head and sore ears 😂 Please don’t waste your money!!

My husband booked the George Michael tribute and meal First of all he waited 15 mins at the bar for a cocktail as they couldn’t find any shot glasses … in the cocktail bar !!! We were seated at 8pm and the singer started about five minutes later At 9om we still had not received any food , not even nibbles The singer lacked talent and presence and we were so hungry we left ! (Ended up at a burger restaurant nearby ) What a joke and a waste of money , seriously just don’t bother

Food was OK but not worth the money paid, took a long time to get served. Over the course of the evening the same drinks got more expensive as the evening went on £18 at the start for two double gin and lemonade but by the end of the evening the same drinks were £20.50.

Great food great music would definitely recommend a Hugh shout to all staff and especially Craig who was very professional and looked after us can't wait to go back

I went for food with a couple mates and the food was great, there was a small mixup in our food order but this worked in our favour as there was way more food and it was great!

We purchased 3 tickets fo their Soul and Motown entertainment evening including a two course meal. The first course consisted of snacks , bread and olives. The main course consisted of various meats and rice. No drinks are included,bottles of cheap wine seemed very expensive..Staff were attentive and polite. As for the entertainment this fell well short of our expectations. We was expecting a lively evening of music and entertainment, the one singer did his best but it in no way matched up to what was advertised on the photograph.To say we were disappointed is an understatement.It ended up a very expensive evening with very little atmosphere. I would not recommend, lesson learnt

To celebrate my wifes birthday, I booked the "Country Music Live" event which sounded good, the confirmation email described it as "An evening of heartfelt ballads, boot-stompin' tunes, and authentic country flair. Includes a 2 course meal". starting at 7.30pm and finishing at 11pm. the tickets were £82 for the two of us. We arrived just after 7.30pm and ordered 2 pints of Peroni at the bar which cost an eye watering £12.50. "Country Music Live" was just one lady and her Macbook. she looked the part with the boots, cowboy hat and glittery dress but the show was frankly, terrible, she didn't seem to know the songs very well, and most of the time she was just singing into her laptop. was she googling the lyrics ? hardly an "authentic country flair". for the first part of the set there seemed to be some technical difficulties as she kept putting her hand up to get the attention of a member of staff and had to stop while they fixed it. The starters came out on what looked like a cake stand. halloumi, olives, humous. very tasty. the singer had a break, then the mains came out for the second part of the set. some mixed meats, served with rice and couscous. portion sizes quite small and we finished the food quite quickly. the singer then sung for about another 45 mins, then by 10pm she stopped then just music some other non-country dance music on which was blaring out through the speakers and so loud you could not have a conversation without shouting in each others ears. by 10.15 we decided we'd had enough and decided to go. I would not recommend Babasheesh for a live event, the tickets were not cheap, I feel mis-sold and would not recommend. I won't be going back.
