Came in for Lunch without booking. Daryl (our waiter) was very attentive and provided a great service. Food was incredible, arrived very quickly. We ordered the mini board, the brisket, Mac and cheese, and loaded potatoes. The ribs fell straight off the bone, brisket was moist and was divine. Overall the food was incredible, and to top it off the service was incredible. Will definitely be coming back. Big Thankyou to Daryl who made an incredible stay so much better, really made the stay something to remember.

They had 4 watreses who were all lovely but no one in charge the bosses daughter is lovely but totally incompetent I'd hate to see this fantastic restaurant be lost please please get a grip of your front of house staff.

I normally go here but tonight I done 55 pounds and there was no flavor everything tasted blan and one curry was like water so not happy really was looking forward to it.

Going downhill with selection and availability. They keep changing location of items, I waste a lot of time looking for stuff when it's moved.

We've always asked for NO CHEESE on my burgers as I can't eat it. BUT 3 time lately they've NOT looked at my orders & put the cheese on them. I don't find out till after we've driven away or got home. Please can you tell the staff to read & look out for grill orders. Thank you.

My food never arrived. I waited well past the expected delivery time, and there was no update or contact from the restaurant or driver. Extremely disappointed.

I called them 20 minutes after the order delivery time and was told that they didn’t have a driver. The didn’t contact me before that. I tried to advise them to cancel but was told that I had to do it through “the app” , which I tried without succe

Of late you can no longer get a takeaway coffee in before work, (unless work is next door), as in their wisdom coffee is now only available from 0830, now too tight a window for some of us in Canterbury to get a decent one before we start at 9.

Ordered two sausage rolls and coffee. After I paid and picked up the rolls both were stone cold. Asked if the had hot or warm ones but said no and not offered to change. Told me they are not kept warm in the counter. Could of told me they were cold and I would have had something else. It was 1-15pm and lunch time. Are they not selling many at lunchtime???
