Sat waiting to order at the speaker while 3 cars in the next lane pulled up, ordered and moved on. Terrible service, no apologies, How hard is it to do a simple job correctly.

Have had issues with food missing or mixed up on multiple occasions at this location. It's happened over 5+ times, so I definitely recommend not just looking in your bag but unwrapping all your food before leaving as there have been ingredients missing/wrong. Ordered a double sausage and egg Mcmuffin before and literally had a single sausage patty in a squashed muffin. However, when I've rung the store to let them know of the mix ups/mistakes, they have accommodated us for the slip ups , and overall, the staff are very friendly. The restaurant is somewhat clean. The food has definitely gotten smaller in size for the price you pay, but what place hasn't nowadays. You can expect it to be between £18-30 to get some food for 3 people. I do think the Mcdonald's app is definitely worth downloading, though. You get some good food/drinks you can redeem through points, and they tend to do seasonal promos that have good rewards/offers.

frezzing cold and the drink was split driver was impatient when knocking on door, knocked 3 times in the times in 1 minute. woke children up

i don’t have a problem with this order however there is no other way to get in contact i have placed a separate order and the money has come out of my bank from just eat (i have proof) however there’s no order it’s saying it doesn’t exist your contact number to speak to a member doesn’t even work so i have no other way or contacting you as you give no option to type your own complaint i was like a refund for the £20.81 that has been taken out of my account

It took an hour for the food to arrive which im less than 10 minutes from, the food was cold and essentially thrown away.

Slowest mcdonalds I've ever been to. Ordered and asked to park up along with about 7 other cars. Specifically asked for sauce TWICE, came out 20 mins later, no sauce by the time we checked. App isn't working either so that wasn't an option

Lost count of how many times these people either forget the ordered condiments completely or send the wrong ones.

How can something be so gorgeously delicious and so unutterably disgusting at the same time? I'm pretty sure they put crack in the cheeseburgers. If I were in a laboratory experiment and could release them one at a time with a lever, I would be dead within 48 hours. What can I say.

Unfortunately, the chicken nuggets were missing from my granddaughter's Happy Meal so not happy at all with McDonalds.

Always get scammed when I use the app at this place. Always told the app hasn't made the payment, so have to pay by card, only to find out later it was collected. The store never want to know, never give a refund. Scammed so many times. No wonder Paul Crocker is so wealthy.

Located along sturry road close to park and ride bus stop, just a few steps away from major stores. It's a place to grab something to eat when you're out shopping in that axis. Not too busy. They also have drive through service.

Coffee and hot chocolate was half full the bag was soaked sugar wet and the napkins wet had soaked up most of the spilled drinks and the cup holder was soaked too. Food was barely warm. Really disappointed with delivery. You really need to look into how to deliver drinks without spilling them as it’s not fair they are expensive as it is and to only have half a cup of drinks is ridiculous.

Absolutely terrible wouldn’t recommend shift manager BEN was so rude made me cry I’m 9 months pregnant was trying to order some food with the McDonald’s vouchers I had sitting in my car I had about 10 to use he scanned them then told me they had already been used when I tried to say I haven’t used them he started being very rude to me spoke to me as If I was a child. Really need to look at there staff here I don’t think I’ve ever been spoken to like that before nor did I think I would be spoken to like that considering I’m very pregnant.

cold food. delivery driver told us it was cold on delivery and blamed this on McDonald's being too busy.

Typical McDonald's, 2 adults and 1 child, it was clean and the floor was being swept as we sat down, table service was nice and quick and the food was hot

Ordered a hamburger which included an extra of bacon. Got home to find it had no bacon, but the ticket printed on the wrapper confirmed Add Bacon. Called to ask for a refund and was told at first they couldn't hear me, despite my line was clear, and there was alot of chatter in their background, and then was told I would need to return to the store to get a refund. How ridiculous. So a customer needs to unwrap every item in store before leaving in case the staff have made an error? There needs to be another point of checking items before the food is handed out to the customer.

No ice cream as ever - staff could not care less! I don’t even know why I bother! If you want a milk shake or anything with ice cream just don’t even brother as they won’t have it. Don’t waste your time or money.

Had to rush home. Ordered burgers that were tailor made and take away, as always, but this time didn't check the contents of the bag to my order, as I usually do from rxperience. Mine was order 93. Got home and I had to have a damned sandwich as my Quarter Pounder was missing. Tired of this!!! All too oftten stuff is missing. Are orders not verified before they're given!! Even when eating in. burgers are luke warm.

Food was delivered very quickly, earlier than originally estimated. Shame there isn't an option to tip the driver afterwords as I've tipped early before only to have my food not turn up.

I've visited a few times, slow services. The self service machine always freeze, cold food and long waits. I'll go elsewhere from now on. My local McDonald's is completely opposite.

Would have been ok if courier did not stand with her foot in my door asking for a code which I didn’t receive stood arguing with me about it it but after 20-25 mins we both got the code at the same time but food was stone cold by then spend over £18 on it and received a measly £7.98 credit disgusting if you ask me not very happy at all

I normally love coming here when I dine in. However the staff at the drive through are unnecessarily rude and aggressive, taking their stress out on kind-faced customers. Makes the otherwise tasty food taste disgusting.

This is the worst nightmare. The bag is broken, the bun is upside down, chicken nuggles fallen out. The drinks (HOT) coffee and cold milkshake is a mixture and becomes coffee shake leakage in the bag! Money LOST for all the drinks! Kids are all so disappointed, and just thankfully the food is still eatable

It was clean tables, friendly staff... The food was OK, good service. However! The ladies' toilet smelt so badly of urine, I almost lost my meal! That's a one for "atmosphere."

Constantly forget to pack half of your order

Julie and lolly was very good and attentive. Lolly was on the counter she served me, was very helpful and she went above and beyond to give me a code for a cheap lunch meal. Julie was super efficient and showed me how to fill out the survey could not fault these two at all the perfect duo 5 🌟

They put pork in it i order with out pork

Unfortunately I have just ordered online using the McDonald’s App. Went to collect my food but the assistant said that they hadn’t received my order despite her colleague saying that it was on the system and the money pending on my account. Suggested I re order in store. What a waste of my time and concern caused over the pending order. Zero confidence in this outlet or the app

The delivery driver was so rude to me and my daughter there is no need for rudeness in 2024 I have thought long and hard before leaving this review but it has really upset me and my autistic daughter I would like to at least get some compensation from this before going further with my complaint

Whoever was ordering this delivery gave it to the wrong address or never even delivered it , it’s coming up on my screen as delivered and I haven’t received anything , so I hope you feel better about your self now knowning I’ve paid for something you haven’t even delivered .

Driver did not read instructions, he was about to deliver to no.16 house not flat 16 kingfisher house. Luckily I was looking out the window and noticed.

Toilets were filthy overall the tables were dirty and stacked up with trays pretty mediocre overall for was OK

It is getting annoying the amount of times we order food and it is wrong. When you order a tea you would expect to be given milk and sugar but this never happens to the point we now have to ask our drivers to ask on our behalf. When we visit it seems like the workers see this place as a big social event and get so distracted that they make mistakes a lot. I would suggest having a strong manager in place 24 hours a day. We have seen blue roll being thrown around the kitchen. Workers swearing at each other at the drive through windows and customers being ignored. It’s common for them to ask multiple cars to wait for orders. Then workers take their time to come over. Stopping for chats as a priority to doing the job. There are some good workers but they seem to struggle when others in the team do not play their role. I am convinced there is no management here as I have never seen it this bad. Today we ordered a bacon roll and they couldn’t get that right.

Badley assembled burger they decided to break off the end of the burger because it didn't fit in the box because it wasn't placed in the center for the bun.. update: failed to get a receipt again

Totally wrong order. Not one item correct. £30.93 spent, refund required immediately. High risk brain tumour patient, awaiting admission to Kings Hospital tomorrow. Needing items purchased or refund immediately. If this is not addressed immediately serious risk to blood sugars and health, potential death. Tried to call driver with no response.
