Need to see exactly where the driver is on the app. Food cold on arrival

My order is missing one item. The chicken and chips are cold. The regular chips portion size is about half full. Total rip off.

shocking. absolutely shocking. poor poor service. half of order was missing unable to claim refund as they have marked it as all of the order was there when it wasn't.

the only thing that was right was a burger.

all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Timing was so late and food stone cold

Ordered Philly cheese stack that never received, haven’t been refunded yet.

we needed to cancel the first delivery as it took 1 hs and the food wasn't collected from the restaurant. I spoke with the restoration and the food was waiting for 40 minutes a that time

took an hour to be delivered even though it's only 25 minutes away

Orderd on a kiosk and it didn't giveme a recite went to counter took 10 minutes for anyone to bother even talking to me then the shift manger Marie refused to give me my recite. Very poor from a shift manger.

Price was expensive for making it into a "large" meal as only came with a very small bottle of orange juice suitable for a child's happy meal. No large option available.

the app didn't update and it updated as 'courier is on the way' when the driver was outside. chips were cold and obviously recooked, burgers were cold, cheese sticks were cold.

ordered at 1920, arrived at 2120. we are 15 mins away. food was cold on arrival. spoke to the restaurant after an hour and half. they were still waiting for a driver to be assigned. clearly just eat are accepting orders they cannot forfill.

I didn't get my milkshake that l paid for!!! AND my ice cream was only half full. not happy. would like refund of my milkshake and mcflurry.

Drive through quite often forget part of your order.

Have had issues with food missing or mixed up on multiple occasions at this location. It's happened over 5+ times, so I definitely recommend not just looking in your bag but unwrapping all your food before leaving as there have been ingredients missing/wrong. Ordered a double sausage and egg Mcmuffin before and literally had a single sausage patty in a squashed muffin. However, when I've rung the store to let them know of the mix ups/mistakes, they have accommodated us for the slip ups , and overall, the staff are very friendly. The restaurant is somewhat clean. The food has definitely gotten smaller in size for the price you pay, but what place hasn't nowadays. You can expect it to be between £18-30 to get some food for 3 people. I do think the Mcdonald's app is definitely worth downloading, though. You get some good food/drinks you can redeem through points, and they tend to do seasonal promos that have good rewards/offers.

the delivery kept being pushed forward making it arrive over an hour and a half after it was ordered and most of the food is cold as a result of this.

i don’t have a problem with this order however there is no other way to get in contact i have placed a separate order and the money has come out of my bank from just eat (i have proof) however there’s no order it’s saying it doesn’t exist your contact number to speak to a member doesn’t even work so i have no other way or contacting you as you give no option to type your own complaint i was like a refund for the £20.81 that has been taken out of my account

It took an hour for the food to arrive which im less than 10 minutes from, the food was cold and essentially thrown away.

Slowest mcdonalds I've ever been to. Ordered and asked to park up along with about 7 other cars. Specifically asked for sauce TWICE, came out 20 mins later, no sauce by the time we checked. App isn't working either so that wasn't an option

Lost count of how many times these people either forget the ordered condiments completely or send the wrong ones.

How can something be so gorgeously delicious and so unutterably disgusting at the same time? I'm pretty sure they put crack in the cheeseburgers. If I were in a laboratory experiment and could release them one at a time with a lever, I would be dead within 48 hours. What can I say.

Unfortunately, the chicken nuggets were missing from my granddaughter's Happy Meal so not happy at all with McDonalds.

Always get scammed when I use the app at this place. Always told the app hasn't made the payment, so have to pay by card, only to find out later it was collected. The store never want to know, never give a refund. Scammed so many times. No wonder Paul Crocker is so wealthy.

Located along sturry road close to park and ride bus stop, just a few steps away from major stores. It's a place to grab something to eat when you're out shopping in that axis. Not too busy. They also have drive through service.

Coffee and hot chocolate was half full the bag was soaked sugar wet and the napkins wet had soaked up most of the spilled drinks and the cup holder was soaked too. Food was barely warm. Really disappointed with delivery. You really need to look into how to deliver drinks without spilling them as it’s not fair they are expensive as it is and to only have half a cup of drinks is ridiculous.

Absolutely terrible wouldn’t recommend shift manager BEN was so rude made me cry I’m 9 months pregnant was trying to order some food with the McDonald’s vouchers I had sitting in my car I had about 10 to use he scanned them then told me they had already been used when I tried to say I haven’t used them he started being very rude to me spoke to me as If I was a child. Really need to look at there staff here I don’t think I’ve ever been spoken to like that before nor did I think I would be spoken to like that considering I’m very pregnant.

Typical McDonald's, 2 adults and 1 child, it was clean and the floor was being swept as we sat down, table service was nice and quick and the food was hot

Chips was cold the burgers were cold

Ordered a hamburger which included an extra of bacon. Got home to find it had no bacon, but the ticket printed on the wrapper confirmed Add Bacon. Called to ask for a refund and was told at first they couldn't hear me, despite my line was clear, and there was alot of chatter in their background, and then was told I would need to return to the store to get a refund. How ridiculous. So a customer needs to unwrap every item in store before leaving in case the staff have made an error? There needs to be another point of checking items before the food is handed out to the customer.
