I normally love coming here when I dine in. However the staff at the drive through are unnecessarily rude and aggressive, taking their stress out on kind-faced customers. Makes the otherwise tasty food taste disgusting.

Mcdonalds, can't really go wrong, usually consistent

It was clean tables, friendly staff... The food was OK, good service. However! The ladies' toilet smelt so badly of urine, I almost lost my meal! That's a one for "atmosphere."

Constantly forget to pack half of your order

Julie and lolly was very good and attentive. Lolly was on the counter she served me, was very helpful and she went above and beyond to give me a code for a cheap lunch meal. Julie was super efficient and showed me how to fill out the survey could not fault these two at all the perfect duo 5 🌟

Unfortunately I have just ordered online using the McDonald’s App. Went to collect my food but the assistant said that they hadn’t received my order despite her colleague saying that it was on the system and the money pending on my account. Suggested I re order in store. What a waste of my time and concern caused over the pending order. Zero confidence in this outlet or the app

Bit crowded but good in other ways.

This store was slow and had to park up. The milkshake was strange more a solid lump with incomplete mixing won't bother again Burger was OK. No sauces brought out

Driver did not read instructions, he was about to deliver to no.16 house not flat 16 kingfisher house. Luckily I was looking out the window and noticed.

Toilets were filthy overall the tables were dirty and stacked up with trays pretty mediocre overall for was OK

It is getting annoying the amount of times we order food and it is wrong. When you order a tea you would expect to be given milk and sugar but this never happens to the point we now have to ask our drivers to ask on our behalf. When we visit it seems like the workers see this place as a big social event and get so distracted that they make mistakes a lot. I would suggest having a strong manager in place 24 hours a day. We have seen blue roll being thrown around the kitchen. Workers swearing at each other at the drive through windows and customers being ignored. It’s common for them to ask multiple cars to wait for orders. Then workers take their time to come over. Stopping for chats as a priority to doing the job. There are some good workers but they seem to struggle when others in the team do not play their role. I am convinced there is no management here as I have never seen it this bad. Today we ordered a bacon roll and they couldn’t get that right.

Badley assembled burger they decided to break off the end of the burger because it didn't fit in the box because it wasn't placed in the center for the bun.. update: failed to get a receipt again

Paid for 2 sauces and yet again no sauce!

Mcds....getting worse. Chicken mayo was rubbish and was wafted around the place looking for a home for 5mins

Totally wrong order. Not one item correct. £30.93 spent, refund required immediately. High risk brain tumour patient, awaiting admission to Kings Hospital tomorrow. Needing items purchased or refund immediately. If this is not addressed immediately serious risk to blood sugars and health, potential death. Tried to call driver with no response.

you need to listen to your orders and get things right

This is possibly the worst branch of McDonald’s in Kent. Every single time I’ve made an order from here, something has been wrong with my order. From missing items to the complete wrong orders, to the food tasting horrible. I’m shocked by the level of customer service and care that goes into customer orders by this branch.

Not sure whether it was the time of day or something, but it was the freshest mcdonalds burger I've ever had. It was around 12pm on a Saturday.

For the second time now every meal turnt up without chips and when I called the restaurant they told me to come collect them I place a delivery for a reason if I wanted to go to the restaurant I would have in the first place

They don’t even put pickles in anymore. I ordered extra pickles. I had a total of two!!! Two is the normal amount. Stop recruiting from the Vauxhall estate and get people who can count past two.

I don’t usually enjoy McDonald’s but my children love it but the service here and staff are so friendly, there 2 ladies one who brought my food and when I went to empty my tray a lady took it off me for her to do, it take the fast cheap food into a pleasurable dinning experience

I was missing items but just eat sorted it for me all that did arrive was yummy and was hot kids enjoyed there hash browns and we enjoyed our muffins and wraps

I went in drive trough with my motorcycle and the girl refused to serve me cause I'm on a bike she said. I tried to explain I do this all the time and she just didn't want to hear anything of it. Disappointed with this and the fact that sometimes the fast food is very slow. There's a video on YouTube with all the interaction.

Before I left home I had an offer; 3 items for £3 showing on the App. I had to wait for my car to finish being serviced and decided to buy some McDonald's afterwards. When I went to place my order the offer was no longer there so I did not buy anything.

I had a coffee, it was wet and warm and tasted of coffee. It took slightly too long but that's standard. McDonald's is rarely Fast.

Stone cold food, McFlurry with no bits in it. Delivery driver was driving around for over an hour

Unfortunately, they forgot parts of my order which is why I had to ring them up to get it sorted.

Unfortunately, after ordering a 2nd time, they "only" forgot the dips this time. But that's twice in a row of them forgetting parts of my order. I've never had issues with this particular McDonald's before, so be warned that it's a bit of a 50/50 chance whether you're gonna get everything you asked for.

Overcrowded, could be cleaner, service slow. On the other hand staff very friendly and helpful. Food OK. Parking congested.

Had to wait in a waiting bay, which would normally be fine. But the girl who was bringing foods to cars kept stopping for chats with fellow workers and even hugging one of them whilst holding customer's orders. It was about 10pm so food also getting cooler quicker whilst she kept having her little catch ups. Apart from that, all was good. Rant over.

Every time I think about giving this place another chance, they seem to yet again get the order wrong even when the McDelivery sticker clearly states my otder. Won't be ordering McDelivery again. Waste of time and money.

I use this McDonald's for coffee before work and it makes really good coffee, it's staff on the order point of the drive thru however could do with training in efficiency and general customer hospitality skills, how hard can it be to take orders from both lanes? The Manager on duty was unhelpful and defensive of her staff and didn't know how to deal with customerfeedback, Dissapointing service

This is a terrible place. I have now been scammed at this store twice. Ordered using the app, via the drive-thru. Told no hot drinks available, so switched to a cold drink. When I got to the window, my order had been cancelled, and replaced with different items, including a burger that I didn't order. I informed them it was incorrect. Told me order had gone through, and money taken. I told them to cancel it, as I did not want the incorrect order. Two staff members told me order was cancelled, and money would be credited back to my account, then I left with no food. Money never refunded. Do they learn how to tell lies as part of their training? Such a scam, only happens at this store. Any "normal" manager would be embarrassed at running a store in this way.

HORRIBLEE MCDONALDS BRANCH, THE WORST AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! This McDonalds is horrible from staff to food. I just bought 20 chicken nuggets after i finished work they first smell horrendous like they been fried with car oil and they are soo soo oily not suitable for consumption. I had one bite I couldn’t even eat it and it made me feel sick to my stomach, the car now stinks so bad of them i wasted my money and this is not the first time they provide us with poor food quality. But WILL DEFINITELY NEVER GO AGAIN EVER. the rider went to a different estate (Hayles place) then stopped at another estate (forty acres) and then eventually came to me. By the time he got to me, my food was cold!

My complaint: the food took a while to arrive, longer than the usual time it said it would take. Upon arrival, the food was very cold and stale, unable for someone to actually eat it. I’d like a refund please

Yes people Loves McDonald's. My Kids and I love McDonald's anywhere in the world. But some McDonald's are having awful services, particularly the drive through. The machine doesn't work to take the order so when approached to the payment area, they can't take the other and asking to come back All the way again to the another drive through order bay to place the order. Ordered quarter pounders got singles ordered large cokes got mediums ordered double cheese burger and got single and ordered curry sauce and got bbq. Bad service

my food was cold and smashed up. my order was not correct and all the milkshakes were all mixed with other flavours

The Big Mac came with a different bun. The quarter pounder came without cheese. Most of the food was cold. We only received 8 mozzarella sticks.
