Fantastic food at great prices, worth a visit, will definitely come again. Staff are helpful and all of out means were superb

Absolutely amazing the staff the food is the best I’ve ever tasted in 20 years I’ve eaten in London everywhere. This is absolutely amazing a proper hidden gem I was lucky enough to meet the owner , sohel a family run new business not easy in these times but a proper gentleman and really passionate about his restaurant and his food, which is very hard to come by these days, especially in Canterbury London ect by honestly was so glad to come across this absolutely incredible. The food was summit I’ve never tasted before very very talented chef this is not just a recommendation. This is a must go to

Just had one of the best Indian meals locally in years. What a breath of fresh air to have good service and quality food. Really friendly staff and very clean and tidy environment. The food was very tasty and generous portions. Will be back next week!

Another visit and again, outstanding food and great service. This restaurant is head and shoulders above all the other curry restaurants in Canterbury. Beautiful, light breads, superb dhal and the Hyderabadi green chilli chicken is to die for.

We visit Spice spree every time we fancy a curry. The food is always outstanding and very reasonably priced. I try a new thing every time and I have never been disappointed.

Great flavours with the dishes. However, when bringing the curries to the table, forgot our rice and saag bhaji, but reminded the waiter. He returned with only the rice. I prompted again about my side dish, which he then said wasn't on the original order our waitress took, but went back to the kitchen where it was made fresh. Unfortunately by the time it arrived, we had finished our meal. I ate the side dish alone (was nice quality but if I had waitedto eat with the rest of my main, the meal would have been cold in the time). The waiter did apologise for the delay, stating they were busy.

Rude manager, refuse to take orders over the phone even though they offer that service, and overcharge by £20 if ordering over the phone... It's unfortunate to have to write this review as we've been coming to this restaurant for a long time now, but we've been met with incredibly rude customer service over the phone. They advertise an online and over the phone delivery service with the same menu (and prices) for both. However, when you order over the phone they charge you £20 extra, refuse to back down on this and then refuse to take payment, saying they are too busy for over the phone orders. Very strange because they wasted 20 minutes calling us back and trying to get us to pay this inflated amount and when we said okay we will pay a little extra just to get the order they said they're too busy and hung up. Why offer this service if not willing to fulfil it? Wasted time, no food and very rude manager.

My friends and I enjoyed a fantastic atmosphere, extremely friendly staff (especially our helpful patient and ever-smiling waitress Valika) and utterly delicious food which was not at all greasy and had deep rich flavours. We asked the chef to come out so we could personally thank him for all his hard work. He cooked us an extra dish which he would have served his own mother had she dined with us. What an honour and what a lovely man. Thank you for a superb evening

First time here, recommended by friends. Food excellent but thought the draught Cobra had been watered down.

Arrived to an almost empty restaurant with only a handful of covers taken. They clearly cannot cope as it took over an hour for food to arrive. Having said that, the food was amazing. The service was not. Avoid the draft Cobra. Its so weak in flavour, colour and odour that it was very obviously weakened.

Another absolutely brilliant meal. Delicious, fresh, great value and lovely service. This is the best 'Indian' restaurant in Canterbury by miles.

Absolutely wonderful experience. The food is out of this world and is very reasonably priced. I've visited it many times and it is always fabulous.

My partner and I ordered on New Year’s Eve as a treat based on the good reviews of the food. We waited an hour and a half after the expected delivery time, we called the restaurant multiple times- no one answered, we left a message… no surprise we didn’t hear anything back. Unsurprisingly the food never turned up and we never heard from them.

I have supported this restaurant from when it opened and only delivered, the food then was outstanding. Unfortunately the quality of the food has gradually declined, most notably the quality of the meat which is now fatty and of extremely poor quality. The Lamb Nehari was the signature dish in my opinion but is now let down by the poor cuts. The kebabs are chewy and full of sinew, it is such a shame. I now have to find another restaurant !

I have visited this restaurant several times with friends and family. The food is amazing! I can highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys food from the Indian subcontinent, it's the best one in the area.
