Greggs - Sturry Road in Canterbury

Ordered two sausage rolls and coffee. After I paid and picked up the rolls both were stone cold. Asked if the had hot or warm ones but said no and not offered to change. Told me they are not kept warm in the counter. Could of told me they were cold and I would have had something else. It was 1-15pm and lunch time. Are they not selling many at lunchtime???

I was so pleased with the service I received yesterday from Greggs. My husband loves the ploughman sandwiches and when I found they had all gone the staff offered to make me two of them. Very friendly and accommodating service - I sat and had a very tasty sausage roll whilst they made the sandwiches. Many many thanks

This Greggs is really good the staff are nice and friendly and helpful as I had a work colleague with an allergy and I want to treat him to a breakfast the yummy lattes here are just what you need before work

Ambos esperan ansiosos el rollo de salchicha caliente, la taza de té y el pastel de crema. El área de asientos estaba bloqueada y también un letrero que decía que los baños estaban cerrados. Al preguntarle al asistente del mostrador por qué, dijo que no se habían molestado en abrir desde marzo. Se dio la vuelta y salió, no es de extrañar que todos los estantes estuvieran llenos y que era la hora del almuerzo.

Que broma. . . Estoy sin palabras. Aparecí en mi hora de almuerzo, esperando que un delicioso y dorado chorizo de salchicha y queso se derrita me esté esperando. . .  "Lo siento, no tenemos ninguna" Así que me doy vuelta y salgo de una broma. . . ¡Eso es como ir a Burger King y no poder comprar una hamburguesa! Absolutamente estupefactos!

Popped in as been at the hospital most of the day starving , don’t normally indulge 😂. Steak slice was just what the doctor ordered & 4 sausage rolls, obviously to share . Very clean, staff friendly

Good sausage rolls generally they are still warm and fairly cheap and the bacon rolls are tasty,staff are always cheerful and obliging.

bought toasties that had to be heated but what i saw was that they used their hands to take the toasties out of the bag to heat up then again to put back into its packaging. are the staff not taught health and safety. their was no way i was to buy and eat once their hand were used on my bread. the same happened with the cinnamon cake. Will never go back. train your staff to use pincers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
