Second time in a weak place is lovely service very good, recommend the cookie dough and the crepe, milkshake was so good too!

Worth visiting simply for the cruffles! Best dessert I’ve ever eaten! Also, a really cool vibe in a nice location.

Absolutely beautiful place, fantastic staff, and the desserts are amazing and actually look better than pictured. Seperate Vegan menu 😋 delicious, I could seriously spend all day here. I highly recommend the dark chocolate and pistachio cookie dough from the vegan menu, and the rose and lychee martini tasted like Turkish Delight. Highly recommend this place, perfect for an evening out with the girls.

I was a little hesitant going here with my niece after reading the reviews but she was insistent. Needn't of worried, the place was clean, desserts were great and staff speedy!

Went last night to grab a take away pudding with my Friends for my birthday, says it’s open till 11pm, got there last night at 10.35pm, door sign said open, lights were all on etc, walked in they said we are closed. I said your website says 11 and the door sign still says open, they replied yea we decided to close early. They didn’t seem bothered at all ! And everything still seemed set up. I won’t be wasting my money there again 2nd time I’ve had bad service from here.

Missing items, the apple tart was frozen ffs. Custard leaked over everything as they just threw it all in the bag. Wouldn’t send out missing items, wouldn’t recommend. What we did get was grim.

First time visiting this particular venue although have been to kne in loughborough a number of times. Dessert was very yummy as always although the service was very slow. The place was busy with a children's party and other people and there were only 2 people working which was definitely not enough. The other thing was although the toilets appeared clean and they had cleaning sheets on the doors they hadn't been signed since October which makes you think.

Firstly, I’m not normally the person to complain, but I wanted to warn others that heavenly desserts isn’t so heavenly. The decor is lovely, that’s the positive part! But everything else was a shambolic disaster from beginning to end. Service is slow, very slow. We were then served the wrong food, but when our food did eventually come, it had none of the sauces we were supposed to have, and the baklava was stale. It was a £22 bill for one coffee (a normal coffee, not the mocha I ordered) and some very small underwhelming portions for 2 people. We were supposed to receive a £6.35 refund for a drink that never materialised, but 24 hours later still no refund! (Apparently the drink wasn’t served because it was OUR fault it didn’t show on THEIR system ! Don’t waste your money here. The Starbucks in Sainsburys across the road, is better by far. Needless to say I won’t be returning.

Popped in to order desserts and bring them home. Got home to find that the ‘Apple crumble’ was actually 2 very small pieces of flapjack, not an actual crumble (see picture). The portions of ice cream were small. The only good part was the waffle. Definitely would not recommend

Fuimos a tomar algo por la tarde y me encantó el sitio. El ambiente es agradable. Pedimos varias cosas para probar y unas estaban mejor que otras, pero no tengo queja. Deberían mejorar el servicio y la atención al público. Solo había una persona para atender a todos y el local y es muy grande. No vayas si tienes prisa.

I visited here with my family. The blueberry brioche pudding was probably the best dessert I've ever eaten at a restaurant. That's not an exaggeration. It really was that good. Service was also good and the decor is really nice. I'll definitely be back.

We came here for an after dinner treat, and whilst the decor is beautiful, the deserts were good (although the cheesecake tasted a little too much like cream than cheesecake) the service was poor. We decided to use the app as is signposted over the restaurant and the waitress seemed a little put off by this.. however after realising we couldn't use our discount with the app we called her over again. She was just a bit rude, didn't make us feel welcome. We had a small alteration to one of the deserts but had charged us extra for it. We were also sitting for a good few minutes without any spoons for our deserts until my boyfriend got up and took spoons from another table. We weren't presented with a bill just told how much we had to pay.. just not my kind of customer service experience. I'm not usually one to leave negative reviews but I feel for a new establishment there should be maybe a little more of trying to make your guests feel welcome

Just tried Heavenly Deserts and I'm Not convinced, had the blueberry crumblejack which was fairly small portion however the real disappointment was the custard which was ambrosia or similar not even a quality custard but a real basic version, so that's not great for a desert at £7.50 Also had the Heavenly Hot Chocolate, and that was pretty much two mallows and some whit choc flakes , the milk was exactly that, hot milk, would have been nice if it was actually chocolate flavoured but the mix was very light and barely any chocolate in it. There were 5 of us and the others had crepes which were nice but certainly not special just good. Overall my opinion is this place is overpriced for very basic ingredients, the deserts are far from special or different from any other establishment, in fact they are not doing it as well as the competition, so my advice is to look around before you spend your money. Will I return? no I think not.

I always liked this place but today I ordered from uber (which i did before) and my order came completely smashed with milkshake all over the driver's shoes because it wasnt packed properly. Now im trying to call the place but I'm being ignored.

Had good experience. Special thanks to all the staff who treated me special and I really loved the biscoff croffle, vanilla milk cake, raspberry and white chocolate and cookie bast shake. Highly recommended to others and Visit again soon. Keep it up!!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting! Just ordered a red velvet cheesecake and it has mould everywhere! Totally unacceptable, they don’t have a phone number so I can't contact them either

Went here for some desserts last night. Food was really nice but they refused to accept a gift card I had for the place because they're scanner didn't work.

Had a nice experience. Service was nice and interior was beautiful. Got the biscoff croffle and it was delicious.

We came for desserts after our meal at The Korean Cowgirl yesterday. The staff were super friendly and helped with my sons allergies. The milkshakes are amazing! We come back for sure :)

Came here once and had a great time. Came back and had the worst service ever. Lady working very rude to us after we asked to be served having waited for over half an hour! Great food but after this experience would not return!

So the food and decor is lovely, however I have to give this place a bad rating because of the service. It took us about half an hour for us to get our drinks. Bear in mind there was probably only about 3 other tables, it was quiet. They seemed to prioritse delivery orders over dine in. Furthermore, we could see our drinks had been sitting on the counter ready to be taken to us for over 10 minutes. We even even got up and asked if we could just take them ourselves but they said they'll do it, which took another 5 minutes. I don't blame the staff members at all, they always busy but it's clearly a problem with the management and how they organise orders. You're better off just getting it off ubereats.

They are new - they are trying, and so you will need to forgive the teething challenges with service. I say that because some of the reviews you will be reading about here are super disingenuous as most other Canterbury food and dessert businesses are mostly filthy and staffed by folks that try hard enough but all suffer the same challenges with hospitality, I think finding the right staff that give a sh*t is the main issue. So I will deduct a star as there is room for improvement. The menu is very large, with a very large selection of desserts well made and presented. Worth a visit... The experience isn't bad at all...

Lovely visit this evening. I didnt know what to have, there was so much choice. The iced coffee is a must. The staff were equally lovely. I'll look forward to returning soon.

Shocking service, placed an order 20 mins later the server came over and said that they hadn’t started making one of our party’s order and could we order something else as what we wanted took to long to make. Drinks came up a long time after food, the desserts didn’t taste great either. Not worth a visit would be better of going to kaspas

Style over substance throughout. Very poor service, mediocre food. It took 15 mins to tell us a dish was unavailable, no apology . Vegan smoothie was gross and the baklava is as dry as the Sahara.

Always a lovely place for the best desserts. This one in Canterbury has a wide variety of delicious desserts. Aksha was really helpful and kind, great service by her!

Absolutely appalling service, I've ordered online and the crepe I got is just beyond anyone can imagine.. I just got a crepe and nothing with it and they charged £10 for that trash.. The restaurant doesn't have a number that we can call.. I'm shocked and incredibly upset upon seeing that Crepe..

If I could post this without stars I would - I can honestly say I have never been any where else with service as poor as here !!! Visited today for the first time with my daughter, once given the menu waited over 20mins for our order to be taken & then it was only done because I went to the counter asking to place the order. Once order was taken it took 45mins for us to be brought our drinks & then an additional 10 mins for the food to finally arrive with no apologies. When I went to pay the bill, I was asked how everything was, when I complained about the wait I was told ‘we are busy’ to which I pointed out that there was only a couple of other tables & that it was no excuse for the drinks to take 45mins, to which the lady turned her back on me & walked away !!

Beautiful place, shame the staff is rude and disrespectful. My husband and I got very embarrassed and upset to watch a lady humiliate a delivery driver in front of us. I won’t return again!

HELLISH DESSERTS worst place I’ve ever been in my life!! Started off with dirty spoon and napkin with someone’s mouth mark on it. Menus took forever and then took over half an hour to have our order taken which took 2 people to do. Over an hour and a half later we’d only received half of our food. We asked for the rest to be take away and they didn’t even know what we had ordered!! People on our table had no food in nearly 2 hours there 😒 we ended up just cancelling the rest of our food. Today I went from London to Heavenly Desserts, Canterbury to celebrate a birthday. It has a beautiful setting, It looks very posh and a formal place for a day out or a munch on a delightful , scrumptious desert with a variety of puddings. The staff are trained with respect, fast service and welcoming. In addition, the food appearance was divine, mouth dripping and had the right amount of taste. I recommend Heavenly Desserts, there is no negatives but so many positives. This ambrosia is worth a 2 hour drive!

Today visited from Luton to Canterbury. Visited Heavenly Desserts and it was really heavenly experience. Thoroughly enjoyed ‘oh so heavenly waffle’. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Will definitely visit again.

I have today visited the heavenly deserts branch from London - Canterbury I have to mention the service I have received from the team and the branch manager is 5/5 stars they are very welcoming and recommended a variety of selection on their menu…… I must say it’s beautiful inside and you won’t be disappointed you have to visit and a huge shout out to the team and Ali for everything.

Love this place, there is something for everyone on the menu and the decor is stunning which makes the whole experience that much nicer. I'd recommend the dessert tapas so you can try a little bit of everything.

Desserts are perfect especially Vanilla Milk Cake is soooo delicious! The staff are very polite and kind.
