Food good, delivery on time even when we are 4 miles out. Driver polite and friendly.

most of my order was missing. never ordering from here anymore

driver did not deliver until 18:55, food was cold, only got a sorry after I asked if why it was late driver was at he restaurant for 20mins, 2nd time in a row I had a bad order delivery. 1hr from order time 17:52.

food was lovely. the chips some sort of spice or something like that. I think they should let you know it's on there. or a option to take it of

Delivery driver was rude and obnoxious and asking me to find him to collect order. That’s not how it works!! I couldn’t leave the house anyway. Needs a stern warning and customer service re training.

Forgot to put the sauces I ordered into the bag

tasty but tepid, probably not helped by having two very cold.drink cans sitting in the chicken bucket. We did not order drinks so presumably another customer has them missing. The cans are here for KFC to collect

As a former Team Leader in the 90s at KFC I have to say I was bitterly disappointed. The stack zinger burger I bought had obviously been sitting in the heat over for hours wasn't warm was a little on the cool side. I purchased from the store and drove home 5 mins at the most. Such a shame as it is a favourite of mine but you really shouldn't be keeping zinger burger buns in for that long. I could tell it had been there for ages as the cheese was slightly dried out. Not sure I will be coming back either, had to wait ages, the girls on the front knew what they were doing just not enough of them, then finally the senior person appeared and finally decided to do some work. A zinger burger when it's hot 🔥 and heat hot should be a tasty experience mine was not. Just for the record I came in on 15.02.25 and it was around maybe 6.00 pm or 6.30 and it was very busy but even so if you are busy more reason to make sure the food is top notch.

Great KFC. One of the best KFC’s I have ever been to with great service and parking.

Says on the menus they still do milkybar crhushums but when you ask they don't do them. really need to update the menus if you stop doing a menu item.

Our experience at this KFC was not good, we waited 20 mins for our food, and the person next to me had waited 25 minutes. They were really unorganised and everything was taking ages. The staff in the back were having a chat and dancing about not working. We were not impressed and everyone else was fed up waiting for their food too.

Missing a third of the order. Contacted Just Eat who refused to give me a refund over the missing/wrong items. Extremely poor service from both KFC, but especially Just Eat who refused to rectify the order issue.

Nice mostly but a little dry-some pieces. Would prefer if all the pieces were on the bone as more moist and 'two' drumsticks. There were no drumsticks. The Courier was fine also.

After another botched just eat delivery. I called the store. A young lady called NABI dealt with my anger ajd frustration EXCELLENTLY. She apologised over and over even tho not her's or the stores fault and then OFFERED TO DROP MY FOOD TO MY HOUSE ON HER WAY HOME 👌🏾 obviously I declined and went and collected myself. Firstly this is no reflection of the KFC Canterbury - Maybrook Retail Park store. This is purely about the poor drivers supplied by JUST EAT. I LIVE 0.8miles from the store and once again the driver got lost!! Obviously I could see him on the map and when I asked him he just grunted and asked for my code! Obviously my food was cold. I I called the store and complained where I was greeted by NABI 'SHE WAS BRILLIANT,' she even offered to drop me a replacement on her way home. I collected

The order came in way earlier than usual but the food was very cold, had no taste and very stale. Tasted like it being prepared a long time ago. Really left a bad impression because I really love KFC. Food was very terrible.

Sunday Evening desperate for food Three adults Two grandchildren. Food was served cold, as it had to wait for the drinks to be made. It all felt rather worn out and uncaring. PARKING No body mentioned as we were eating in, DON"T STAY MORE THAN 45 Minutes otherwise you'll get a fine of £100 we stayed for 55 minutes OUCH we had two cars. Adds to the feeling of They Don't care for their customers.

The food took 50 minutes to arrive (should have been 10 -25) so the food was cold, also the gravy was missing from the order. We are charged fees for service and delivery when neither one of these things are given consideration.

The restaurant was packed at the time we passed. The tenders are much less generous than in France, in terms of volume, almost twice as small, and the prices are much more expensive. The tables were dirty (not cleaned between two customers) but perhaps that was due to the crowds at that time! Spaces between tables are kept to a minimum In short, nothing to envy of France

Ridiculous- every time I pressed on the chicken I wanted it kept disappearing as they were refusing to make me my chiken. I am APPALED by this behaviour. I would not recommend. Save your money it’s an overpriced scam and I didn’t even get to spend my money on it bc they Wudnt sell it to me. #discirmination.

I will not be ordering from here again. There has been so many times that the drivers are unable to locate my grandmothers house. Please get your drivers a functioning satellite navigation system or only hire people with local knowledge of the area.

Absolutely shocking service this evening. Waited an hour for food (spent £50+) and would have never received any if I hadn't gone to the counter to ask where the order was. This was our usual kfc but every Friday it’s a nightmare always 25 mins + waiting time but today was just too long. Never received an apology either. Total lack of etiquette. Won’t be coming back to this location ever again.

Good & tasty. But the chip portion was extremely small. I'm very disappointed. About 9 chips. May have been under packed. Price of £3.19 should be lowered for fries generally especially if that quantity. £2.99 for beans is overpriced so didn't order.

The food was nice, but the service wasn't great, never waited for so long for my food, maybe they was short staffed, but the state of the restaurant was appalling, there was food all over the floor, serviettes, cutlery, and the bin where you put your rubbish was piled high with waste, 1st time that I've been here and the restaurant looked such a mess.

Courier was fine. Thank you. With KFC it varies. Usually it is ok. Today I found it very greasy. The chicken wasn't meaty enough or succulent. The meat was very little. Was still hungry. So not so good. The chips were very nice. 7 up nice and cold.

Small order (easy to remember) but the drinks were not ours so we had to get them changed. Not sure the staff enjoy working there they don't seem happy. It was freezing cold inside so I had to get my coat from the car. Watch out for the horrible steel posts in the car park they will do some damage to your car!

I ordered a 6 piece bargain bucket, when it arrived there were 5 chicken drumsticks, only 5 pieces and all drumsticks and only 2 portions of chips. It was very disappointing. I tried to call the restaurant but there was no reply. I have emailed KFC directly and they have told me to contact Just Eat for a refund. The ordering was fine, the delivery was on time, the driver was, as always very polite, the food was hot. The only problem was the food in the sealed bag. I am very happy with Just Eat and very angry with the customer service at KFC.
