The best restaurants serving Default food in Preston North West

I wish you could order at the counter. Having to use the self service is a pain.

One of my friend recommend me this takeaway a couple of weeks ago and I ordered again and got delicious lamb tikka kebab with fresh salad and mints which was testy 😋

Giant kebab is insane. Took 2 attempts to conquer it

Visited while shopping on Sunday for a cup of tea & a scone. It was mid afternoon and very quiet with only 3 tables occupies. There was one person serving behind the counter who was wiping surfaces. She told me she would be with me in a minute, and proceeded to finish off, then serve me without washing her hands which was a bit off putting. The table I sat at was grubby and I had to wipe it myself. There was a cold chip and crumbs under the table. The scone was very good as was the tea but I d to enjoy it as the environment was poor.

I just had this and I feel sick, and I do have a very Brave stomach, There half peri chicken was falling apart and Really dry, there chips were just about edible for me anyway, and there pizza was overcooked

Had a great experience at Subway! The service was quick and friendly. Dev was especially helpful and professional, he made my sandwich just the way I like it. Really appreciate his attention to detail and positive attitude. Keep up the great work, Dev.

lovely food nice and hot won't go anywhere else

We ordered 2 chicken tikka kebabs tonight, one with salad , peppers and onions one without salad. They arrived well within the time that was allocated but both had salad on and very little chicken which wax definitely not chicken tikka very disappointing we will NEVER oversee from here again an absolute waste of money 🤬

We had reserved a table for 12 for late Saturday afternoon for 5th birthday for my daughter , to celebrate with family.. when we got there they had forgot the reservation and tables we dirty where we had to create a space for all of us to sit... When we ordered food we realised that there was only 2 staff on that where catering for Uber orders and work ins.. we waited 1.5 hours for all our food to come out . They served the food randomly to different people dint bring the drinks out until promoted twice .. they missed two people food and then when asked about the desert for the birthday girl to be brought to us so we could sing happy birthday they completely forgot ... We again sorted that out and I got the dessert from the counter top for them and sorted candles etc.. the staff where completely overwhelmed and couldn't cope at all.. milkshake machine was also broken and no manager in site at all... Total disappointment from start to finish , we clean and moved our own tables, to accommodate us .. had to prompt about drinks and about our order ..the second staff member was also serving other people that came in after us instead of helping dealing with us.. the staff were just inexperienced and not prepared at all.. to have to remind the staff that we needed the slice of cake (from kaspas) and ice-cream for the birthday so we could sing happy birthday instead she was sat there watching us all eat at different times waiting for her own food.. and yes I did ask my daughter to be served first . Definately will not be coming back

It is always a pleasure to visit Marks & Spencer in Preston. You are always welcome with a smile. Staff are always on hand to help you, they are very pleasant well presented and very professional.Please keep up the good work because this kind of service is becoming rare!!! Only wish more stores are like Marks & Spencer

Ordered a pizza the dough was raw. Garlic bread with mushrooms no mushrooms and dough not cooked. I've been here once before a few years back and thought I would give it a second chance never again absolutely appalling

Chips - Pale, soggy, greasy and undercooked. Husband threw in bin Fish - Quite tasteless, soggy batter… Curry Sauce - Nothing special Won’t be visiting again…

I ordered a sandwich platter just the day before a 50th Celebration at Royal Preston Hospital the staff so helpful when ordering and collecting the platter I have always used Greggs as I just never thought of Subway but will never go to Greggs again went Tues to order 3 platters for Thursday and the said it wasn’t long enough at least 2 days before so I will always use Subway now good price beautiful food and fantastic staff thank you

I placed and order last night and despite clearly ordering 3 separate pizzas I only got 2 and when ringing to complain, they insist they were right despite admitting I ordered 3 pizzas, then rather than apologise as a minimum, he hung up! Ah well, that’s one place less to order from!
