OMG THE WORST THING I HAVE EVER IN MY LIFE HAD the chicken didn't even look or taste like chicken I tasted like eating sand and I couldn’t even have a bite without spitting it out and drowning myself in water the chips was dry and rough i never ever right reviews but i had to omg never ever get this
Beautiful English breakfast we had on Monday morning. Very good atmosphere. Clean .and tidy .good costumer service. We enjoyed our visit .it was quite busy for monday morning.
Good menu and good layout and thoughtful design and reasonable prices but the place was shut and you had to walk through the cafe area to get to the shop
Always had great food from Grand Ruby. Had King Prawn with green pepper in black bean sauce with egg fried rice and a large spring/pancake roll.
The large spring/pancake roll was lovely. Contains bean sprouts, little pieces of meat and prawns.
The King prawns on the main dish were perfectly cooked and very "tender." The dish itself is a real quality dish whether with King prawns or any other meat, poultry or vegetables.
They also do some lovely curries, particularly the house special.
Like other reviews, tgia restaurant is appalling. I ordered 3 items, I received only 1 item. The owner ( chongzhuang zhao) is compulsive liar. He is a habitual thief.
Incredibly rude staff. Yes.i knew you were closing in 20 minutes, and then ten mins, and then five mins, but that was no reason to snatch my food away from me and tell me to f off. Awful service.
I am disgusted that Edward Booth is penalising his regular customers by inflicting a one hour time restriction on spending money {to enhance his cushy lifestyle) I understand that it is inconvenient that hospital visitors abuse the carpark making it difficult for shoppers to park, but a better solution should be found. When I voiced my feelings to a member of staff I was asked if I had any suggestions to alleviate the problems (yes many) pay me Edward and I will share my ideas! Meanwhile I will vote with my feet (well car really) my local corner shop, Sainsburys, Morrisons, Tesco will be my "go to" shops in the future. EDWARD, you had two left feet when we all went to the Top Rank Ballroom, you still have two left feet shunning all the people who have made you rich. Hopefully (like Woolworths - booths will become a thing of the past and a better company will take over the running of the shop.
Love this place, the two indian ladies who work there were delightful ! It's nice to meet such nice people on solo trips, first class customer service to say the least !!
