Basically the worst matcha latte I’ve ever had. What a waste of matcha…The gentleman at the counter didn’t look nice either. He pretended he didn’t hear me and my friend and we waited for a long time. I don’t know what happened to that gentleman today maybe he needs a rest? Or some training to teach him how to make the drink…

Was staffed by one person who was cleaely stressed i think they need more staff atmosphere was great the service was a five ecspecially for a one man job authough i feel they may have had ither a delivery late or a busy day as almost everything was either run out or low i got a light ice extra milk ice latte and it was brilliant.

Stopped at the Starbucks kiosk in Preston station for a pre-commute coffee. I was greeted by Kris, who provided a warm and friendly welcome and excellent customer service. Kris gave advice on redeeming rewards, which was appreciated. My coffee was waiting for me when I'd paid. Great team work! As I waited for my train, I observed that Kris continued to provide this great customer service consistently with every customer, even when it was busy. I would recommend a visit. 👌 🙂

Just had enough time after a nightmare journey of train cancellations to grab a quick Starbucks. It is so nice to go to a coffee house (and in this case a kiosk) and actually have good Customer Services. The young lady who served me, Ruby, was a breath of fresh air Happy, engaging, smiling, and seemed genuinely interested in my travel plans & my day. Nice that someone says have a nice day and means it.

Doesn't recognise or give any Starbucks stars/rewards and says tills are out of date so can't do it. Haven't done anything about this is well over 2 years that ive been complaining about it Use the one outside the station rather than this kiosk.
