Starbucks in Preston

Stopped in for a coffee on an already stressful journey but came across seemingly un-customer focused staff giving a very clear impression they did not want to be there. When placing placing my order I felt like an inconvenience and was barked at “you can’t scan that here” when asking if I could scan my loyalty card. Don’t know if I’d caught them in a bad moment, but there was no queue and the only inconvenience seemed to be my presence.

Charlie and Reece were a great help with using my app and also with allergens. Massive thanks to them both

This place doesn’t honour points as they are a franchise. Usually the staff will honour my free drink considering how often I’m here (and at other Starbucks) but today the lady with a nose piercing refused. I then asked if I could pay with the app so that I could get points and again she refused. I was told previously last time this was acceptable? Staff clearly advise different things. The amount of points I miss using this store is ridiculous.

Basically the worst matcha latte I’ve ever had. What a waste of matcha…The gentleman at the counter didn’t look nice either. He pretended he didn’t hear me and my friend and we waited for a long time. I don’t know what happened to that gentleman today maybe he needs a rest? Or some training to teach him how to make the drink…

Was staffed by one person who was cleaely stressed i think they need more staff atmosphere was great the service was a five ecspecially for a one man job authough i feel they may have had ither a delivery late or a busy day as almost everything was either run out or low i got a light ice extra milk ice latte and it was brilliant.

Stopped at the Starbucks kiosk in Preston station for a pre-commute coffee. I was greeted by Kris, who provided a warm and friendly welcome and excellent customer service. Kris gave advice on redeeming rewards, which was appreciated. My coffee was waiting for me when I'd paid. Great team work! As I waited for my train, I observed that Kris continued to provide this great customer service consistently with every customer, even when it was busy. I would recommend a visit. 👌 🙂

Just had enough time after a nightmare journey of train cancellations to grab a quick Starbucks. Reece and Ruby where fantastic, helped me greatly as I had hand fill of bags and little 3 year old niece with. They were quick and very kind.
