Stopped at the Starbucks kiosk in Preston station for a pre-commute coffee. I was greeted by Kris, who provided a warm and friendly welcome and excellent customer service. Kris gave advice on redeeming rewards, which was appreciated. My coffee was waiting for me when I'd paid. Great team work! As I waited for my train, I observed that Kris continued to provide this great customer service consistently with every customer, even when it was busy. I would recommend a visit. 👌 🙂

Just had enough time after a nightmare journey of train cancellations to grab a quick Starbucks. Kayleigh was brilliant with my cheeky son. Helped him with his drink and made sure he was safe. She helped me choose my order, which was delicious. Very pleasant experience whist travelling.

It is so nice to go to a coffee house (and in this case a kiosk) and actually have good Customer Services. The young lady who served me, Ruby, was a breath of fresh air Happy, engaging, smiling, and seemed genuinely interested in my travel plans & my day. Nice that someone says have a nice day and means it.

Doesn't recognise or give any Starbucks stars/rewards and says tills are out of date so can't do it. Haven't done anything about this is well over 2 years that ive been complaining about it Use the one outside the station rather than this kiosk.

Recently I visited Starbucks located at Preston Railway Station staff are ALL polite, friendly, helpful and professional. Specially Diya was great example to giving all their customers top notch service as well with a happy smile and positive energy! I believe they are the blueprint for all the other Starbucks to follow by their example and experience. I will visit again soon .

Really loved the coffee and loaf cake. Was served by diya. Also she was really helpful for the direction in train station where she showed me the platform and toilets near by.
