Like other reviews, tgia restaurant is appalling. I ordered 3 items, I received only 1 item. The owner ( chongzhuang zhao) is compulsive liar. He is a habitual thief.

Absolutely outrageous. Ordered food at 8.35 and was quoted a 10.00 delivery time. When it reached 10.30, I contacted the take away to check things. Was answered by a stressed out sounding man who swore that my order was in preparation and apologised for the delay. I accepted as I understood the pressures of a busy night. When there was no delivery by 11.00, I rang again and was told that they were very busy and only had 2 just eat drivers available. I tried to cancel the order (£40+) but was basically hung up on, telling me the order would be delivered by 12 midnight. At 12.15, I rang back again and was told that the delivery would be 10 minutes. It did arrive at 1.15 am, completely ruining our quiet new years eve, leaving us not even interested in the food. Why on earth would a take away accept orders it cannot fulfil? We patiently waited for 4 and 3/4 hours giving them the benefit of the doubt. Never again! This is a complete blag, I work for a fast food company who deal with just eat and there is no need to over promise on orders. Yangs should be avoided at all cost. They are dishonest in their dealings with customers and make true all the clichés about take aways lying to cover their over reaching. The food was average at best when it came, but our whole experience had been spoiled by their shoddy treatment. This entire episode has made me question if I ever want to use the just eat app again. Incredibly disappointed after an unacceptable wait.

Took 3 and half hours to arrive. When it eventually arrived the food was cold and the onion rings were soggy and basically inedible. The main meal wasn’t great either.

Prices have gone up. Quality has gone down. A real shame!

The time get getting pushed back, ended up arrive over 4 hours after I ordered it.

Two and a half hours for an order and delivery are they taking the P food was cold and hardly cooked the dough products its a 8min drive if they was so busy a phone call would of been nice and I would of gladly collected it but no both times I rang them all they could do was blame the driver

I accept that it was New Year’s Eve and snow, but we ordered at 19:50, got told 21:20 for arrival time. Didn’t come till 00:45, that 5 hours since ordering

Still no food deliverd and they claim that they had delivered the food. I've rang several times and they have blocked my number so I can't contact them, will defdinetly not order from this restaurant again and I will be seeking a refund from my bank. Not happy.

Ordered confirmed at 7:37pm, estimated delivery at 9:15pm, at 9:50 (after notifying Just Eat that it was late) changed to 10:15pm, currently 11:32pm and i'm cooking my own food because it STILL hasn't arrived despite it now showing as delivered. Absolutely useless, if you cannot make an order please don't accept or cancel so that i can make other arrangements. Happy New Year.

We didn’t even get our food. Ordered at half eight. They said delivery would be ten o’clock, we rang the takeaway at half ten, at which point they screamed down the phone saying it would be another hour. So we gave them another hour. We rang again, at this point they said again another hour. The customer service was abysmal and frankly ridiculous never mind the food not actually turning up 3 hours after order.

Ordered Peking pork and got sweet and sour pork. Yuck.

Food was good but took nearly 3 hours to be delivered. It did say it would take nearly 2 hours when we ordered which we were fine with, but it took another hour after that which is ridiculous.

Before I ordered estimated delivery 55-70 mins, that changed when I ordered. 1hr 40 until estimated delivery and then that was even late. In total waited 2 hours for a warm meal. Not happy at all

Order food at 19.05pm .. phoned at 20.40pm to see how long it would be, was told it was on its way. Arrived at 21.35pm and the whole order was cold. Spoke to restaurant who said it’s because they only have 1 delivery driver working

Very disappointed tonight, I have ordered from before with no complaints, but tonight it was horrendously late (over an hour) and luke warm at best when arrived.

Wow, what lovely food. Chicken satay skewers were exceptionally good and it was nice to have really fresh tasty prawn crackers. The steak Cantonese melted in my mouth. Thank you.

Food came early which was great, we order from yangs a lot but it was a shame this time as we ordered more than usual but the food quality wasn’t as good

Waited over 2 hours. Ordered the same as usual. Noodles completely different and actually quite disgusting. Prawn toast was more like just toast very little filling.

Food was lovely however I paid for a curried chicken and king prawn and only recieved king prawns cooked beautifully, nice big portions enough for lunch day after hence the late review

Food was lovely. Came half an hour early which was good as it had a longer estimated time. The drink was missing but the lovely driver quickly sorted that out and came back 10 mins later with the drink.

Over 45 mins late being delivered. Food cold on arrival. Chicken in orange was absolutely vile. Too acidic which isnt at all like how it usually is. Disappointed.

The restaurant has terrible customer service. Rang up and got a short blunt reply about how I’ve been waiting over 2 and a half hours for my food.

The meat used in sweet and sour pork was tough and gristley; the lemon sauce on lemon chicken was just lemon juice and no sauce, making the chicken and rice inedible. Utterly poor all round, not enjoyable at all. Food was take away, the restaurant was not used, but had to be rated anyway!

Was missing my free prawn crackers after spending £15 this seems to happen all the time

food was very good, but where were the peppers and pineapple in the sweet and sour?? if they had been in you would have had the full six stars from me!!! thanks

Love the food ....ordered a couple of times now and over 2 1/2 hours for delivery..such a shame they cant sort deliveries out as food is great if you want to wait over 2 hrs for it !!

Food was late even after a nearly 2hr wait while they cooked the food. They’re either under new management or changed supplier as the food was not up to scratch and the normal level it normally is. And items from the deal they offer if you spend a certain amount were not sent. Quite a disappointing start to the weekend.

We normally absolutely love the food from here, but today we waited so long for our food and were left very disappointed. When I called the restaurant to complain about how long we had been waiting, the gentleman on the phone told me that our food was actually on it’s way, before hanging up on me. Fast forward half an hour and we still hadn’t received our food, and the takeaway isn’t even a five minute drive from where we live. My partner called the restaurant back and they said the food had been “on it’s way for the last half an hour”, so when my partner complained that the food would surely be cold at this point, they argued that it wouldn’t be. When the driver FINALLY arrived at our house, 45 minutes after I had first called the restaurant to complain about our wait, he admitted that the food had only just left the restaurant. I don’t appreciate being lied to and won’t be ordering from here again. We don’t like that you were willing to let your delivery driver take the blame for your mistakes and despite the food being hot upon arrival, it wasn’t nowhere near the same quality taste wise as we’ve had in the past. Parts of our order were missing and other parts, such as the prawn toast, were overcooked and greasy. I spent £22 on my order and to say that you’re now charging £3 for delivery and it doesn’t even come on time, is shocking, as was your customer service on the phone.

The man at restaurant was quite rude and aggressive so it was not appreciated since we were having to wait for 2 hours

I occasionally order from Yangs and the delivery time can vary but the food is usually good. However, today it was below par, it didn’t even seem like it was made by the same restaurant almost everything was different from my usual order. The chips were soggy and bland and the tofu was completely drenched and tasteless, it was also cold and 40+ minutes late. A real shame, I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant to be reliable since the service just isn’t consistent- though I do recognise the lateness may be the drivers fault in this case.

I am still waiting after 2 hours and been on the phone 3 times and just keep getting told it’s on the way

Cold food and over a hour late

Ordered food at 20:30 didn’t turn up until nearly 23:00, over an hour later than originally suggested and they only updated the order time after requesting to know where my food was when it was 15 minutes late. The rice and spring rolls were cold, it’s not usually which was disappointing especially after waiting for so long. Don’t understand what’s so hard about not accepting orders if you can’t cope with the demand.

Always my go to Chinese Curry sauce was too hot and not very pleasant. Not same quality as it normally is

Both chow meins were warm. There was also no taste in them. House special chow mean beef was red inside. Ordered one crispy n soft noodles n both came with crispy noodles

Absolutely terrible over an hour late and turns up cold and as for the onion rings they was not evan cooked, I know takeaways are getting busy with the pandemic but they care more about the money and not serving edible food,

Duck was a bit dry bit otherwise amazing

Delivered piping hot and early. The only thing is that the won ton are always empty. It's just folded up filo. I have mentioned this a couple of times in my review's but nothing changes.

Food was great, the only think it was been delayed and delivered 30 min later. If I would be hungry I would be mad a bit.

Had most of my order apart from the chicken balls, I was told they’d bring them out by the delivery driver and they never came. They don’t answer the phone. Absolutely shocking. Feel like I’ve been conned. Cant even be bothered to answer the phone for an apology or for a refund.

Took along time from ordering ordered at 5.34 turned up at 6.50 chips very poor spring rolls poor all fried rice look and tasted burnt most of the meal ended up in the bin won't be ordering from these again will go back to our usual ace and pick up

My all time favourite Chinese take away. They can sometimes struggle with delivering on time. But today they came early! But the food is so good that they’re always worth the risk!

Not all of the food was delivered.

Food ordered at 7.50, advertised as 40min wait. Once paid got a message saying food would be delivered at 9.35. Arrived at 9.52. Was warm, not hot. But tasty. By this time though I was starved and had some cheese on toast. Which was delicious.

Food was pretty good, I ordered the orange chicken and it had a bad sweetner/orange no added sugar cordial type of taste that sadly made my usually favourite chinese dish inedible. Would recommend the duck chow mein, peking duck and the chips were pretty good!

The food is super but you need to order two hours before you’re hungry. I’m not sure how it takes two hours but just bear it in mind.

Please read this review before you place an order...Waited over 1hr & 45 minutes for our food, when it eventualy arrived, it was all stone cold. Had to warm it it in the oven, & nothing special when it was was warm enough to eat !!.. looks like they are short of delivery drivers.. you make your mind up !!. if you want to wait & have 35% warm food then its up to you, but there are plenty of other take aways to order from & don't have to wait ages & get COLD food, generous 2/10 Not very happy customers.

Although the foid arrived on time and quite warm there was hardly any filling in the curry samosas as they're tiny and there was nothing but folded filo pastry in the won ton pieces.

This is the second time it’s been late and also the advertised delivery time is far too optimistic- the first delivery time given was 50 mins - actual was 1hr50. Not good enough. Refund required.

It gave me the option to be delivered for 20 past 7 as I ordered it at 6.30 and it said the delivery time was ‘35-45 mins’. after the order went through, alerted me that it would be ‘delivered at 7.50’ without the option to withdraw my order! I am not happy with the just eat service!

There were missing items and I'm very unhappy as I dont have money to spare this was a treat and when I tried calling , the phone just wasn't picked up never using this place again very terrible and when I reached out to the app for help I was passed around to different people and still ignored .

Have used Yangs for years but half of the order is missing and can't get in touch with the takeaway. Getting refund from Just eat but they say they can't sort redelivery. Disgusting customer service. Never use them again!!

Fummmingggg, then forgot my chicken chow main and by the time it got here, the chippy was closed.... and hoison sauce was literally so thick ... Never again

I forgot to change my phone number on the app, so tried to ring to tell them. Rang over 20 times, no answer. Due to living in flats I need them to ring so I know its here. So I haven't got my food, and have had to order elsewhere. Hope I can get my money back. Never been so unimpressed.

Disgusted with the customer service. Was missing an item from my order and phoned to tell them. Was told half an hour and I didn’t get much chance to speak until they put the phone on the side for nearly 3 minutes and left me on the phone while someone shouted at someone else. Someone then came and put the phone down. I phoned back up and just got “30 minutes” and then had the phone slammed down on me again. Due to the rude customer service I claimed back the item through just eat and I will not be dealing with you again. Such a shame as the food was great.

I ordered for 2000 then told 2030 expectable then 2040 ok arrived at 2110 not expectable I turned the driver away all I want is a replacement meal which I will pick up or my money back as my wife had toast and went to bed

Good as always. Food delivery time, food was hot and everything tasted great. No complaints, boyfriend tried for the first time, he had the happy meal and was very happy.

I ordered at about 5pm ahead of time for 630, to then be told my delivery will not be until 7pm....ur delivery charge is silly also. Apart from that the food is good except your mixed platter could of been presented a little better, will order again
