Small but perfectly formed! Excellent location for Cadigan Hall and has some nice bars and restaurants very close by. We stayed in a Cosy Double. It was a little small, but it had a comfy bed and an excellent shower with Moulton Brown toiletries. The AC wasn't very good, but we could open a window. The curtains didn't fit properly, so the light came through early! We'd definitely stay again if the price was right!

Just sat in this deserted Kings Road reataurant trying to eat a small plate of five pieces of dried up chicken reheated and a tiny portion of cold chips and realised why it's empty. I just thought let's get through this it's only £9.95 but when the bill came - or rather I went to the counter because there was no service - the one rude waiter behind the bar presented me and my friend with a bill for £44. We could not believe it. He claimed the five pieces of chicken with no accompaniemwnt was a shish taok main course which it so wasn't. It was appalling. I wasn't going to argue at £9.95 but at £22 a head I argued and then some but he absolutely insisted that we had to pay that and if we hadn't liked it we shouldn't have eaten it. What a truly awful place. Only two other customers in there and they looked as shocked as we were by their small plates of dried up food. Haven't had a meal this bad in London ever. Avoid this place like the plague although surely it can't be disgracing itself for much longer as it looks as though most people already avoid it. That's the biggest waste of nearly £50 I have ever experienced. I feel utterly swindled and robbed. Disgusting.

Dear Andrei and team Sincere thanks for making us a wonderful wedding in October. You made everything so stress free for us. All of our guests are still raving about the food but also the service was excellent even though you had a busy restaurant. You made us feel like VIP’s, even greeting us at the door yourself. We are so sorry it has taken us so long to put this into words, but we have been telling anyone who will listen how much we are glad we chose Manicomio for our special day. I wish I could remember our waitresses names, they were lovely. They enjoyed our ottolengi wedding cake :) Lots of love Richard and Jen

Unfortunately, the table service doesn't match the rest of the restaurant. It ruined my evening, as the young, short lady with extensions seemed to be in a bad mood and not interested in her job. The service doesn't match the price. I won't be going back. ☹️

I came in to get the family weekly treat. Four scones, cream and jam with four hot drinks. Served by a new female member, who was fine but after I left the tray of food on the table. I saw we were missing one cream. I turned back to ask for more and a male worker loudly and rudely told me to go to the back of the line. I said no I haven’t finished being served. He said no I am serving going to serve someone else first. I left sat back on the table with my family who were shocked. Then called up to pay 60p for the cream he then prepared. I don’t mind paying for their mistake in missing the cream but to shouted at in a pack store is unacceptable especially in-front of my children. Nobody wore a name badge sadly. Today at 09:30.

Leyendo la crítica de otras personas, confirmé que el gerente menospreciaba a los asiáticos y trató a los asiáticos muy irrespetuosamente. Tuve un almuerzo con mi amigo japonés allí, mientras tratábamos de preguntar algo sobre el menú como aquí, la comida es una especie de fusión en lugar de auténtico japonés. Más tarde supimos que su nombre es Kate, ella respondió a todas nuestras preguntas con bromas y con mucha impaciencia. Sin embargo, su actitud era completamente diferente a la de los clientes blancos sentados a nuestro lado. Me pareció completamente ridículo, mientras que este establecimiento decía ser comida "japonesa" y la gente a cargo allí mirando hacia abajo a los japoneses y ella misma es rusa. Definitivamente no volveríamos ya que ahora hay más y más restaurantes japoneses reales abriendo en Londres con un precio más adecuado

El helado era perfectamente agradable. Lo que defrauda a este lugar es el servicio. Aceptan muchos más pedidos de los que pueden manejar, especialmente con todos los pedidos de pantalla táctil estilo McDonalds. En un día caluroso, las esperas son una locura. Tuve que aguantar unos 25 minutos para mis conos. Solo dos asistentes trabajando ninguno demasiado rápido y una cola de más de 20 .
