Great ambience and excellent service .. My 5 year old son got the burger for free and it was delicious .. me and my wife ordered the lobster roll which was fantastic and the steak which was below expectations. Overall I give it a 7 out of 10

It was a good visit to one of the many restaurants of Gordon Ramsay. The emblematic dish "Wellington Beef" was tasty, the portion of the starters could be a little bigger for the price. In general it was pretty cool. The servicié was nice, thnx.

I was expecting a much better restaurant since Gordon Ramsey's. My hamburger was tasteless and the meat was not medium rare. McDonald's hamburgers are tastier. The service was not up to standard. Way too expensive for it to be worth eating there. The toilet was dirty and smelled so much perfume from the air freshener that you start coughing. Gordon should not criticize other restaurants but review his own first.

Interesting vibe I got from this place. Not bad at all. Liked it. The dishes were amazing and the music was my type. And I`m not saying this because I`m secretly afraid of mr. Ramsey ;)

This restaurant is not for vegan or vegetarians. Don’t visit the restaurant with kids. The food was very average. It is not worth 200 GBP per person on Saturdays!

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I have been to all of Gordon Ramsay’s restaurants in Las Vegas, so when we visited London, I HAD to have more Beef Wellington and it did not disappoint! One of the things I liked better in the UK vs the US was that the Beef Wellington is prepared to order. For a “casual” restaurant, I felt it to be very charming and well-appointed. The service we had was the best I’ve ever had in the UK, with a special shout-out to our Albanian waiter, John. Everyone and everything was top-notch and it was honestly the best meal I’ve ever had in my life! I will definitely be dreaming of this place until we return again!

Atmosphere was amazing and service was impeccable. I have severe dairy allergies and the staff was very accommodating. The sirloin was well seasoned and the fish my friend had was perfect. Will definitely be coming back!

Lovely experience this evening, 2 great waiters/ Bar staff. Very accommodating and when we were unsure about which cocktails they advised they could make any we would like even off of the menu. Food was lovely, was very quiet this evening which made it slightly better to be honest, has been the highlight of the first of our 2 days in London so far

Delicious food and great customer service!

Went here for a Sunday Roast. Absolutely incredible. Trying one of Gordon’s roasts is a great experience. Only minor criticism was that the menu was difficult to read as it was on brown paper with faint text in low lighting. But food was amazing and service was great too.

We came here last Sunday for dinner. We were greeted by a very friendly / pro Head waiter. Our Caesar salad was just perfect, rib eye steak was cooked to perfection but was let down by the burger as it was very dry... Good wine list. The restaurant is nice and cosy. Perfect for a romantic or family Sunday dinner. Location is good. We always like Chelsea. 😀

A splendid little place ! Located on a main street and apart from the floral decorations, pretty inconspicuous. The staff and service is top class. The food is excellent and leaves nothing to be desired. We had the ribeye steaks (both of them) and they were great cuts, perfectly grilled. The venue is great if you look inside - a small room which creates a vibe of a casual local eatery. The main road outside is not optimal, but just keep your focus on the food and the excellent staff and you'll be fine.

Unfortunately the fame of the name proceeds quality and consistency of the dishes....really good meat , but poor cooking , and not so well tended. Most of it was thrown away because of the fat...it is a pity, because we were charged almost £80 each (4 ) with a glass of wine and 2 beers.

I really enjoyed our meal here - good old fashioned english fish and chips.

Gelu, Valentin and Miguel made the evening. Food was fantastic, steaks were perfect we totally enjoyed our dinner. Try the Espresso Martini, it was out of this world! Lovely table in the back, very relaxing. Look forward to going back next time we are here.

Excellent service but two steaks were cooked at the wrong temperature

OK, it is a Bar & Grill and we are on the lunch menu, so I am not setting my sights high here! That written, you choose a Bar & Grill with Gordon's name over the door and pay circa £60+ a head for lunch to secure some basics, right? You expect a Grill chef can deliver two identical cuts of meats ordered 'done identical', to be the same. Not so and not good! One done ‘OK’, the other was hideously over. This aside the food was OK. That is honestly the best I can write. Oh, and that I can eat far far better elsewhere for £60+ per head (includes a drink each). For this reason, it is a one from me. Had chef not messed up the meat, it would have been a two, not more at this price point!

Brilliant service, couldnt fault the front of house. Disappointed the chicken wings listed for sharing came out with only three. Just doesn’t work does it!! Thereafter the food was sub par and certainly not worth the prices. I would expect to have the same burger and chips in an average pub. The burger meat was tasteless and pretty tough. My friend ordered a Wagyu steak that he said he certainly would write home about - not what you want to hear with regards to a £100 steak. Left with a rather hefty bill compared to the food! I don’t recommend.

One of the things I wanted to do in London was to eat at a Gordon Ramsey restaurant. I chose this one and I am so happy I did! Marsel was our waiter and he made the experience even better. Food was what I expected…perfect and delicious.

Went for a Mother’s Day visit as a party of 4. The food was exceptional and service even better. Had the best Sunday roast I have had for a long time. Huge portions and great flavours. We will definitely be back for another great experience!

Velké očekávání přineslo zklamání … V Grill baru s takovým jménem by se nemělo stát , že na stůl dostanete extrémně přesolené i nedovařené jídlo . Ochutnali jsme 9 jídel/předkrmů , krom zmiňovaného vše chuťově dobré , ale nic za čím bych se chtěl do tohoto baru vrátit a vzhledem k cenám , nepoměr .

Ordered 10oz sirloin. After waiting over 30mins It came out cold. Said to the waiter and he said he could put another one on but I have to wait the same time or put it back on to heat it up. He put it back on and it was burnt on the outside but still cold. The steak was more like something from Iceland than what I would expect from Gordon Ramsey. They said they wouldn’t add the service charge on but the total cost of the bill still had the service charge. Extremely disappointed, will be advising anyone I know never to go here

Honestly the service was great but to say the menu was small and the price you pay the steaks we had served was terrible. They wasn’t to temp was one of the toughest steaks I’ve had in a while. Shame to say because everything else was faultless but the most expensive and main reason we visited this bar was the steaks and was only a let down.

Excellent service especially by Carlos who was like a personal waiter this evening and even refused a tip !! Would recommend the food was 10/10 I had the Australian Wagyu.

The portions provided were just right. The food it self simply delicious. The chocolate brownie is the highlight of all. One of the best brownies I have ever had.

Nice great food and atmosphere but be prepared to spend

First time visiting a Gordon Ramsay restaurant and the food was great. I ordered the Steak Frites and shared the buffalo chicken as a starter - I was impressed with the portions of the main and thought the size was decent and price. Steak was full of flavour and was cooked a perfect medium rare, we ate outside and there is heating so was warm but there wasn't much space outdoors and felt as if one of the waiters was trying to rush us by constantly asking us if we were finished when we were trying to eat in peace / converse. I dropped 2 stars for the bad waiter service because a comfortable atmosphere was not created with the constant rushing of food. Also, I thought it was bad that this restaurant had no takeaway packaging as I wanted to finish the rest of my food at home but this was not possible. Not an eco-friendly restaurant.

Had an amazing experience here with no faults that I can give. The food was perfect and the service was second to none. Would recommend to go here on a date, with friends or with family. It caters for all. It was that good we booked in to eat here again the following week. It’s a 200 mile round trip for us. Now that’s saying something!

Loved it - superb service and excellent food. Many restaurants have lost something during covid times but Maze is still great. Highly recommend the Chateaubriand!

Not many people and great food and great service

Nice quiet restaurant compared to some of Gordon's other restaurants. I like the ambiance. The food is really good. Everything is made well and of a high standard. They used to have a bone marrow sauce for the steak which they don't have anymore which I really miss. Otherwise, steak is great. I like their Mac and cheese side. The desserts are pretty decent also.

Food was spectacular but was let down horribly by the service. Lag between mains and desserts was over 1 hour. For a restaurant with only 8 tables: not great.

Our favourite Sunday roast place. Nice and tasty with bottomless veggie portions. Nice staff, ambience and good portioned food. Menu hasn't changed for a while but certainly reliable quality if you want to invite someone.

Had a really lovely surprise birthday meal with my husband. Excellent choices on menu. All cooked and served perfectly. Staff were brilliant. Really friendly and helpful. May be bit more expensive than our usual but well worth it. Would definitely return on future visits to London.

Amazing place! My fiance and I went to celebrate his birthday and as soon as the restaurant found out, they provided us with 2x glasses of champagne and a trio of desserts! Their chateaubriand steak is to die for! Loved every minute!

Worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had! Took my girlfriend here for her birthday. Firstly the waiter was shocking he forgot our wine, was constantly chatting with other members of staff, then the entree came it was average nothing special. We then waited for 30-40minutes for our main, which our waiter openly told us “ there was a problem with the machine and our food had been sitting there for a while “ we then proceeded to eat our Grilled Salmon with Wasabi Leeks & vegetables. The salmon was stone cold, the leeks were so overcooked and dry with no hint whatsoever of wasabi. We then asked our waiter to speak with the manager, he completely avoided us sheepishly, i asked him a second time & then disappeared for 10minutes bringing up a brownie. I said I’m sorry but we want to speak to the manager which he replied to us as “ eat the cake first then you can talk to my manager “. For a restaurant with Gordon Ramsay’s name to it you definitely would expect more, yes they took our mains off the final bill. However, the service and the disorganisation of staff was horrendous. Along with the food which was below average. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone & will not look to go back again.

Perfect. Had the Chateaubriand to share and Eton mess for dessert. I generally don't like sweets, but I had to try this one. And it was perfect. Balance. We sat upstairs, don't know if downstairs is any different but we enjoyed our 1,5 hour date night. We took the subway to Waterloo and took a walk to the restaurant. A taxi would work as well.

Basically what youd expect from the highest level Chef, Gordon Ramsay.

This is a must try restaurant with Stefan and crew producing quality cuisine from starter to coffee! Clean, happy staff makes a good time from 1200 to midnight.

Myself and my girlfriend are huge fans of Gordon Ramsey, this restaurant truly lives up to his standard. We have been here 7 times now and I cannot give any complaints. I am sure we will be back soon!

I had a wonderful dinner here with my fiance and my mom. The service was great, the waiters and waitress was amazing. The food was to die for, we had their maze grill aharer and my mom had their burger, we got a nice bottle of wine and some good cocktails. Sadly they had just sold out on the Wellington beef, but next time I will write in my reservation that we would like to preorder that. The waiter quickly read our table and made us really enjoy our time there he was fun and knew we could take a joke. I will be back next time I visits London cause this is in my top 3 of restaurant visit in London

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - sat in a grim basement, took 15 minutes to get a drink, didn't get all our order, ran out of the brand of gin we were drinking after one shot, food was all luke warm, sent my pasta back and it came back 30 seconds later after they had microwaved it - the service was just as bad - I used to love watching Gordon Ramsay on the television but having been to his restaurant, not sure he has any idea at all in running restaurants

A little disappointed. After visiting a Gordon Ramsey restaurant recently in Las Vegas I was desperate to take my parents to one of his restaurants in London to enjoy the wonderful experience and amazing food that we had received in Las Vegas. However, we waited over 15 minutes for each round of drinks, and the food was served cold and tasteless. The waiter seemed really lovely but when we asked for any information or recommendations on the menu he replied with “I don’t know” or “let me ask the kitchen.” With this being an expensive restaurant, I assumed that the service would match but staff were clearly not trained to the correct standard. Drinks and food were served by reaching over our head and across the table throughout the whole meal. Usually this wouldn’t be something that I would pick up on but because it was done so rudely it was hard not to be put off by it. The toilets were right next to the kitchen so you had to squeeze PST staff members to get to it and the floor was soaking wet. We paid almost £300 for 4 people and left feeling really underwhelmed.

Very sad to say but we were surprised how such a nice concept made so many faults with service. It was terrible - after 20 minutes we still haven't received a menu, wine was served after 45 minutes and food including such a simple for kids as pictured broccoli after 1,45h. Sometimes being nice and kind is not enough - service should be also helpful and should react to a delays not only at the moment of payment.
