Good value for tasty food. The menu itself needs a little more English writing, but they said that’s in progress. Clean and friendly

Ordered for the first and last time! Vegetable panang was very watery, the spring rolls container it was in was broken so it was compromised so I couldn’t eat it! The egg fried rice was soggy and tasteless. Chicken satay was probably the only semi decent thing I got! Was flat out refused any compensation for their disgusting “food”! Even got a complimentary diarrhoea the next morning! Don’t waste your money here!

I did not receive my full order and informed the delivery driver, who dismissively said it wasn’t his problem. When I called the restaurant to report the issue, I was told I would have to come in and pick up the missing items myself. The service has been extremely disappointing, and I expect to receive the full refund as promised.

Great evening with super kind staff. Delicious wine (Rioja) & the best lamb cutlets ever! Ok, the chips are pretty lovely too!

A fun dancy pub! I ate their loaded fries and cauliflower. The cauliflower was very delicious. Fries were good, too! Recommend it for a night out.

We had our joint 50th celebration upstairs at The Bull. Had the whole top floor, two great bar staff, amazing food (everyone commented on how good the food was), they allowed us to take all the tables out so we could dance, provided a great sound system for our playlist, and curated a drinks menu for us, and managed the tab carefully and kindly with us all through the night. We brought in an independent photo booth, which was no problem. The night was a massive success. Special mention goes to Nick, Lucas and Nick. Thank you so much. You made our 50th a night to remember in all the best ways!

It's never open at the advertised times

Visited with a colleague and found a very basic menu but we ordered anyway To say we were disappointed was an understatement, tiny portions, half cooked chips, in fact I’d say a McDonald’s burger is bigger than these and you get more fries there £15 for this food was a total rip off The service wasn’t great either and they had a cheek to add a service charge to the bill With all of this it’s not a surprise this chain is closing branches and basically going down the pan I certainly won’t be back

Very cute cafe in Queen’s Wood. Pastries and coffee were great but not worth the wait. Waited for an hour in line for 3 coffees and 2 pastries. Might’ve been busy because it was a sunny Sunday, would recommend going but on a less busy day!

I certainly will never go to the place again. I am a vegetarian and my girlfriend has an allergy which means she can't eat ham or it will make her ill. I ordered 2 mushroom and 3 cheese ciabattas and they served us with ham and cheese ones. There was no question about what I ordered and I complained and I was accused of lying and I had to push to get my money back. The staff were very rude and the man behind the counter was extremely rude and aggressive. I would warn off anyone going there. It was absolutely horrible.

Service was great when store opened but has now become inconsistent. Went in for an ice cream and was served by someone who was at best indifferent. Handled cone with bare hands and proceeded to provide the smallest cone I can remember ever having. Poor service. Poor hygiene. Poor value.
