Pizza Express in Haringey

I did not receive my full order and informed the delivery driver, who dismissively said it wasn’t his problem. When I called the restaurant to report the issue, I was told I would have to come in and pick up the missing items myself. The service has been extremely disappointing, and I expect to receive the full refund as promised.

The sloppy guseppe was so good it got everywhere man, and I mean everywhere. Ask my wife, she helped me clean up where I couldn’t, it was delicious

It was a great meal. The food was great, the service was impeccable. I would 100% recommend.

The pizzas and doughballs were amazing, and they always have great deals. I had the classic Margherita and it was great, coming from an Italian. TBH the food was orgasmic.

The cleanest and friendliest Pizza express I have been too, felt so welcome plus the pizza was cooked to perfection! 10/10 recommend!

Everything was good, but there is one waitress that spoilt our evening and we (4 of us) would never step in there ever again as long as she's working there, she just wouldn't stop yapping with her in ur ears voice, omg is just no stopping at all, she uaps yaps yaps yaps..... for everrrrrrr, but the management and food was lovely

The salad, Buddha bowl, was delicious with lots of different ingredients and the roasted pine nuts improved it further. The house red, a Tovola D’ Nero, was poor. The Wine Society sells a good one very cheaply. One balance, it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely come back.

Food was fine. Quality and attitude of service was appalling, and server was very disrespectful/rude. Was a bit uncomfortable when paying the bill but overall experience was ok. Although we had booked several all days in advance, our table was given away, and we were expected to sit at 2 different tables. However, manager then came over and sorted everything out and gave us 2 free pizzas + dough ball meaning everyone left happy

Pizza Express has so many gluten free items and solid handling procedures, it makes for a safe option when traveling. I’ve been to several locations and the Highgate restaurant was remarkable for the freshness and quality of the food!

The food was amazing, the place and atmosphere makes you feel cozy! All the servers were fantastic, especially Lily, the one who served us! We will definitely be back soon!!!

I ordered a margherita pizza. It wasn't really an Italian pizza, let's say it's thin but the base is rubbery and greasy. Top service and it's clean.... Sin

We just had our son's 7th birthday party here this weekend. What a great place to celebrate a party! All the children had a great time and all the parents commented on how well organised the set up was. Our host Lilly was amazing with the children and the time flew. I would recommend this venue to other parents looking for a unique and well put together birthday experience.

I'm so sorry to leave a bad review, but my experience in Highgate pizza express was terrible. I don't know where all the good staff went yesterday evening ( including the person in charge) maybe it was there night off? The food in Highgate was really poor. The pizza itself was so thin it was translucent. I'm not joking! If you held it up to the light, which I did out of curiosity, you could see through it. You wouldn't buy one of their pizzas like that in Waitrose, so it shouldn't be served like that in a restaurant! Even though they waved the food bill, understandably, we still came away felling awful. Probably due to the 'attitude' of the person we dealt with. Such a shame.

Pizza was much more thinner than expected and the peppers were quite thick so didn’t really compliment as a whole

After waiting for more over 2 hours the pizza's finally arrived but guess what. it was too cold and felt inedible I was really really disappointed and kids too.

Had to ask for food to be heated up

The food was great... place was drafty but the service was phenomenal very family oriented place you can take the babies or go on a romantic date here I'd highly recommend. I'd definitely return if we weren't just passing thru. The reviews are accurate this place is great

Great customer service, but the pizza was average, especially for the price. It arrived not very hot , went cold very quickly. On top of it the chips were a great disappointment. At least the waiter was great!

Really kind staff a warm welcome and a credit to the company

Ordered online, and called the restaurant requested for vegan option. Staff were ever so polite, efficient and made alterations so I could have the meal deal for 2 but with one item changed for vegan. Additionally, provided vegan butter for the starter and called to inform and clearly identified the vegan and non vegan food. Very satisified with service provided.

We were served by a waitress called Lilly at the Highgate branch and I must say her customer service is exemplary. She is one of the best waitresses I have been served by. She is a keeper! The food was fantastic too. Such a great experience. I will definitely visit again.

Very good pizzas. Changing the time of the reservation was easy, and the service was quick and professional. Quiet on a Monday lunch too.

Been at highgate pizza express for dinner, Elsa was my server. She was very nice professional and friendly. Have been served by her multiple times over the years, there is no better server than her in this restaurant!! Επισκεφθήκαμε το εστιατόριο που βρίσκεται κοντά στο tower bridge στα warfs. Εξαιρετική γραφική περιοχή πολύ κοντά στη γέφυρα. Το φαγητό ήταν πάρα πολύ ακριβό για την ποσότητα που προσέφερε …οι πίτσες κοστιζαν γύρω στις 16 £ και ήταν ατομικές. Mia pizza Σπέσιαλ και δύο Μαργαρίτα, μία σαλάτα μόνο με μοτσαρέλα και ντοματίνια και τρεις κόκα κόλα 56 £. Φύγαμε πεινασμένοι και πήγαμε και φάγαμε κι αλλού. Το Φαγητό στο Λονδίνο είναι ακριβο για μας τους έλληνες και για τις ποσότητες που έχουμε συνηθίσει. Ωστόσο φάγαμε κι αλλού πολύ καλύτερα. Θα κατέληγα ότι το φαγητό ήταν πολύ basic και δεν ήταν καθόλου value for money.

I went in at the weekend, with partner and son, and was shown to our table by a waiter on his mobile phone nattering away in a casual manner, apparently to a friend. Not a great start… It has been a while since I went to a Pizza Express, as I lean towards little independent restaurants where possible. I remember them being one of the few places you could get an authentic (ish) Italian pizza (alright, yes, in the ‘90’s!) but things have changed. Pizzas were overloaded with cheese, and verging on ‘greasy’ from all the resulting fat. Meanwhile, the waiter/server spent the entirety of our time there on WhatsApp or calls, and even came to the table two further times while on a call, or with WhatsApp in hand. The meal came to £60-£70 for three (2 starters, one drink, three mains). I didn’t tip, and didn’t think he would notice as he was again on his phone. But he did, and was visibly miffed. Very poor service. You’ll see my track record shows very few 1/2 star reviews, I don’t give them lightly. Disappointing, and at the prices charged I would expect a LOT more.

The vegan pizza was poor. Wet, soggy base that was sliced unevenly with too many toppings which made it look a mess. The large pieces of red onion on top were not pleasant to eat. Would definitely avoid.

My last order was fine but when trying to reorder today your website says this pizza express branch isn’t taking orders today - but I’m actually in the branch and they say they are!…so they are losing business due to this inaccurate posting!

We just ate there with a good friend, I was walking with clutches and I also bring my wheelchair, the access was quite easy. The service was excellent ! Pizzas are a very good and tasty option, we recommend.
