Food is always nice & usually hot but this time was luke warm to near cold & considering the delivery was early, it spoiled the food.

They said they tried to deliver several times and call and that wasn´t true: no calls and no doorbell. They were very very rude over the phone although the food is nice. Maybe from the restaurant they can´t try to be as nice as their food or if they don´t like to deal with people not open a restaurant!

it was good but salty :/ my mum could not eat it.

I ordered lasagne and they forgot to put the cream(bechamel). I couldn't eat it! The profiterol was awful too! I won't order again

the courgette fries do not travel well, they were just a horrible mass of goo. everything else was fine

Whole pizza (diavola) tasted of anchovies so the chef obviously didn't wash their hands between prep, or used the same pizza cutter

On all the previous occasions I had this pizza it was fantastic. Today however it was soaking in oil. The oil was dripping from my fingers every time I lifted a slice. Couldn’t eat half of it. Very disappointed.

I ordered Ortolana Pizza ...it was completely oily . Uneatable ! I just try a slice and binned. Even a dog wouldn’t eat it . Well done to Pizza Chef ! You better do another training about how to make a proper pizza . This is happening when someone doesn’t care about the job is doing .

unfortunately my son and i developed a stomach upset , the food was not upto its normal good standards , i think the food on sunday was not as fresh as when i order on friday and saturday , the chicken and ham was not fresh tasting sadly

We recieved the wrong pizza having waited over 2 hours for it to be delivered only 3 miles. Can we expect a refund?

Food didn't taste very nice at all. Had the calzone. Was oily on the inside and burnt on the outside. Made me feel queezy.

Perfectly decent meal, so thanks for that - nice driver too. But adding time to the order and then bringing it 30 minutes early is just silly. Just stick to the original time and bring it then.

I ordered a carbonara from here by Deliveroo and it was the most disgusting pasta I ever Eat. The sauce was only egg and oil they forgot about the cheese. It was tasteless and nasty. I don’t know how’s the rest of the food but I don’t recommend the carbonara at all.

food was ok but the bread on the pizza tasted a bit old. they forgot the wine which I know is just a mistake but quite annoying

food over half an hour late. called restaurant to get update, was told it was on its way. over half an hour after that phone call I had to call back again only to be told that the restaurant is busy. food arrived while I was on the phone to restaurant I told them I would not be paying for the food as I had already fed the kids as they couldn’t wait any longer. guy on phone did not apologise only said that it has been a busy day. I agreed to pay half price and sent the driver on his way

Delicious 4 cheese pizza, quick delivery. I would not add toppings as pizzas are excellent as they are.

Food arrived very late, no warning or apologies received from restaurant and the delivery guy was also not great, waiting at the corner of my building for me to go and pick up food. Also, food was not exactly what was described on menu plus there was no parmezan with the pasta

Late delivery, the pizza was rubbery and the driver didn’t even say Hello...very disappointed.

pizza was nice. the tomato and red onion salad however. sooooo disappointing. the onion was not red onion and it was chopped into large awful chunks and simply thrown ontop of cut tomato. not even a glug of oil or dressing or seasoning. no passion or enthusiasm in the food.

Nearly £40 for 3 lukewarm Arancini, 10 Rigatoni with some melted brie and a huge sloppy Tagliatelle Boscaiola I nearly laughed out loud when I saw it…

They forgot the meat balls. Deliveries and politness have improved in service which is better. I really enjoy the food so it's a shame to have the service lacking somewhat. I have always been a regular customer even to the store itself in the past so It would be nice if the service for better.

Esta ha sido una institución local durante años, aparentemente, aunque por la fuerza de este sábado mediodía era difícil ver cómo. El lugar estaba completamente vacío aparte de nosotros la verdad es posiblemente atribuible al calor abrazador, pero lo destacable fue que no podían conseguir las comidas para llegar simultáneamente. Fue un buen 10 minutos cuando las pizzas llegaron entre y cuando el resto de la comida llegó (e incluso entonces tuvimos que perseguir). La comida no estaba mal, la ensalada estaba bien, y los tagliatelle salmone era bueno sin ser excepcional. El filete de salmón y patatas fritas dieron buenas críticas (y con buena pinta), y no se puede quejar el tamaño de las pizzas - demasiado grande incluso para los grandes platos que servían en! Hay muchos lugares peores para una comida rápida italiano, pero, por la fuerza de esta visita, los hay mejores.

Probably the best pizza I've ordered online. Proper hand-made authentic Italian pizza. I've been forced to rate the restaurant service. I gave it 5-stars even though I never went to the restaurant - I mean this is an online delivery website so... But the food is good, that's what matters.

Bufala pizza was good although the dough was a bit on the salty side for my liking. I was very impressed with the delivery time as my pizza arrived about 20 minutes after l ordered it. I would order again from this restaurant and try out the other food on the menu.

Did love the food , but next time at least use the right pasta for the meal I got spaghetti instead of Penne.

Excellent but could do with more tomato sauce as was a little dry

The food did not look appetizing. Garlic bread with cheese - hardly any cheese but loads of tomato base. Quatro Formaggi- was not that. Hardly any cheese as well. Not value for money.

i asked for penne instead of spaghetti, unfortunately that did not work. the bolognese tasted alright. the pane della casa and the garlic pizza bread tasted super delicious!

the pizza and the bruschetta were great , the tagliatelle carbonara didn’t have any taste whatsoever plus I have asked garlic in my pasta and it was missing. Didn’t eat the pasta but we ate the rest which was tasty.

Delivery driver was an absolute idiot, took food to wrong place down the road & then argued with me that I was to walk down the road to him to collect it.

Pizza was lukewarm on delivery, non-crispy and very little toppings, most of it was cheese. Salad with chicken was ok. Profiteroles soaked in foamy cream. Delivery was on time and delivery man followed instructions on how to get inside the gated area. Due to low quality of food, will not order here again.

Oh dear. The food arrived luke warm. There was a lot of pasta but it was spot the sauce. So not only cold but very dry and difficult to eat. So I had to give up. It was not in any way edible. So I turned to the fries with vinager to hand. These where not fries in any sense of the word. Cold. Soggy. Unappealing. There is a catering box that is suited to delivery of fries. Might be an idea to invest. So all in all a waste of money. I've heard good things about these people which is what made me order. Not cheap either so I expected quality. It wasn't. The containers not fit for purpose. The pasta should be delivered in a plastic heat containing box. The fries I have already said how they should be delivered. All in all massively disappointing. Glad I didn't include a sweet with my order 😂😂😂

Lovely food, as always. My only nag is, I wish they would fill the container of salad more than 1/4 of the way when I paid £3.75 for each (lettuce tomato and onion). I spent £30+ on food, and I could have got a full container of salad from somewjere else for half the price. Please change it so I can continue being a loyal customer.

spaghetti creamy mushroom and mince pork need to improve taste. it was tasteless. the spaghetti meat balls was amazing. don’t worry we will still order from u :)

They made a mistake with my order. I ordered Tagliatelle Carbonara + Mushroom Tagliatelle Salmone + Spinach Patatine Fritte I received 2 tag. carbonara with the extras I requested. No salmone. I didn't bother to call them. Though I did specifically request no black pepper at all and there was some in at least one of them. Decent food but please get the order correct next time. :)

Lasagna was not excellent but calzone was delicious and also tomato sauce and bruschetta were delicious and authentic Italian taste.

the order delivered was weong. i have ordered mozzarelline fritte and they never arrived. something else was there and i paid more, plus the pizza was cold. i would like a refund...

Everything was good, but they gave me the wrong food.

The delivery was flashing 20 minutes from order. The pizzas was good enough but they forget to add the extra witch I payd. And they wasn't sliced. Overall ok.

La Porcetta is always fantastic. Just a word of advice to the kitchen - the deep fried mozzarella was watery inside. Perhaps it needed draining before being fried. Otherwise, the usual high standard.

pizza was swimming in cream and soggy. I ran up to have it replaced but the second was undercooked, cold and horrible. gluten free base is awful. mozzarella “sticks” were cold breaded balls of cheese. money wasted.

There're better Italian places that deliver but it was okay. The pasta portion is maybe a bit small for £10. Fast delivery.

Very prompt delivery. Serving size was generous, which is nice (esp the shared antipasti). Pizza was pretty good, but oversalted. (I know some people like pizza very salty, but those people can always add salt, it's a lot harder to take it away)

Great dough. Light and crunchy. Very good ingredients; noticeable improvement in the ingredients since last order. Delivery was quicker than announced, nonetheless the pizzas arrived kind of cold. Only point down.

Lasagna was poor with very little meat and slightly salty. Calamari was not battered and smelt so strongly we decided not to eat it.

Fui con mi novio, y la comida era adorable, tuve el risotto de marisco y él tenía pollo en salsa de hongos, crema con patatas salteadas y ambos nos quedamos agradablemente sorprendidos con la calidad y el tamaño de las porciones y no demasiado caro! El camarero o camarera era muy amable y acogedor, rápido para pedir nuestra orden y rápida para llevar la cuenta significa que no nos dejaron esperando. Definitivamente volvería allí.
