Piping hot food delivered quickly. The noodles were really nice but Im not sure about the Thai red curry. That is not a thai curry.

Ignore restaurant service. This was my second order. More than disappointed. I ordered the same as last time. Very little meet on the duck mostly fat and extremely salty. Spare ribs sauce disgusting, again mainly fat and the little meat very on it very tough. I will not ve ordering again.

Delivery very late but warm, but the order was incomplete as it almost 10 pm the restaurant could not deliver the missing item

We ordered £65 worth of food. They said it would take “maximum 45 minutes” to deliver - it took over an hour. They didn’t deliver two if the four main dishes we orders. When we rang to complain they did not apologise but, after much pressing, they promised to refund us. They have not done so. Very disappointing. We will never use them again. If the refund is not paid we shall have to sue them in the county court. We used to use them a lot. We will never use them again.

Food was boring, no salt or flavour. Disappointing.

So disappointed as no flavour at all to the won ton soup, the noodles, the dumplings unfortunately none tasted good.

I’m extremely happy with the chicken noodle soup. Lost my appetite so this went down a treat.

Amazing food, I'm fussy and they get it right all the time, perfect

My order was perfect but felt that I had to review an order that I placed by visiting the shop. The guy that took the order was pleasant, but the quality of the food and the amount that was served was questionable. Not sure sure why this would be the case as you would expect a better service by visiting the store. I have a feeling I know why this was the case but I will keep this to myself.

The prawn toast was AWFUL!! Was just fried bread with the tiniest morsel of prawn…I’m talking tiny!!!! The sweet and sour chicken tasted old, the chicken was tough to chew , I had to spit it out. Really disappointed, will never order from here again.

Order at 21:51, order accepted and is out for delivery around 22:20. It's now 23:05 and no food, restaurant is not answering phone after calling 3 times. Unable to contact anyone regarding order.

Food was tasteless, fried rice was more like boiled rice and pad Thai was too wet and tasted funny.

Food was amazing, the food was packaged properly, delivery was fast. Highly recommended.

Delicious food, fresh and tast, everything super hot. Good portion sizes. Arrived a little early even. The also accept cash which is a nice touch. Kiiiiinda hoped for some cheeky complimentary prawn crackers but oh well.

Paya's food appears to be on a downward trajectory with the prices going in the other direction. The food is bland(ish) and I have been more and more unimpressed with each delivery order I have placed (infrequently) over time.

I ordered the ginger and spring onion dish with chicken. The chicken was rubbery and covered in a slimy sauce and did not taste good at all. I would like a refund for this dish.

One of the main courses was the wrong dish.

Soup good and spicy. However the Kingprawn pad kee mao, was horrible. One funny not very nice flavour. 4 or 5 tiny prawns in an oily pile of noodles. Won't be using again, sorry

Good portion size, delicious food

Great food and service. I normally order from another branch of paya and love it. This one did not let me down.

The Red Curry was spicy but nothing else. The chicken pieces were squashy, rather disgusting. Two pathetic basil leaves, the whole dish was soggy. Vegetables cut in huge chunks, all very bland. The yasmine rice overcooked. I had a bit of it, and threw the rest away.

Sorry but not good at all. It was awful and some of the worst Chinese I've ever eaten. dim sum pastry was not fully cooked, too think and not nice. It was gross. The soup was bland - no seasoning - couldn't eat it. Ordering delivery is a rare treat for me so very disappointed to say the least. Would never order from here again. How it gets such good reviews is shocking.

Food tasty and not overly salty or greasy with nice fresh chunks of meat given. Portion size good and always wrapped and packaged well. My favourite takeaway that I've used a few times now and has become my automatic go to when I fancy Chinese or Tai food. Service and delivery always great too. Would definitely recommend and will use again soon👍

Tasteless and over processed, so disappointed

Used to eat here all the time and totally forgot about the place, but ordered again this evening and it didn’t disappoint - I will definitely be back as it was very nice. The nicest chicken curry

I got a Pad Thai which didn't really taste or look much like a pad thai and was swimming in the sauce, the noodles were overcooked and soggy. Dim sun's nice however overpriced !!! 5 x dim sum £7.95 I ended up paying almost £16 for the meal and did not enjoy it one bit (I only ate it because I was hungry) Definitely do not recommend ordering pad thai (maybe other dishes are better)

I enjoyed it, rice was a bit sticky, but apart from that all good, nice to see they take care with their packaging, recyclable etc, will definitely order from here again! 👍

Best dim sum I've had in a long time!

Lemon chicken was a bit dry, but otherwise very good!

Tasty food and not too salty. Meat well cooked and not rubbery. Food well packaged but did have some sauce leakage. Fast delivery with food still fairly warm when it reached us. Used twice to date and would use again.

Delivery person was really friendly and polite.

My order didn’t arrive with any rice which was very disappointing. Aside from that the food was good.

Very disappointed with my order tonight, the delivery driver had squashed the fish packing it and all the juices poured over my hall floor, the fish was in pieces in the corner of the container, not whole like it usually is. What happened to the duck, it wasn’t edible, it looked like it had been warmed up in a deep fryer and was so crisp and solid it wouldn’t break apart, the egg rice was fine, but the pineapple and prawns in the special rice was very dry, having spent such a lot on a meal because the standard is usually excellent, tonight the chef must have had a night off.. now I have to go and cook supper. Very disappointed to say the least

food and appalling customer service. dissapointment. weve enjoyed food from paya for a while, and we ordered expecting great food like usual. Today was different, whether they changed the chef or not, the soft shell crab tasted like dishsoap, hofan was extremly bitter, seasonless and burnt, noodles were completley congealed and cooked as a white bulk of noodles, salt and pepper chicken was dry and tasteless and the green curry was spicy af and tasteless. We called the shop for complaint and the manager or whoever it was, they were unimagenably rude, shouting down the line to bring the food to their store and prove it to them. dissapointing is the only thing i could say, and youve lost a customer.

Chow mein a bit greasy and ribs were mainly fat but better than most Chinese in the area

The food was not good at all, noodles tasted like barbeque.

This place cares little about customer service and customer loyalty. They say £10 minimum on top or an already high £2 fee for delivery but then many times cancel my order because my £13 order wasn’t high enough for them to pay the driver....but I thought that’s why I was paying £2 delivery fee. Food is honestly one of my favs even though lately it’s been hit or miss. Find someone else where they value your service.

Great food, never disappointed!

Was a regular as in this was where I would order Chinese food from Just Eat for the past couple of years but the last 4 orders have been consistently poor every time. Tonights meal was beyond disappointing and I shall never be ordering from here ever again and I suggest you consider finding somewhere else to order. I've wasted over £60 to eventually realise that this restaurant is appalling. I know chefs have off days but they're clearly having an off life. Bland food made with poor and virtually non existent ingredients. Trust me and find somewhere else to eat please

Great food, good price and very fast delivery

Food is great. But the Beef Siu Mai are massively overpriced for the quantity you get.

Burned noodles, smoked crispy chicken with not sauce at all and fried rice which it wasn't fried, Just steam. Very disappointing experience. We were expecting to have a nice meal but we didn't finish it because it doesn't taste good. :(

The food was pretty tasteless and poorly cooked. Arrived on time.

NEVER AGAIN! The set meal was missing two items AND the portions were TINY for the other things I ordered... Called in to report the missing items and nothing was done. The man on the phone lied and said they would send someone out to deliver what was missing. They lied, No one came back !! Definitely not worth the money The 20% discount didn’t apply either. Shady people I’m reviewing this the morning after and I also don’t feel well in the stomach.

Twice I have ordered from this restaurant. Twice the food was incredibly late. On both occasions when I rang the restaurant to enquire/cancel the order, I was told the driver had been in an accident and the food was being resent. The first time I was genuinely concerned for the driver. The second time I silently decided I would never order from is restaurant again.

I really can’t relate to the bad reviews I think they got the best Pad Thai it’s amazing!😍 I ordered and even delivery was on time so I would recommend it!

I normally order from here and before it has been good, but today the order took 1hr and 30 mins to get here and one of the food items was not the best. But the reason I am leaving this review is actually to do with the person on the phone when I rang up to ask where my order was. The person on the phone was rude and obnoxious. A simple apology would have helped alleviate my annoyance.

I had king prawn fried rice before hardly no oil, Now to oily,

Some of the food such as the shrimps and best tasted off/stale. We couldn't eat it, unfortunately :(

Although the rolls were a tad overdone the crisp and crunch of the spring and prawn rolls were divine. Enjoyed the meal and portion size delicious.

Everything came on time and was good. The menu lacks descriptions about the dishes which would have been helpful. We have 50% vegetarians but were quite unsure what was genuinely vegetarian (e.g. Vegetables in Oyster Sauce in the Vegetarian section).
