Obviamente me han reportado como cerrado, pero este lugar está abierto excepto sus dueño" "nunca saj responde a consultas. Él ha hecho varias promesas pero no ha mantenido ninguna! Hice una consulta para una boda, pero estoy tan desanime por su falta de servicio que buscaré en otro lugar. Lugar parece malo n hortera de todos modos

I chose this restaurant to host my daughters wedding party and from the first meeting I was impressed with the management they delivered everything on time the food was great all the guests really enjoyed themselves the venue was decorated to a very high standard my daughter was so happy on her big day I simply can't thank the management and staff enough for making it such a magical day for my daughter

Really boring average food, wasted my money even my home cooking is better. The buffet section didnt even feel like a buffet, felt so limited. Dessert was boring just fruits and looked like frozen cakes from iceland that got defrosted.

No hay ambiente, buffet era horrible pobre y extraña elección - no es exigente amantes pero no nos gusta la variedad disponible todos eran poco apetecible y muchos tenían huesos en la carne. También nos pareció que no había ambiente parecía muerto y el personal eran miserables, no regresaríamos.

Visité hace unos dos años con los miembros de la familia para el buffet (en el tiempo que era de alrededor de 15 libras por cabeza, no estoy seguro de si sigue siendo pertinente), y nos lo pasamos de maravilla. A pesar de ser el único grupo presente (perdona, este era de noche el sábado, cuando lo normal es estar ocupados) la camarera hizo un escándalo el hecho de que éramos un gran grupo de gente, así que no podíamos sentarnos juntos.

que habíamos reservado para un grupo grande de 20+ y estaban viajando desde el sur de Londres. Para ser justos para los propietarios, que nos ofrecieron coca-cola y agua gratis y empezar a la parrilla que se hicieron a la llegada y estaban bien.

Este tiene que ser la comida del restaurante el peor que he tenido. Las patatas estaban frías, ensalada estaba descolorido y bajar. La carne era duro y desagradables. Pasta era dura. Me parece que la comida era recalentada. Escrito a mano sólo las señales de la falta de esfuerzo que va a ese lugar. Los postres eran servidas en vasos de grietas y desconchados que parecía bastante peligroso para los niños. La bañera de helado era obviamente extranjero que totalmente me desanime. Ah, y yo sabía de Coca-Cola de tres botellas diferentes y todo era plana. Normas de horror, quisiera instar a nadie a no perder su dinero en ese sitio porque también hay un recargo por el despilfarro de alimentos, y se pierden un montón de comida y pagar extra para un estómago vacío.

Visitamos este increíble lugar dos veces ya y lo recomiendo encarecidamente a todo harto de comida asiática, pero es una gran elección de versión un poco occidentalizados' de Indian / cocina, fewast pakistaní para los sentidos, gran selección de lados y un montón de carne, seguido de buenos postres.

Visitamos el Salón Riverside durante el fin de semana con un bono de groupon. Vale especifica hamburguesas hasta un cierto precio, sin embargo no se mencionan otras condiciones en el cupón. Nos dijeron que podíamos elegir entre una selección de determinadas hamburguesas y aunque el cupón groupon dijo hasta £3.79 Puntuación máxima no era cierto. Por debajo de este precio no hamburguesas estaban incluidas. De todos modos pedimos y pedimos para uno de las hamburguesas para no tener la cebolla y un enorme alboroto se hizo sobre cómo las hamburguesas tenía que ser idénticos. La camarera en cuestión era muy grosero y disparó en un huff. Cuando finalmente reciben las hamburguesas, la pedimos sin cebolla era cubiertas con salsa de chili. Aunque los otros 3 hamburguesas que eran el mismo elemento de menú no tiene frío en. La camarera incluso tuve la audacia de fotografiar en mi 1 año y dijo a él por favor no malgastes porque había dejado 3 chips!!!. Hemos estado aquí muchas veces antes, pero puedo decir que nunca volveremos de nuevo a menos que cambien de personal en particular el desagradable mujer poco higiénico trabajando allí el domingo de Pascua mencionados que mantuvo agitando su pelo pasando por delante de las mesas.

Was at riverside to celebrate a friends birthday, first time at riverside really liked the venue, the burgers were massive i couldnt even finish the Don Burger tripple stack , a amazing 18oz of pure beef, the chips should have been handcut and it would be great , it was little cold , need more heating, overall great, will be back

We booked out part of the upstairs function area for a small after nikaah meal. We were PROMISED 2 car spaces would be reserved and they werent. When we asked someone what was going on the attitude was disgusting. Telling a paying customer who has booked and paid for 35 people 'this is a restaurant i have other work to do' is not acceptable. When everyone arrived, all guests were seated and there was not one drink on the tables. We finally got drinks after having to ask twice and the 'unlimited' drinks werent unlimited at all. All bottles on my table were empty and not a single one was replaced. It got to 9pm and food hadnt come.. absolutely ridiculous. If they are not going to serve a big party properly they should not bother offering that service

All am saying is just don't go there . And don't be fooled by the adverts online and on Islam channel . The food was left over food and literally no one was there apart from us and another 2 girls . Don't waste your Money guys .

River side lounge was a great place to visit, i went with my friends yesterday and really enjoyed, they have the best food and service i'd love to visit it again. :D

River side lounge has a beautiful and very accessible location,has beautiful and attractive airy interior ,easy and on time reservation,very committed and attentive hard working staff,Best food ever with a variety of different cuisines, from Chinese , Indian to continental,love the ambiance love the environment very well coming highly recommended

I arrived with a family to a freezing cold restaurant at about 7.30. Poor selection of food and naan took 20 mins to arrive. The toilets were a sham. Don't waste your money.

Food is okay, ambience and staff did not impress us at all. This place is lacking good service and brights lights. Had a great expectation from this place before the visit but felt let down just due to little things that matter a lot.

Visited this place hoping it'd be a good experience. The buffet food was poor quality, the service slow, and the toilets were all blocked! Asked if could use tastecard and was told couldn't use it unless booked with a taste card! Asked if this was written on the website and told it wasn't; however still didn't let us use it. Overpriced rubbish. Avoid at all costs. Will be complaining to food standards re the hygiene at this place esp the toilets!

So it was a family outing my wife, my parents and I went here last night....let's just say that we are not going back in a long long long time! I will start with a positve note... it was not raining when we went! We arrived around 19:20 parked in their car park, made our way in and I was thinking this could be a nice place to come in the summer! Walked in the decour was good so far I was impressed. We were then greeted in a pleasant manner, I told the host that we had a booking for 4 at 20:00 but we are early is it ok to grab a table? He said yes please follow me. We were seated near the buffet. Again looked good and I was thinking 'Yep made a good find here!' We were given a gourmet menu which consisted of various burgers available.But we went there for the buffet, this is where we begin our downfall!Where we were sitting it was freezing and at one point I thought about putting my over coat back on !Went to checkout the starters for the buffet...none...we were told that the starters for the buffet is a mixed grill platter so I asked for one, Now I would expect things like various kebabs, chicken wings and chops all served on a bed of salad with freshly fried onions as one would expect.....but what we got was 3 small (and I mean small) seikh kebabs, about 6 wings (2 of which tasted sweet!), some chips (who has chips on a grill platter!), onion rings and nuggets!Well not wanting to waste the food we had this 'Grill' Platter, then turned our attention to the buffet it self. Salad Mediocre and Dry (red cabbage very dehydrated)The chinese selection was ok but could have been better (include some chicken satays!)The asian variety very very poor! The Keema mutter (mince meat and peas) was dire! the NIhari (slow cooked Lamb ) was waaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyy too oily and not enough gravy. Chick pear curry let's just say about 98% chickpeas 2%curry!Grilled fish you have to order that for the Buffet!Bombay Aloo (potatoes) ok not bad did enjoy this dish.Gobi (cauliflower) I don't like Gobi so I stayed away! Naan Bread waited a total of 20 minutes for 5 naan bread, considering that there were only 8 customers and 5 chefs in the kitchen why did we have to wait so long! Now come the drinks I ordered one coke, bubblegum mojito (very nice I had 2!) and a very berry mocktails. waited 10 minutes then asked the waitress 'We ordered our drinks 10 mins ago!' She replied they are making them. To my suprise the couple that come AFTER us and ordered 2 mojitos AFTER my order got their drinks BEFORE we did (now we had been waiting 20mins!) when I asked why are the drinks taking so long 'We have run out of limes!' so basically they used the limes for my drinks on an order that was placed after mine!! All in all company was great food not so great and customer service very very poor! On a lighter note the Garlic chicken was delicious!

It was my third time to visit this restaurant and as usual great food and service. Seriously it's 9.99 pounds per person it's a very good deal. I don't understand what's with bad reviews as it's so affordable.

A regular Resturant goer it's one of the worst meal I have had! Been to this place and was ok but it's shocking how bad the food quality and variety and bad service can get!! Everyone in the group left the food! Told the manger and they were not bothered. Last times we been its packed but this time was empty, and no wonder!! Don't bother wasting your time, money and journey ;(

We had a lovely sunday lunch here , great tasty food. with lots to choose from. Very friendly and helpful stuff and a great location easy to find and it has it's own car park. We will come again.

I had my 29th birthday at riversid lounge. These guys made it very special, I would totally recommend the venue for birthdays and events, the buffet can't be faulted, Deffo give them a try.

visited riverside lounge today, had a wicked time, the food was fab, shakes tasted fab, the dome lounge is a must see, a little gem in North London.

After looking at their online site I went along with another 3 including a child. The food was cold and hard the menu they show online is NOT what is served the English food was rotten wouldn't feed it to my dog! We waited 15 minutes to order drinks even tho we were the only other family apart from a man and lady whom sat opposite us. It's supposed to be starters,main and dessert all they had for starter was old salad the mains were all terrible Indians shouldn't try to cook Chinese food as the chow mien was very bland and tasteless. There are signs all over about wastage and an extra cost if you waste food however my family couldn't eat and therefore we wasted and left the restaurant hungry!! As for dessert well 2 apples 2 oranges a unripe mango and a melon was cut up along with some terrible cheese cake which consisted of crushed biscuits and covered in butter icing please drive another 5 mins to AROMA in woodgreen drop this riverside place out!!!

I went here with a family of 15, seeing a completely empty restaurant got me suspicious anyway but we still continued which turned out to be a big mistake. There food was terrible, it was cold dry and very obvious that it was cooked the day before, it was not even reheated when we had it. The food was very tasteless nothing tastes good not a single dish, coming to the desserts.. There was hardly any dessert just a few fruits cut up into different bowls and kheer, there was a cake like thingy made by probably the worst baker in the world even I can make a better cake.. For £15 per person we feel nothing but cheated

Back to one of my familys. Favourite place. My children just luv this place.the service and food is spot on,big up to bablu bhai the manager. For looking after me and my family ..it was a bit hectic at times..luved the strawberry mojito.. Will be back soon guys .keep up the good work.

Took some of my family here for the buffet meal and it was truly disgusting, food was cold an the next day 3 out of 4 of us were paying for it. very sick and one person was sick for 3 days so what does say.................DON'T GO THERE

We went here tonight - family of four - on a wowcher deal. Very shabby, dirty toilets, bare wires coming out of restaurant walls, a half filled fish tank, dirty with no fish in - grim. Some of the dishes had clearly stood there all day. Told kids to definitely no eat any of the tired stale looking salads. The chips and UK food was worse than school dinners. Indian food - some dishes OK - chicken curry and pilau rice fine. Most dishes oily. Veg noodles just greasy noodles with no veg. A little fresh fruit for desert was nice. The other deserts were horrible. Very sweet and hard to identify what they were meant to be. Ice cream came out of Morrisons tub.

Expected good things looking at the website however the food was cold, and not £15 quality - we got a discount so luckily didn't pay thisManagement need to take these things on board and not react so badly as they have been

I bought a voucher to use here, and boy was I impressed (so impressed that I got another one). The food buffet is very nice. I enjoyed the variety of tasty and exotic Indian food. I don't eat Indian food much so this was a great experience for me. If there are any negatives it's just that it feels a bit busy and chaotic sometimes, but that's a small price to pay for the delicious food.

This contemporary place was great for me and my relatives. It was our first time there and we were happy with what was available. I myself am a vegetarian and this catered well. The staff are also kind.

Went to Riverside Lounge buffet with the family,amazing tasty food, fresh and hot, yummy deserts, good presentation spoilt for choice, very clean, excellent service, friendly, welcoming and approachable staff, Beautiful atmosphere, My little one was dancing away running around enjoying her self, worth every penny, definitely recommended must visit, we will be visiting soon, better than what we expected happy customers.

Excellent restaurant, great food and great staff. Nice decor as well. People complaining about the lack of atmosphere need to go and eat at McDonald's or the like with loud music drowning out good conversation with friends and family. Atmosphere in this restaurant is good, calm and respectable. I would highly recommend this place to friends and families.

The restaurant is in a good location, and has a good presence occupying a former water pumping station near Hornsey High Road. Parking is a bit difficult because their own car park is quite small. However, I did manage to find a space. Inside is a bit of a disappointment. There's one large room with tables of varying sizes. The night I went it was very busy and we had to settle for a table in the smaller room where all the buffet food is displayed. Neither room was impressive and everywhere looked a bit untidy. There is no alcohol sold so water or fruit juice is the norm. Outside there is a terrace where fruit cocktails can be drunk along with the hookah pipe smokers. Halal meat only is available to reflect the strong link with the local Muslim community. So far it is not impressive but the food is a game changer. Although it is primarily Indian food, there's a fine buffet selection comprising many different types of food. Jerk chicken is just one example. There's also more than enough to eat. As to the food I found it to be tasty and well cooked. The buffet style enables you to pick exactly what you want. Quite fairly there are warnings about wasting food.Overall this is not a place I will revisit because I felt it was more like a canteen than a restaurant, but I've no complaints about the food. As it was self service there were no waiters as such, but the staff I spoke to were attentive and helpful, and the buffet was constantly being topped up.

My son and I went to this restaurant a bit difficult to find not an obvious location for an eatery. The restaurant itself is quite dull, wait staff are friendly and very helpful. The food is okay, disappointed there was no chicken vindaloo or korma or biriyanis. The serving pots were always very full and nicely warmed. The variety of foods are okay. We were sat near the entrance which meant we were very cold the whole evening not good. Would I visit again not really,but my son said he would.

I just want to say this restaurant is nothing like the fake images shown online. I do not recommend it!I like to eat out in an environment which has a good atmosphere as well as great food and with the expensive prices I expected top class fine dining here.It's unhygienic and the seating/lighting plus the buffet make it feel and look like a lunch hall. It's awful - the service is also so unprofessional. I went with my husband and had to pay £36 for a buffet that was a mix of foods that do not go together plus taste out of date and freezing cold. I saw how much they couldn't give a @&/* about the food when I witnessed how it was dumped and splattered in the buffet containers. The tables and food pouring area reminded me of wheely bins and smelt just like them. The people that go here must not know what clean service is. So overpriced and fake advertising!!!!!!

Visited this restaurant for the trird time. Never fails to amaze us, the food and service is good as always. Looking forward to my next visit.

Nice venue with private parking. Food was delicious, especially the lamb biryani. The only downside is that the buffet area/floor didn't feel too warm and welcoming, it could do with a little spicing up! We went to try it out as we've purchased a voucher which was a really good bargain.

Went there Monday evening and I'm still running to the toilet today (Wednesday). Most of the food was cold and my daughter tried the spaghetti bolagnais she said it was really spicy as if the meat was off and trying to disguise it. Anyway she also was not very well. When we first came through the entrance the place really stank of drains so maybe that should have been a warning to us. I would never go back nor recommend there are far nicer buffets in wood green shopping mall and that's only a five minute drive from there

Been there with my friends, I move to hornsey 1 week ago and we decide to try this restaurant. The buffet it was Huge but we were expecting more attention of the details, so far not too bad

I had a wowcher deal and went with my husband and it was our anniversary. When I asked to be seated at a better end of the room the guy seated us at a wobbly table. I felt we were seated there because we had a wowcher voucher. During the course of the evening none of the tables on either side to us was filled - obviously lots of people have got wise to this awful place. The food was plentiful as the other reviewers had already noted, but unfortunately taste was not! None of the dishes had the hmmmm factor and I ended up having diarrhoea - in fact I am still suffering with it after three days, so may have to go and see the doctor soon. It was something from the dessert area as that is something my husband did not go near and he's okay . . .I found the lamb to be very greasy and swimming in fat - definitely will not go back there! I complained about being seated at a wobbly table as we were leaving and the lady didn't show much compassion. She was more upset by the fact that I had wedged the restaurant menu under the table in a futile effort to keep the table from wobbling and risking our plates being on the floor! If you want to stuff yourself senseless with tasteless food then this restaurant is definitely for you . .. .

I went there with a friend on a Friday night with a "Groupon" deal although it was quite a way for us to travel. Staff were pleasant enough and food was surprising good and varid and we got to try a lot of Indian food that we have not tried before. Certainly good value but the place was rather run down and did not look very clean especially the toilets and the front of the building smelt of drains which I thought let it down.

Riverside lounge in Hornsey we have visited few times now. Always found Wagma the manager and all staff very helpful and welcoming, food is always very well prepared and great choice. Highly recommended when you go say Michael sent you.

We had a family dinner here recently, the place is all good apart from the awful buffet that was laid on for us. Horrible pizzas, dreadful chicken wings, terribly dry and tasteless food, it looks like it has been there for the past week or so.Worse experience ever, I recommend you do not go here for the food because it will be a total waste of money and a waste of trip. Please avoid.

Staff very friendly and welcoming, food was tasty especially the lovely lamb keema. The restaurant was fairly empty considering it's size so this reflected on the atmosphere. The dishes were very varied and suitable for the whole family with pizza, chips, Chinese options and lots of Indian food choices. Dessert was varied also with something for everyone. So for us it was the atmosphere and for some reason some of the hot food (starters) was not hot enough.

I went there with family of 21. And had a very good experience. 1st visit but will go there again. Nice food good location and on above of all very friendly staff

The lamb was tender and perfectly spiced. The king prawns were a decent size and tasty but one of them was slightly undercooked, however it did not affect the overall enjoyment of the tasty meal.

We went here as a family of six, most horrible food ever. We found a bunch of hair in lamb bhuna and one of the desert dish was burnt and the other was off. The worst part is yet to come, I told the manager about what I had foundHe didn't even apologize at first and goes it's probably a customers hair and when I told him about the off desert which was clearly fizzy before apologizing he went to taste it and goes it tasted ok, but you could clearly smell, taste and see it was off.Worse experience ever, I recommend you do not go here for the food because it was will a waste of money and a waste of trip.Every member of the family had diarrhea the next day, which meant we were all good poisoned.

An excellent choice of wonderfully cooked dishes. Good Indian food for any palate. The buffet starts from 1 end of the room and goes full circle so you have for long sections of unending variety. With fresh plates any time, starters, numerous mains, (to many to try all) a and plenty of sides, not to mention a variety of desserts you are just spoilt for choice.

We visited yesterday and enjoyed a great variety of selections, the desserts were really good too.We will be going back.

Really enjoyable evening, we booked for 6pm but due to awful weather we arrived at 4.50pm(the restaurant opens at 5) but even arriving that early we were met and welcomed by a lovely man, very friendly and I believe genuinely friendly. Although the restaurant was not open he invited us in - we were not pushed to order drinks and just sat and waited until the restaurant opened. The food was superb and was the best Indian buffet I have visited -so much choice and every dish we tried was perfect. The staff were lovely they seemed happy to be at work and allowed you to eat in peace. The venue was lovely really had atmosphere - such a beautiful building. Had a milk shake to drink, would thoroughly recommend topped with plentiful cream and a flake - divine!!!! Have read other reviews and am stunned at their negative comments. Well worth the 2hour journey each way - we will be back very soon

I went to the Riverside lounge in September 2015 with friends after purchasing a wowcher offer.As this was my first time using wowcher I was unaware that the code would be provided after the deal had ended. I had booked a table at Riverside lounge for the day before the deal would end. After numerous conversations before and after purchasing the wowcher an agreement with the Manager was made that I would pay for the meal in full and have a refund the following day when I received the code by email. Riverside lounge confirmed this in writing on my receipt yet they still have failed to refund me my money as agreed stating the manager is busy. I was also told I was refunded only to check my account and find out this was not true. They have now said they will refund me but as of today still haven't done so. The actual meal was average at best. Edible but most definately disappointing, especially as there are far better indian restaurant's in nearby Wood Green and farther afield. The food itself was bland although for a small space they did have a good selection of desserts including sweet Indian treats. In an area which has an abundance of restaurants from varying cuisines this was by far the worst I have been to.There is a £5 charge for food wasteage with a bottle of sprite setting you back £2.50! As for the decor it looks nothing like the pictures advertised on wowcher. The actual restaurant and outside shisha area look nice but the seating for the buffet is behind the main restaurant area in what feels like a poorly built extention (cold, basic, tiled and neglected). I definitely felt like the poor relation to the rest of the restaurant.I personally feel completely ripped off. Substandard food with substandard service. I would advise to avoid!

I dont understand why will ppl write a bad review nothing can be 100% but seriously what a fantastic place absolutely a true gem very very impressed with the taste of the food and the service was top notch can't wait to go back.

Booked a table, we were on vouchers, we had absolute no problem with it. Staff were always around, buffet was really good, there were people always refilling, there were plenty of choices. Food for me was amazing, couldn't try everything, I would definitely come back and recommend. Especially for big groups as the space is big and well decorated and the prices are low

We decided to visit to try out their buffet, and we were pleasantly surprised. The service was good, we were greeted with smiles and the food was good too. I personally didn't love all the dishes but they had such a varied and wide selection that it was hard not to find something you really liked. The only thing you need to do is make sure you book the day before as it can be quite busy. I am eagerly looking forward to our next visit there.

We live outside of London and we were coming into London for a show so we looked on Wowcher for a deal and The Riverside Lounge came up so I bought the voucher (£12 for 2 people buffet all you can eat) and as instructed tried to book a table. The phone line details that the restaurant opens at 5:30 and that is when is best to call.I called on the Tuesday at 6pm wanting to book a table for two people on the Saturday at 4pm as this was the only day we were in London. Upon calling the restaurant and speaking to a woman on the phone I advised that we had a Wowcher voucher and she advised me that they were very busy on the Saturday and could only fit us in at 9:30 or to come on the Sunday (this was even before she asked how many people the table was for) I advised that we were only in London on Saturday so we couldn't do Sunday and that 9:30 was too late for us. She apologised and advised that they were very busy and that's all she could do. I advised I would just get a wowcher credit then as we couldnt make Sunday and she then immediately offered us 4pm.We got the tube outside of London to Turnpike and walked the short 5-10 mins walk up the hill to the restaurant. Upon arrival at 3:50pm the restaurant only had two other couples inside at the buffet, which I was very surprised by due to the manner of the woman on the phone when I called to book.This is a proper Indian restaurant and has a really nice traditional feel with the option of outside seating. All buffet dishes are spicy but there is also chips, pizza, onion rings, chicken nuggets etc. There is a lot of choice on the buffet and a good choice of vegetarian options too. Beware that there is a £5 food wastage charge and you are given one plate to use at the buffet and another plate on your table for the staff to monitor the waste food.They don't serve alcohol in the restaurant, which was disappointing for us but they do have a great non-alcoholic drinks list which includes mocktails,smoothies and milkshakes which are a nice replacement.The desserts were all Indian cuisine and were very sweet but there was also ice cream too.The staff were polite and the manager came over at the end of our meal to check that we enjoyed the food.We spent around an hour in the restaurant and during that time only another couple came into the restaurant which surprised me due to how busy they claimed to be on the phone, which I can only assume was due to us using a Wowcher voucher on a Saturday.All in all the food is good with a good choice, however due to my experience with the booking and how far away we live I doubt that we would visit again.

Had a great time on day after Eid day, the chicken chilli fry was mouthwatering, will be back again, the decor is very nice

Gone downhill since it opened. Food quality poor and service from staff variable. Won't be revisiting.

Arrived at our appointed time. chose a place to sit, got moved even though place was virtually empty. wanted to sit near the buffet as oppose to the far end where we were sited. finally sat where we wanted to sit. Varied foods, kids loved the chicken wings, and pizza. chicken curry was nice, lamb was a bit tough, rice didn't appear fresh..overall average....wouldn't rush back in a hurry nor would recommend to others.

Absolutely awful, AVOID the food from here at all costs. Curry is swimming in thick oil, and has little flavour, they are also all the same, despite us ordering 3 completely different ones. The poppadoms were obviously fried in very old oil and tasted RANCID. The prices were very high also. A very bizarre place. ALL THE FOOD WENT IN THE BIN and I had to start cooking at 9:30 at night. Very disappointing, should not be allowed to sell this rubbish.

Great setting and good food and pleasant staff. Families dining and some great Indian cuisine and probably a typical buffet restaurant. We enjoyed it and will go again but the pictures on the website aremostly for a different area of the building , give it a go though the food is very good....but a small car park only, find a neighbouring street and walk for 5-10 mins. PS. Great walks along the new river to get a good appetite

I Invited a friend for a buffet dinner at this place. How wrong I was. Terribly dry and tasteless food. it looks like it has been there for the past week or so. The word "Fresh food " has gone out of the window at this place. The location is good but the place is not at all clean.I was freezing cold inside as windows were open. Alerted the waitress but she shrugged it off. Stay away.

We went there with a voucher for the buffet eat as much as you like. Well if you like your meat on the bone it's fine. Very big place from the outside. Very difficult to park near to it.The staff were polite. The food was buffet style, you get a plate and go round and help yourself. The curries were very greasy, the lamb was a bit on the tough side, the jalfrezi was tasty, but I don't like all the bones. The ambience of the place .... Well it just did not have one.

Ordered food for 1940 came at 1905 so husband wasn't home, samosas were all soggy and not nice, poppadoms were stale

All dishes have a spice. I'm ok with spice but my partner is not, luckily there is chips, pizza, onion rings, chicken nuggets etc. they don't serve alcohol which is a disappointment for us but it's a halal restaurant so to be expected. They do serve mocktails which is a nice replacement. Shisha outside with heat lamps. Staff are friendly and helpful. Car park is free and for restaurant users only, very much appreciated as parking in London is always scary for us. Toilets are strange walk through the men's (covered with a curtain) into the ladies. I would return as the food is very nice, hot however my boyfriend wouldn't as can't handle spice. X

Visited on a Wowcher offer, would have still been excellent at the full price. Brilliant friendly staff, great choice of food which was all very tasty. No alcohol served but great selection of drinks

A great restaurant to go to with family and friends. The food was amazing. Absolutely no smell in the meat. The Customer Service was well delivered. Staff kept on cleaning our table when necessary and were easily approachable.I'm definitely going back again!

Used a groupon voucher to eat at the Riverside lounge ,The food was first class a great variety and unlike a lot of buffets it was hot ,I travelled from south of the river and would travel again to eat at the Riverside lounge ,Service 5 star Food 5 star ,and as Arnie said " i'll be back"

Went there on a week night with a friend and it was a great experience. Our waitress was very nice and helpful, food was really delicious and there is a lot to chose from. We ate so much we couldn't move anymore as it is hard to say not to a delicious food buffet.Great finding, pretty location and love the decoration of the place, would definitely recommend! Icing on the cake, the amount we paid for the food was ridiculously low compared to all the delicious things we ate!

Tried this place for the first time and to be honest my first impressions were not great but i must say I found the food to be good and the service was good too. There is definately room for improvement but the foundations are there and if you give it a chance i am sure you wont be disappointed!

I went with my family last night. We all loved it. Food was good and a nice environment. The waiters were very kind and helpful. Definitely would recommend and go again.

Delicious food cooked really well. Not greasy or oily at all. It did come about 20 minutes later than scheduled though.

What a dive, all the people that write a good review must of been workers or drunk. Literally. I went in and saw the food, there was more food on the waiters on the trousers than on the actuall buffet. Walked in and back out agian. Please avoid at all cost. I beg of you.

I took my family out to this place. In a nut shell the buffet was ok. Overall mediocre no wow factor or even nice factor. Be aware this place is alcohol free... so make sure you have a good drink before you go in.

Good is okay not great though. Delivery is 10 mins behind the estimated time.

Lovely food, korma just a little too spicy for me as I have such a bland pallette.
