Despite being told by the owner Mohammad hosseni that he had new staff & management in. And would like a chance to change the review by offering us complementary service. I contacted the manager who last year was called Ali. Who said he was trying to sort thinks out and to give him time to get the restaurant in order. I had a few chats with him about what he was trying to do and said I would contact him in the new year. I have just l knocked on the door of the restaurant as it was closed. I was met by a man who said he was the manager he also said he was Ali. When I explained about the bad reviews @ the owner getting in touch he said he wasn’t Ali !!!! He was not interested in anything I said unless I was going to remove my very disappointing review. He was rude and arrogant. If that’s the kind of service the place still provides I’m not sure a second chance would change my opinion

In a beautiful building above a well known restaurant rooms are available... but it leaves alot to be desired... the entrance from the side, no reception... hardly any housekeeping the bed reasonable, but clean. a minute toilet/shower that could do with a good scrub with bleach... when you shower prey no one else does... you loose the hot water and you get a good splash of cold... nowhere to store or hang clothes but we had provisions for tea and coffee...

We visited for the first time with my friends for some food and shisha, we waited 1hr58mins for our food and the shisha was decent (acceptable) not great. The waiter came and brought the wrong food saying the original food we ordered had finished! And they expected us to just eat food we had not ORDERED! The food prices are SKY HIGH, AVIOD! I heard from friends the old management was better! You are demanded to pay for service charge, I explained it against the law to force the service charge.

Este restaurante recientemente renovado es simplemente encantador. El servicio es personal y amable y la comida de gran calidad. Nos encantan especialmente los platos a la parrilla y el estofado persa, Dizi. El shisha lounge al aire libre cubierto y climatizado en la parte posterior debe ser uno de los más bellos de Londres. El interior también está lujosamente diseñado (baños de mármol impecables) y cómodo. Me encantan las pantallas que muestran una chimenea:) muy acogedor. En la parte delantera hay un área adicional al aire libre con cómodos asientos.

Love love this place. Truly 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hotel, restaurant and shisha area. The staff are really professional, polite and efficient. Food is delicious and tasty, worth the money you spent. I will highly recommend this lovely restaurant.

Yeah. The title says it all. And the saddest part is I caved in for a pasta dish which tasted like cardboard. A shame really I sort of had hope for the restaurant being good judging by the earlier reviews. On the plus side the area is nice with local amenities a stones throw away.

Decided to pop in for dinner with friends and not one of us were satisfied with the food. Their menu is a total mess and their shisha tastes stale. You're better off visiting Fabrizio which is also in Highgate.

Tourian Lounge is a great Persian restaurant with beautiful and classy decor and delicious food. The kashke bademjoon and ghormeh sabzi are delicious. The only downside is menu changes. The staff are respectful and the restaurant is very clean, stylish and unique.

Never thought i'd find such a shoddy place in London but here it is! The food I ordered had stains on the outer edges from not washing properly. Instantly put me off my meal. When complaining to their manager he simply laughed and told me to get out?? Its insane this place still operates when they can barely keep up their hygiene. AWFUL!!

I am in utter disbelief how this restaurant gets away with charging for food that is terribly abysmal. The food was cold waiting almost an hour and a half for it. This is unacceptable. I would avoid this place like the plague!!

Horrible atmosphere. Food was dry and tasteless. The waiters are ill mannered and perverse, trying to flirt with one of my friends and the establishment itself is extremely overpriced. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Food was bland for the price. Noisy music to the point where you cant even hear yourself speak. We asked for recommendations but the waiter could barely understand a word of english. Really disappointed by the overall service.

Up to see my older Aunt who lives nearby but can’t walk and it was great to be able to park next to the place. Lunch was very quite but quality of food excellent and she certainly thought the lamb she had was brilliant.
