The best restaurants serving Default food in Waveney East of England

The accommodation was clean and warm , loved the powerful shower. Really comprehensive welcome pack .There were activities during the day and evening,a nice pool .The meals were varied and very good quality.a mix of waiter service or help yourself loads to choose from .All the staff we met were very helpful and high staffing levels always some one to ask..

Friendly staff and great coffee. My daughter loved the apple shortcake and I’ve had both takeaway and sat in. I feel other reviews are quite harsh. Nobody loves a wooden fork but anyone with common sense understands why this coffee shop is moving to an environmentally sustainable way of operating. When we sat inside our mugs were ‘proper’ so not sure why others feel china mugs should be provided as a takeaway. If the service felt slow it might be because you walk away with your order rather than sitting and waiting for it.

This is place we love to visit as often as we can. Fish and chips with mushy peas are amazing. The prawn baguettes are huge, we don't know how they get so many prawns in a baguette, with crisps and salad, delicious. Very reasonably priced. Staff are friendly, wonderful views, well kept drinks. Had a Takeaway. Food good but delivery dreadful. Two hours to deliver to Southwold! And it was no where near as hot as it should have been Was a small family gathering so did not want to complain at the time. Won’t be using them again!

Food is good but takeaway service is horrid Every time I order a takeaway from here it always turns up with something missing from my order

Had an icecream stop on a sunny October day (they do exist) service was friendly and welcoming and I particularly enjoyed the Mega Icecream. All was good value too

Came to get a tea to go with oat milk. £2.30 for plus 70p for oat milk total £3. I told the lady behind the counter that I do not mind paying but not to be ripped off. Holidaymakers will be here soon for them to rip them off not locals!!!! Hatfield Hotel only charge 50p for oat milk in an ample milk jug. Later got kiddies ample portion of fish and chips from Gibbs on Carlton Road for £5. Delicious . Only good thing about Claremont Pier cafe is the location because it’s not the food or prices!!!!

Absolutely horrible so greasy Donner meat was so soft and grease just dripping off not cooked properly they just rushed it to get 7 pound in the till wouldn't recommend to anyone and definitely won't be going back there again they say learn from your mistakes

Don't microwave your beans .. They are hard. When you blast microwaves it ruins beans.. Learn from that Dont do that Many thanks.

Me and my dad went here for lunch. It took almost 1 hour for our food to arrive! My dad went to ask what was taking so long and he lied strait to his face! When the food finally arrived it was cold and the portion sizes were pretty small. I would not recommend

The fish was the best I have had in a long time. Big and chunky and cooked to perfection. Enjoyed the chips and the curry sauce was lovely too

Coffee has become just too weak. I love this Greggs and the staff are lovely and they give me another with lots of apologies..but always the same which I pour away. I go at least once or twice a week but as coffee is an important part....I will just now get the breakfast to take away and get my coffee elsewhere. It used to be very good.

The staff was friendly and easy to get a laugh from. they work well as a team and the cakes and huge pot of tea was welcome after a few hours of shopping.

This has been taken over by Lewis. The food is great..Ample servings...Good choice and good prices....Excellent customer service from both Lewis and his sister (who helps him).
