The best restaurants serving Default food in Alexandra Ipswich East of England

The place isn't very clean, the toilets are also disgusting then my food bag was literally thrown on the counter, the food itself was horrible, chicken burger in a dry bun, no salad £6 I threw it to the birds in the car park. 😡

a wet muddy puddle had more taste then my ice cream. i requested a refund but the manager was so rude and when i walked out he told me to go F myself.

Arrived in Ipswich venue, a group of mixed aged ladies young & old on a hen due, it was so crowded for space basically caused people to bump in to each other while dancing. A young girl of our group was subjected to abuse and threatening behaviour by a woman and 2 men, said she was bumping into her when she was actually stood still, talking to her auntie. Another lady of our group told them to back off, they got even more aggressive. You cldn't even reason with them. The bouncer who intervened told us they have got to look after the locals, bouncers on doors were fab and apologised. Beware if you're not local, avoid the place. You're not valued. I would recommend the Falcon, great music and revolution as was made to feel welcome. We won't be returning to Ipswich again.

Got called a f***ing idiot by a member of staff called Claire, never in my life has anyone got away with something like that and she has to be the most unprofessional person I’ve met, not once did anyone say sorry and sort her out which is disgusting, the place is so unsafe after watching baby’s fall onto a hard floor outside the 1 yo ball bit and also the place is not clean at all, had to ask the rude young woman behind the bar for a clean cloth to clean the table only to be met with dirty looks Don’t take your kids here This company is awful and disgusting

Back in March I had a delivery from this company, when it turned up a portion of fries was missing and a burger was badly burnt, since then I've been fobbed off constantly while trying to get a refund, they clearly do not care about customers , the worst customer service I've ever experienced

Really nice fast food and curry love their hot wing an star fry kebab also keema naan . Always friendly .keep it up .

火太大了吧？爆炒配料时‘烧燶锅’了！Roast Pork Chow Mein 一整合面条都充满了黑色的烧焦了的碎片，吃得很辛苦，最後吃到一半不吃了。其实以我的記憶，上一次也是这样，只是我没说。您的价钱很有竞争力，希望您可以改善。

After illegally sacking off all the staff and supervisors, they have been ignored repeatedly by the manager and are all left jobless. The milkshakes were good and had a gift card to spend but have lost out on that money so very unsatisfactory. Ty!

We have been here before and although the atmosphere could be improved, the food is lovely (in particular Saucy Chicks) so we were looking forward to bringing our friends tonight to try it out. Drove here and upon getting to the front door we realised it was closed as all the lights were off and no-one was inside. It said online it was open and a friend called them to query this but the phone did not even ring out. Had to find elsewhere to eat nearby. Thoroughly disappointed in this experience, or lack of in this case!!

We ordered two meals a week ago at The Martlesham Heath KFC. We clearly stated no sauces on both (twice) but when we got the items and drove off. We had to take the items back. There seems to be a lot of young teenagers in that branch and we are very happy for young kids to be working and gain experience but they do not seem to be properly supervised or trained well. Four days ago, we went back to the same branch and ordered two wraps ( simple, easy, just two wraps) we spent nearly 10 minutes between ordering to get our wrap and guess what... the chicken was cold. After 5 minutes of waiting for food, one young man came to the window and without saying anything, closed the windows in our face and not even an apology was offered or to say that the food will be delayed. We complained to the young Manager and she ensured another two wraps were made, but guess what.... the chicken was barely warm. We wont be re-attending.

Went in early December and they had run out of large takeaway boxes and the manager I asked said there would be more delivered in a few days. On the menu the large box is £8.50, which is the largest box they advertise. They’ve got in non official packaging and upped the value to £10 for a box without officially advertising this. I don’t really want to be pressured to pay more money for extra food I don’t need because they can’t order boxes. Noodles look like they have been cooked first thing this morning and left under the heater for many many hours. The least you could do for customers in when they pay so much is to at least make sure the noodles aren’t dry. May as well go to Papa Panda which is a 5 minute walk away and get an unlimited buffet for a few extra quid. Will be basing my continued loyalty on my next and potentially last visit
