Good quality and fast delivery. With discount a very reasonable price. Don't usually have pizza as it's too expensive, but this price point was very welcome.

Honestly, who is running this place? You have Donner Pizza advertised on your menu with Peppers, Onions & Donner, yet you only put Donner and leave out the 2 other toppings? Why employ people who don’t know the menu? This isn’t the first time these lot have messed up my order. I’ll never be ordering from you lot again, bunch of jokers.

Awful experience. Treated my kids to a McDonald’s and the time kept changing for delivery and ended up being an hour later than than originally said. When the food arrived it was cold. Two very disappointed children

"I wouldn't suggest anyone go to this place. You could be attacked by crackheads, and it is not a safe place! It happened to me on Saturday night, October 26. Someone was bullying my friend, and I asked her to please not do that and to keep her distance. Then they did what they did. The thing is that the staff didn't do anything about it .

Absolutely grim...no idea why it's still open......avoid

The most disappointing experience so far. I came from an hour and a half away with a crazy craving for fish, I saw the place on tiktok and for about 3 months I kept saying I would go... the fish was ok, I have no reason to lie.. on the other hand, the staff leaves something to be desired. We arrived and entered the restaurant where there was a girl at the bar and somewhere on a sofa was a boy who was not employed (quite an important detail I think) we sat at the table (3 girls) and waited for the lady at the bar (who was apparently also the barmaid, waitress and chef) to bring us the menus but she asked us directly if we wanted to order, we had no idea what they had on the menu… besides the fact that it took 1h and 10 min to bring us the food and that the girl's attitude was deplorable and she didn't even have the slightest idea what CUSTOMER SERVICE means, the menu was very poor without too many varieties from which we could choose but more than that the only 2 drinks that we would have wanted were not available and out of a maximum of 10 dishes (I say 10 with indulgence) 2 of them were not available and all this under the pretext that they had events on the weekend.. well, if you know that you can't put everything on the menu is available to the customer, then don't open it. In the meantime, the owner appeared and didn't even bother to "honor" us with a greeting, and the bill was a little higher than our calculation, and that's because the fish had become more expensive, but apparently only on the POS, not on the menu. Not to mention the other guys who were still in the room and were speaking "another language" thinking that we didn't understand it 🙂 all in all, 0 professionalism from the waitress to the owner. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Ordered food over to good to go ,shop was shut and nobody answered . Had to claim my money back Why advertise if you closed ...would buy from again

Ok food Need to pay more attention to the orders and get them right

Unfortunately we had a very disappointing experience! Firstly we waited a long time to be seated, despite at least 6 people working (3 of these people seemed to be unpacking stock in the stock room, when they should have been providing customer service) We ordered and I was not asked whether I would like ice cream or whipped cream - it came out with ice cream which wouldn’t have been my preferred choice. My partner ordered a premium waffle which should have come with kinder bueno gelato, and as other people have also complained about in reviews, it came with the cheap whippy ice cream. When he complained and asked for the kinder bueno ice cream, he was told “most people prefer the other ice cream”. This tells me it was a conscious decision to give out the wrong ice cream with the order, and wasn’t a mistake. Our drinks arrived 10 minutes after our food, but which point we had nearly finished. The seats were horrendously ripped and the toilets were disgusting. Overall, not a pleasant experience for the money!

I want to like this place, good vibe, good range of drinks, not bad food and a great karaoke on a Thursday night but for gods sake give it a clean, its minging. The toilets, the windows, everywhere just needs a bit of care and attention and then you’ll have a great venue.

Delivery not on time! Tried twice, wishfully, but was disappointed. Called the restaurant both time and the person on the phone struggled to communicate in English. Was really disappointed with Best Kebab.. had to wait 30 mins both times despite the arrival time given. At least update the times to give realistic and achievable delivery times so ppl can decide for themselves if they are willing to wait.
