Took a collect + package in here. The woman was extremely rude, has great issue accepting the package as I was not also purchasing from her store. She threw the package in a box and when it didn't go through first time ordered me to get it for her to do again. Once it was done she chucked it again, missing the box and hitting the floor. Just as well it was just a tshirt! Avoid at all costs, genuinely shocked at her so called service!!

If you are going there for the Collect+ service, don't even bother. The woman that owns the place is plain rude and refuses to accept packages.

I have been in the shop on three separate occasions,twice to purchase gas and electricity and the 3rd time to return a parcel only to be told by a very rude and lazy woman that the machine was broken. I don't think the machine could have been broken on all three occasions as other people I have spoken to have said the same. She is a very rude woman and I would suggest that people take their business elsewhere as I have done.

Very rude staff member, I asked if they had some fresh lettuce as it was brown, this somehow vexed the staff member, maybe she likes eating brown lettuce?! She told me they were waiting for delivery, I took some time to think about if I wanted to order something else, while I did this she stormed into the fridge, mumbled something, tutted, and then came back to repeat, that the salad was fine, it’s just gone brown because of the air getting to it… She had a face like thunder, and was clearly personally offended by my request, which is strange considering we were talking about salad! Feeling her frosty mood, I decided it was probably a good idea to say “do you know what, I think I’ll leave it” to which she replied “cool” Maybe she was having a bad day? Either way, don’t take it out on customers when they ask for fresh salad when Subway is supposed to specialise in salad! I suggest she should she find another job, if such a simple question is so triggering for her…

I think the photos speak for themselves. These were legitimately how the nachos came to me, and my sisters bread was so stale that it fell apart. Items were missing from our order also. Have requested a refund because it genuinely all went in the bin as it was disgusting and inedible.
