pizza was terrible it was cold and like cardboard so didn't eat a slice. kebab meat was dry and chips were soggy

Super kebab house has now changed to kebapizza ordered burger meal sent chicken shish in a roll rang up bloke EXTREMELY RUDE SWORE AND SHOUTED AT ME SAID ITS MY PROBLEM AND WOULD DO NOTHING. Food was nasty and rubbery will not use again

Ordered at 12:10 at a hotel was told 12;45 delivery no del, went to reception in morning it was delivered at 225 they apparently tried to call me not true and then they had no details for the hotel to track , strange as you have a the details when you sign in. So didn’t get my food , appalling service don’t take the orders if you can’t fulfil them! And don’t open late if you can’t be arsed to fulfill ordered

I ordered a super mixed kebab. Opened the packaging to find a small mixed kebab. Can’t get my money back because apparently they vary in size. I have ordered many times and never had something so small. Paid a lot of money and had something not worth it at all. Won’t be ordering again!

I always enjoy ordering from you but was disappointed with my pizza tonight as it wasn't freshly cooked. chicken strips were lovely tho.

I didn't receive my order today! I paid for it, I understand that you also want to finish your work quickly, but there are hungry people waiting for you! you have to understand this too!

the food was absolutely shocking, the kebab was rubbery and disgusting like it had been rehearwd from the previous day it went straight to the bin

Not good for the price better and bigger portion next time or else

I order 1.5 tango drink they give me three tango cans 330ml which is almost 1L not 1.5L not so good from math at all. Never order from them again it's many other better kebabs.

Although it was on time pizza was cold and not value for money.

Food was cold on arrival. Ordered at 18:40 with the delivery time showing as 35-50 minutes. Marked as delivered within their given timeslot but took a further 35 minutes to arrive after. So a total wait time of 1hour and 40mins for food that then came cold and soggy where it had sweated. On a positive there was lots of chicken in the special kebab - but very little vegetables and salad which is why we ordered a special chicken shish. Not sure we will order again sadly. Might just been a one off!

Sorry but for new management and a new customer the donor meat was all dried out and the chips were hard

Both items ordered were dried. Sauce was not added after requested so I had to eat all dried like that.

Haven't ordered (or been to) SKH in over a decade; I was pleasantly surprised to have hot food considering I was over seven miles away in shotley! Burger and cheesy chips were great, the chicken strips were good, to. All in all, very happy :D

Our food order was over an hour late from expected delivery time. Food arrived cold and also not what was ordered!

Took nearly 2 hours for the food to arrive and everything was cold. Food was also missing from the order

Would of been nice if they told us it would be late ended up waiting an hour before getting what I ordered. Really good food though would order again just earlier.

Driver was kind and arrived on time, however the bottle of coke I ordered was not given to the driver, but he did give me £2.25 which I greatly appreciate and find honourable

Considering this is in Ipswich and I’m in Needham the food arrived hot and was really good which I wasn’t expecting it to be because of the travel time. It was really good and I’d recommend it

Honestly? Food was abysmal. Cheesy chips were cold and undercooked with minimal cheeze, pizza was burnt and tasteless and mozzarella dippers were borderline frozen. Whilst I can appreciate that we ordered somewhat late at night and they are probably hoping to close soon, I would think that if you are still open and serving, you would at least make somewhat of an effort; worst review I’ve ever left for a restaurant and I wont be ordering again

Freezing cold water over a hour the food was vile never again highly recommend you do not use this place

Terrible! Kebab had chilli sauce all over it that wasn’t asked for , the burger was burnt and couldn’t eat it and potato skins was well awful!

Delivery driver was a little "eager" in the time it took me to get from the back of my house to the front he has rung the doorbell twice, hammered on the door, and rung the doorbell again when he could see me through the door coming, and then finally as I grabbed my dogs collar, he hammered on the door again, it's glass I was stood right there, I am aware it was raining, that's why the house has a porch you can stand in?!

Food was wrong. Ordered lamb Shish not a mixed. Chips were old. Order here if you literally have no other choice and don’t expect anything decent. Probably better having beans on toast if I’m honest.

Chips and cookie dough was not cooked properly. Delivery was on time

Food was nice, but dips were all squashed and split , leaked everywhere. Also paid for extra toppings that weren't there. Also took over 90 minutes to arrive
