Subway in Ipswich

Incorrect meal. Had different topping that were not requested at all and just wanted the BMT without all that. Would like some refund if possible?

Ordered a footlong but received the 6inch food was not ready on time and was told certain items not in stock and I would have to wait

Ordered 1.25l bottle of cherry coke zero. Sent a 500ml bottle.Called to see about sorting out, no manager but the refund of the price of the bottle I ordered would be nice. Other than that, great sub, rest of order was spot on.

Did not deliver my drink. very wet sandwich 🥪

Not good ordered the the £8.99 meal deal for 2 . Asked for 2 bottles of water when they looked they didn't have any offered me drinks out of the machine. Said how am I ment to hold them and drive Said we can give you a cup holder. Asked for bottles of fizzy drinks instead. Told them I'm not paying any extra for them and he still had the check to charge me for them. Wish now I had just walked out of the shop leaving them on the counter without paying.

Didn’t have the flavour of crisps I wanted so gave me two different flavours instead!! Great place will order again

They missed out on one cookie that I ordered. I requested four cookies but only received three.

Sauce pot for the dip could have used a lid. Contents were all over the inside of the box and leaking everywhere. Other than that, foods great and hash browns were a little sauce soaked :D

I ordered a steak sub, barely any steak, mostly vegetables, the steak that was there was chewy, the bread was falling apart, the bread at the top was an inch thick and at the bottom it was wafer thin. I asked for sweet onion sauce, no sauce, and there was sweetcorn in there for some reason even though I didn't ask for it. I ate it all anyway as I had a fever and it was the only food I had all day, didn't enjoy a single bite.

They subbed the drink appropriately, and they added a free pack of doritos to the meal deal.

Wrong drink, but it is possible they tried to contact me, my phone was off though.

Wrong drink received with order

This is the 2nd time I asked for it toasted and it was not so it was not hot.

I ordered a 6 inch but received a 12 inch heyho bank error in my favour, I ordered a Bakewell tart but received a chocolate cookie. Oh well 2 out of 4 items correct.

Decided on a subway meal deal experience one day for lunch, & had the most humiliating customer service in almost 5 decades! Worst experience ever! Apparently apart from the bread, the chap knew nothing on how to guide a novice through a gluten-free meal deal, young girl by the till kept rolling her eyes obviously irritated, and made a most unhelpful service even worse when time to ring it up, she disgustedly threw the wrap down on the counter, forgot the drink and crisp, didn't offer an alternative for the cookie, & still charged me extra! I was stunned! Two ladies behind me kept apologizing for her rudeness, waited outside to apologize again asking me to report this to management. If a smart black well travelled woman felt so humiliated just asking for help to order a regular meal for one, I can't imagine how the experience would have been if I was dyslexic or had other learning difficulties. As they did not pick up their calls, I sent a feedback form that was met with such a generic limp apology that is no wonder that they would be inundated with so many complaints. Of course it was money wasted, it ended in the bin, and the shop and the subway name now reminds me of places where diversity and equality sound like a futuristic joke! I certainly did not feel respected, & for the first time in a long time, I saw someone try to shame me for being different. That was the true tragedy here.

Avoid! Such a disappointment! Both subs have never been toasted (cheese not melted and inside stone cold). Breakfast sub had no egg! And sub itself was so cold like literally was just taken out of the fridge! As this was a meal deal, crisps were included. Both packets been different form what I ordered

This subway is inside Applegreen Garage and has no seating inside it is takeaway only but there are some picnic seats on a grassed area to sit if you want to. The staff seemed in a bit of a fluster but eventually I got my order in & they had run out of 3 items which I was hoping to have but was not to be and selected from what was avaliable. Did the meal deal but do find subway a little overpriced but must say my posh toasted with cheese sandwich was very nice and was worth the wait.

Part of the order was not sent to the venue- Nachos were missing - i was called by your store but could not collect as I am 200 miles away - how do we get a refund for those items?

Needs improvement! Many orders either delivered with wrong items or discovered on collection that had been different to what we ordered. Today run out of salad bowls... it's okay, it happens, but let customers know on the little note which will take 1 minute to write and place on the wall instead of wasting half of my lunchbreak for in the queue just to discover I won't gave my lunch today... really disappointed in service

They had to change my order as ran out of meatless steak and the cookies I ordered. The alternative Vegan Patty was awful gutted I paid so much and didnt enjoy it at all :(

Ordered 2 Subs and 3 cookies, both of the subs were incorrect and none of the cookies were in the bag either.

I asked for double cheese and got double meat so all I can taste is pepperoni and I can't taste any of the cheese or sauce. All the food was cold so overall a really disappointing meal. And this was my before-keto last carb hurrah so actually I'm even more disappointed that it was a total waste of time and money.

Awful experience do not order from here. Order was cold. Received a 6 inch sub instead of the foot long meal deal changed my side didn’t answer the phone tried ringing about 20 times so in the process of getting a refund through just eat. Will never order from here again and I recommend no one else to either as they never answer their phone.

Did not receive the correct order at all. 1/4 items correct. Called and made no attempt to resolve the error. Advised just to get a refund via just eat.

Half of the order was incorrect things missing and wrong bread. This isn’t the first time this had happened using this app. I am fed up of this happening I will never be ordering again of this app!

Great food very hot and on time

Absolutely disgraceful service, all 3 staff had no clue how to make a sandwich. I was there for 30 minutes waiting for 3 sandwiches, they all ended up cold. They tried to charge me incorrectly! I will never be eating from this brand again. They don’t deserve the business!!!

Subway had no bread! Refused refund. 3 hours late and I'm not allowed?! Had already sourced food elsewhere by that point. Fuming.

Turned up and requested for my food to be toasted collected and went home, to then find out it hadn’t been toasted so I drove back to them to be rude and not remake it and only microwave it for it still to be cold. The chicken wasn’t defrosted all the way either.

6 hash browns not 9 as ordered and paid for. Water sent not orange juice, toasted sandwich when asked for it not to be. Late food and cold.

Missing items and paid no attention to the order, did not select cheese or jalapenos with the meatballs for a reason yet they came smothered in them, got no sauce with my soggy hash brown and the bag of crisps were nowhere to be found.

Really bad experience here, the food came cold with I think 3 meatballs in the footlong. There was so much sauce added in, these used to come in little pots so this was not appetising! Still waiting for my refund from just eat.

Delivered wrong drinks and cookies and the subs were falling apart

With out a doubt the worst customer service I have ever had in a subway shop, been in twice now and same poor level of service both times. I won’t be going again.

Sub missed cheese and wedges cold, under cooked, soggy and unseasoned. The rest of the food was as ordered and very nice thank you.

Food wasn't great. Ordered 2 subs. No cheese in both. On one there was unwanted sweetcorn. Lettuce was brown, and there was some stuff in there we could only guess what it was.

We had ordered onions in our subs and one with cheese and they came with neither of these items. 😞 and one didn’t come with any chilli flakes. Not good. Won’t be ordering from here again. I’ll stick to Felixstowe road one.
