Kebapizza in Ipswich

Ordered 2 doner meat and chips overcooked not very nice at all use to go regularly with previous owners but will not be going back now

I just had one of the best kebabs that I've ever had from this place. Quality has gone up leaps & bounds compared to my last order. Issue is that they employ lazy delivery people. I'm in a block of flats & they don't even bring it to the building yet alone front door anymore. Audacity of it, I even pre tipped him. Big mistake in doing so, because they've then no reason to give you the service that they should & would if they were expecting a tip upon drop off. I'm finding myself another takeaway to order from in future. Might as well of gone & picked it up myself.

Worst experience ever. Ordered at 1:35am and the order was accepted. Food never arrived and restaurant closed. A bunch of cowboys - absolutely shocking service, so unprofessional- just don’t accept if closed, why mess people about!

Late on a Tuesday by 12:30. Something to eat. Only place open in Ipswich so I popped in. Had a chicken Donna kebab, it was nice. Fresh salad, fresh tomato, fresh cucumber. Red cabbage with burger sauce. No chili, pita bread with fresh and lovely , £ 9.99 weren't bad. When you're hungry. It's a place to go late at night

What a rude unprofessional business!!! I called to ask how long my delivery was going to be.. as it’s now 30 minutes late! To be told it’s not here so must be on its way and then they hung up on me!!! Still waiting for food!!

I received the wrong order , when i tried to contact them they using abusing words and just dropped the calls , its happen this ssme in a week & lots of attitude to the staff members & they don’t have any respect at all . Avoid this shop

Placed order through uber which said 20-40 minutes when they accepted the order. 1 hour later i tried calling them and they would not answer the phone, started a chat through uber advisor who said they would try to contact and even they couldn't speak to someone at the restaurant. When the order arrived I asked the driver is the food cold I've been waiting over an hour to which he replied 'no I was there while they were cooking and just left now and if its cold I can get it replaced for you' so doesn't sound like their busy if their driver is just standing there watching them cook the food so why is it so late? Food was warm and dry and low quality. Would avoid and looks like I'm not the only one after reading the reviews alot of people have the same opinion I just wish I read the reviews before placing an order.

Awful food and awful service. Driver called to check delivery address and the arrived 50mins later with cold food. Delivery driver promised a refund which of course hasn’t materialised.

This place is on Uber Eats & I ordered a meal for delivery, as I've been unwell. It didn't turn up. I called the restaurant & they told me they had cancelled it. They do not deliver to my area apparently, even though Uber Eats said they did. And even though they had my contact details, they didn't even bother to let me know. They had appalling attitude on the phone. It wouldn't have taken them a minute to call me. Now left with nothing to eat.

Ordered food online at around 6:30 it said estimated delivery 7:20-7:40 didn’t arrive till 9 didn’t answer the phone the first 5 times and eventually got through with them saying it will be with you any second and still after that took another half hour!

Food was late. It arrived cold and soggy. The banofie pies we ordered didn't turn up. Wouldn't order from there again

This is what £18 on a chicken wrap with chips and chicken kebab looks like from kebapizza. It also took 90 mins to arrive instead of the predicted 30 mins, and arrived cold. I rang them, they said they would replace the cold meal, and haven't- then stopped answering the phone. Poor service, cold poor quality food.
