AMAZINGGGGGG customer service!!!!! Fresh food cooked when ordered! Even amended my order over the phone when I had ordered on just eat!!! Thennn when an item was missing they cooked it and delivered it at no extra charge Even though they were closing!!! Even offered for us to come into the restaurant to eat for the mistake. CAN NOT RATE THIS PLACE ENOUGH!!! AMAZINGGGGGG! I will definitely be going to eat here in person and to say thank you in person for the customer service 🙏

Worst food ever seen, LOW QUALITY, SMALL PORTIONS, LOUD RUDE STAFF, REFRIGERATED FOOD +. MICROWAVE. NOTHING IS FRESH.

I have ordered from this restaurant and wrong items were delivered restaurant is not picking the calls.even the drinks were different

The surface was very good the coffee was good and the staff member named Rosie was very happy and helpful and made sure we was all good

It's a shame, I love Wimpy Harlow one is very unwelcoming. Don't even put ketchup out anymore. They give you a little pot to taste from. They should visit Wimpy in Loughton or Cheshunt to see how that is run.

Recently refurbished with many improvements to interior bars, good service and a pub that supports and promotes local musicians providing good entertainment most nights and weekends. Publican Gary strict on good behaviour so a nice place to take family and friends to enjoy a friendly atmosphere.

Ordered it for 6pm arrived at 5:15pm.

First time I came food very good I've been twice now and food not good cold egg I asked them don't put teabag in pot they did it was to strong Both times food cold not happy Because I love the restaurant

Poor quality pizzas 2 for 1 mid week special, rubbish topings poor quality and I don't know what the base was made of , never again.

Do NOT go here if you want your food within 10 minutes of ordering, so slow every time I come very overpriced and staff do not make any effort to speed up, even when goods been ready for ages they take too long to bag it and hand it out and they call out orders 5 numbers ahead of yours

Dirtiest delivery driver, no food bag, just carrying the box which was falling apart and not sealed! He says ‘oh I sorry, I think sticky falling off, call store tell men’ ok… Rings store, stone cold! Could have had warmer ice cream… do store care? Not at all… says to send a letter by post. Order is not actually correct also. Ok mate. Well done team Harlow. Award for POOREST service goes to you.
