Staff gives absolutely bad service and they don’t bothers customers. Their behaviour is like criminal. Food quality is not good and they not maintain standard food hygiene..I recommend avoid them.

I ordered two grill chicken but i didn’t get what i ordered and the staff are very rude with customers.It’s not worth to buy.

Bad customer service and bad cleanliness, come here if you like hands in your food.

As I was driving pass harlow stopped at this place for lunch, the food was great top quality, I want to mention the staff they were great and so polite.

Disgusting staff! He is rude always... He has no sense on how to talk with customer. I would say the food is good but they should improve the service...

Staffs are not friendly at all.

First time visited. Food was nice and staff seemed friendly but, my order wasn't correct unfortunately even though before leaving shop i double confirmed if the guy has done 8 wings order correctly to take away as he forgot to add in my meal. The guy who confirmed put 3 grilled wings less to what I ordered and was charged £12.69. Total order should of been 8 grilled wings (take away) plus 1 load box meal including 3 wings, chips and drink (eat in). Disappointed that I was 3 wings sort and due to closing time i couldn't go back to shop.

Very nice chicken and chips and friendly people

Me, my boyfriend and a group of his friends visited this establishment this evening, for a nice tasty kebab and chicken. To all of our dismay, while our expectations werent by any means high, this reached a record new low. To begin with, we were greeted by staff behind the counter lacking hairnets or any kind of hygiene equipment or ppe. we even saw a man grab meat with his bare hands which irked our stomachs at sight. After retrieving our food, to my boyfriends 'shock and horror' - quoted from him, he had found many hairs sticking out of the already pink chicken. To his friends dismay, the burger was 'Far to battery' and much more batter than meat 'A Hollow shell of his expectation'. The staff behind the counter had a strange atmosphere to them, with what I believe to be workplace bullying, even going as far as to shoving one of their colleagues. We then finished of our meals, and ventured outside, only to find it had an unlikely hygiene rating of 5 stars. We stood there in astonishment as this was no five star rating in our books. Smelt fishy. We felt it our duty to write a review of this restaurant in question to avoid future disappointment of unsuspecting souls. However upon searching on Google, bonito grill still seemed to be under the alias of 'tastey grill' until we finally found the right one. I can assure you this food was neither bonito or tastey. 1 star

To much waiting and they lie , they sayd they have me food at the first call and after 30 min I call them and they sayd they don't have me food I call deliveroo and they sayd bonito grill sistem are not working so they cancell me order

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Bad attitude from all staff members. The Asian guy with glasses and a beard seems to think he knows more than anyone else even though he only came to this country few months back. Asked for the boss was told he was on holiday. Staff members eager to get rid of people and run this business into the ground it seems

Best shop to expect bad customer service, been here many times and always get the same bad customer service from all of their staff members. Food is expensive and isn’t always the best, last time I ordered the peri burger was like rubber and couldn’t even bite into it. Todays experience was horrible, made a phone call to make an order for collection, but the guy on the phone did not want to take my order and was telling me to come in person and order, I repeated my order again and then he agreed to make it. I arrived at the shop where a staff member approached me and asked what I want, I told him I made an order on the phone for a collection, and then his phone rang and he turned around and spoke to his mate whilst touching his private part, after waiting I was asked what the order was and he went to get it, we asked if he put the sauce in the burger which is when he touched the whole burger with his hands and opened it up and said yes right sauce. I no longer wanted that burger and told him the reason which is when he replied “we always touch with our hands” I cancelled the order and left. All of their staff are rude, moody and need serious hygiene training. They touch everything but don’t want to wash their hands before handling food, the floor is a mess and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned properly. Looks as if it’s a shop run by kids. Expensive prices for bad service.

Item missing upon delivery. I was told they would send it the driver back but nothing. No phone call no delivery. Had no response. Poor customer service. The sauces had leek in bag poor packaging. Would not recommend to any one.

Got a mixed donner on naan 10 quid was lovely nice meats and salad was fresh 😋 real tasty and enjoyed Fries were cooked nice and crispy, not sure if they do mint sauce or garlic mayo would have been great 😋 clean inside staff friendly some seating inside.

Good prices, fast delivery, very tasty peri chicken

Usually a decent meal, but only really when collecting in-store. Chips are delicious, probably the best from any kebab shop in Harlow. chicken wrap and burgers are very nice. Sometimes the lettuce makes it a little soggy, but never tastes bad. Best to avoid ordering for delivery though, they put the food in a paper bag and then in a plastic one after. Heat from the food makes condensation build up in the bag and everything turns soggy and nasty if they take a while to deliver. It goes from decent to disgusting very fast, the paper bag within the outer plastic one fell apart into pieces last time I ordered from them because of all the condensation. All the food was wet and just unpleasant to eat. Just a word of advice to the restaurant, maybe ditch the plastic bags and just double up on the paper ones instead? Better for the planet and way better for your quality of food. 4/5 if collected in-store 2/5 when delivered, possibly lower.

Garbage food, rude staff and lots of fake reviews

I usually order without any problems but tonight staff said my order had been cancelled without any reason although foodhub (via Google) said order had been accepted.

The food especially peri peri chicken, peri peri fries and burger are really good. But, wings are not so good. So, food, quality and price are affordable and good overall.

1st order with bonito grill. Bad experience. Over 1hr 40mins for delivery. Called restaurant 3 times. No urgency from them. Was told twice it's 5 mins away. Then told driver leaving and be with us soon.... 35mins later no driver. It's a 4mins drive from my place to the restaurant... Terrible and I doubt I will be ordering from here again. Asked for money back and nothing heard from them. Very poor. Food when it arrived was ok. Nothing special.

Dirty dingy place with overpriced food

Ordered delivery, chips, burger kebab wrap, took over an hour, when came food cold chips raw and bag food was in was wet and soggy, told driver he said I take back and bring you another one when I'm back this way which won't be until tomorrow. Absolutely disgusting, bonito grill not answering phone and delivery driver blocked my number

Foods are ok not wow but service is bad couple of time they missed out my order. Not very happy with the service.

1st time my chicken burger it was beautiful. After that it's OK not bad for on the go

Recently visited Harlow with few friends and went Bonito grill for food . It was quick and tasty. I like that the chicken is grilled, not fried, and you can choose how spice you want it. They also have a nice selection of sides. Great service here in this fast food restaurant.

Quality of the food isn't what it used to be, it's very hit and miss. The meals are expensive especially for the Quality of the food. Not all members of staff understand English fully, so when you are trying to place an order it can be difficult. It's a shame because it used to be a nice place to go to.

Disgusted by my experience. The food I ordered which was grilled chicken was not cooked MADE ME SICK. I called to complain and tried to tell them they are putting peoples health at risk but they wanted to hear none of IT. IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH I DO NOT RECOMEND.

Ordered on Diliveroo, they took my money and was ment to deliver in 20mins. But 30mins after they call me and tell me I have to pay an extra £5 for my food as I am too far (I am 2miles away) I refuse so they tell me to contact Diliveroo and cancel as they won’t. I will never order or recommend this place again. The guy on the phone was laughing and did not care one bit for my customer experience.

Charged me full price for the box meal no chips no drink, I called to make a complaint, requested for the manager, staff goes there is no manager available, I said its a food complain and he goes he's the manager ???? What is this nonsense!!! Then the so called manager not willing to listen my order and just giving constant excuses, he was rude and had an attitude selling chicken chips. I would not recommend them at all. Waste of time trip petrol and money. Restaurant and kitchen look absolutely filthy as if not cleaned, will call Harlow council health and safety tomorrow.

The food is much better than the kitchen, though clean is not pretty.

Ordered 4 peri peri chicken for a gathering with chips as has always been good when ordered previously. Recieved moist nicely cooked chicken with good flavour enjoyed by all guests. Delivered on time. Will order again. One of the best food spots in harlow.

For price, quality and service these guys cannot be beat

As many times I visited this place, as eager I am to go back. Well cooked, good price fast food. Cheerful and very helpful staff. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Sitting area is available and families are welcomed(I went there quite few times with family). Right in Harlow town centre so easy access. Food always delivered on time whenever I used home delivery via different platforms.

Order mixkaberb cost round £7 not even the rats wood stay too eat, total mash wood not recommended if you wood like to live, only place for thier kaberbs is the bin.

Staff seem untrained and slow, would not recommend

When it was tasty grill we sometimes was ordering food due to a little bit different traste of the lamb from the other places in Harlow. Plus the delivery to my address was really quick ussually. But today we ordered lamb kebab which arrived without salad and one meat were over cooked other meat was uncoocked...... Plus the driver had no change from $20 ounds note. i dont mind leaving some tips but for the food i have received today not really. Everytime i say will never order again in this place...

Staff were very nice and food was good :-) The chips were fresh and crispy. The veggie burger was also really good. And it's cheap! The menu that's displayed on the HDTVs doesn't show everything, so ask for the printed version. Cash only! But there's a cash machine close by.

Absolutely shocking customer service. When you forgot parts of someone's order the least you can do is appolgise. Let alone the fact the chips taste and look like they're a month old

I tried their grilled food and it's absolutely beautiful. Boneless grilled chicken bites are very tasty. Excellent crispy fries. Their piri piri and chilli sauce is very nice. Friendly staff, nice and clean seating area. I'll definitely visit again. THANKS

Foods shocking and the doner kebab tastes like rubber

Served me and my boyfriend pink chicken, and when I complained they told me “it’s the way the chicken is cooked”.

By far the best fried chicken/grilled fast food in Harlow. Keep up the good standards guys as the last few years Harlow has been slacking for this type of food! Great food great service.

Easily the best takeaway in Harlow! Good quality food and reasonably priced aswell. If they keep up the quality and standard Bonito Grill will do very well.

First time trying bonito. Shop was very clean. Friendly staff. We got a take away, 2 lamb doner kebabs & a quarter pounder meal. They use big flat breads, much better than pitta, lovely fresh meat & salad. Burger was good quality. Chips were great, not greasy. Son said it's the best kebab he's ever had!! Will be eating from there again & would definitely recommend.
