I didn’t recommend,not clean space

Came in with huge expectations as a group of 3 big foodies. This was not Asian food whatsoever and quality was horrendous! The Donne meat was “fake” and the chicken donner stank like it’s been there for over 3 days! The food took ages to come and the portion was a joke! Was feeling absolutely sick whilst eating it and now feeling like food poisoning is about to creep in! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

DO NOT ENTER THE PREMISES! Had an extremely poor meal in this establishment. Food absolutely stunk, didn’t taste fresh and lacked flavour. I am extremely disappointed as this was not authentic Pakistani food. I regret eating this food and would never ever return.

The only staff member Shahida is the absolute gem! She is the only reason the kebab shop is alive! Highly recommended.

Food delivered soaked with sauce ... Salad only cabbage and 3 slices of cucumber. After try , salted and not good at all for eat by human. Waste of money just throw it to the foodwaste. Do not try at all . Stay aware.

Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from a female staff member on the phone after not recieving an actual kebab (just meat in a bag)no salad and the wrong sauces. I only got as far as reporting the missing salad before she hung up on me after insisting she had put the salad in. Had to heat my own pitta bread to eat with the meat and use a sauce I didn't order. Never experienced such rudeness after the restaurant made an error. Tried ringing back numerous times only to be ignored. Not acceptable. The food was good (what i had) but paid for items I didn't get and Sadly the service (or lack of) will stop me ordering again. Disgraceful.

We were in a group with absolute expectations to have some good taste of indian biriyani and lamb. But they served us the briyani which was not smell good and literally they accepted that, they cooked that 2 days before. Most disappointing was the lamb curry. Service quality was too bad. 👎

Lovely food, great service. We can recommend chicken biryani and seekh kebabs. Lovely thick and tasty chicken Bhuna with chapattis and the chicken tikka garlic with Peshwari Nan was all very nice. Very good quality and tasty. No complaints. Will be going again definitely

Very small portion for a £6.99 chicken biryani. I’ve had double the size from other places for £5. Portions must be small across the store so I highly doubt i’ll be ordering from here in future.

Waited for an order over 90minutes. After few phone calls and reassurance that a driver will be in few minutes - gave up and requested refund; restaurant person just hung up on me and my request, and didn’t pick up when redialled. Used them before but never again. Rude behaviour with plenty of lies. My husband actually went there at the end and a person at the desk was saying that the driver left 5 mins ago - that was 40 mins after I rung first time and surprisingly the driver left 5 mins ago and would be with me in 2-3. Husband went there and found the place before the driver got to our place - jokes.

Absolutely slow service, all other orders are being made whilst making peri peri wings takes them longer than 30 mins, also the food was not great at all and not cooked as asked. Avoid, there are better kebab/peri diners around the same area.

Ordered lamb nihari, aloo palak, naan with butter, seekh kebab wrap, pilau rice and halva. The nihari, aloo palak, rice and naan bread was delicious and nicely presented. The seekh kebab was wrapped in aluminium foil, didn't eat it straight away but should have been little bit warm at the time of eating. It was cold already so nut sure how fresh it was. Was not tasting bad but wasn't anything special either. Thats the reason I didn't give 5 stars for food. Could give 4.5 if there was such option because the rest was really good. One star less for the atmosphere because two guys were arguing quite loud. Other than that I can recommend the food to others. Maybe people with low spice tolerance need to be careful with some of the dishes.

Do not order from this place. I only received half of what I ordered. I called to let them know and they said they do not have a driver to send me the rest of my order and they cannot do a refund either. So I either collect ot myself or wait for next day to see if they have a driver. They literally asked me to register to deliveroo and be a driver because there's no drivers. I was flabbergasted. The person on the phone barely spoke any English and couldn't understand me or my husband either. 😒

Excellent food and service! Staff is nice and friendly! Specially Biya the lady who is at counter and is also the chef. She's extremely nice and makes delicious food. The food is always fresh and the quantity is great! I would highly recommend it to all the foodies out there!!

The guy who I ordered from used his bare hands to put ingredients. I had to tell him to change my meal as I was disgusted. He refused so I left. DO NOT BUY FOOD FROM HERE.

Fully breach Covid rules + health and safety regulations. 0 stars. The people in this shop are incredibly rude, arrogant and will waste your time entirely. I walked in the store ordered 3 things, person who served me said 15 minutes, I wait the entire time and my order is barely being prepared they seem very busy with other online and other people's orders I give them another 5 minutes and then at the 20 minutes mark I ask, where is my order you said 15 minutes. The guy said I'm busy, just wait. I'm telling him you told me 15 minutes and that how long will it take to sort my order out? A simple question really. He comes back with attitude incredibly rude "you want your order or not", not a clue where this disrespectful behaviour come from after spending nearly 30 minutes in there shop, and having 3 of them apologise excluding the person who acted like he was in charge but said he's not the manager, they refused to serve me. Not once telling me the total or asking the price, food was on the counter but I've never been disrespected by a shop owner or spoken to in this rude manner before. Infront of my eyes they got other customers order wrong, imagine somebody ordering a vegetarian dish and they are using chicken sauce, straight from the chicken curry dish. They do not care about you as a customer all they care about is wasting your time and taking your money from you. I will be reporting them to the delivery service company, food hygiene standards and my local authority. This is unacceptable service and will absolutely not be tolerated what so ever. Save your time and money, go get your food elsewhere.

I tried their food first time and i can say they are tasty and amazing taste food. Proper Biryani and grill food. defiantly recommend this restaurant.

Ordered 12 seekh kebabs with 8 nans for a gathering. Received overcooked dry frozen kebabs instead of fresh. When called to complain the person answering the phone said I didn't ask about whether they were fresh or frozen and that their chef was on holiday so they were selling frozen kebabs to customers. Poor quality from a restaurant and shameful customer service. Wont be ordering again and apparently we must find out whether fresh food will be served before ordering. Pathetic. Save yourselves.

Feeling bad after, :( maybe the reason is that meat is not grilled all the time but only when they have order. It was first and last time.

Amazing food, good sized portions. Great customer service. Had dine in there and had privilege to order takeaway many times. I never got disappointed. Very well cooked food. I would surely go there again. Highly recommended eatery in Harlow, Essex. It’s in town centre next to Adam house and opposite Pizza Hut . Next shop to Subrus.

If I could I would give 0 star poor shop they are far away from business ,sell expensive and gives you as small portion as they can.

Order completely wrong, overcharged, greasy mess. This is the first time I've left a review for anywhere, usually can't be bothered but I'm so upset right now, disgrace, if I wasn't soo hungry I'd take it back 😔

This food we just ordered is a disaster... Large shish kebab is a quater of a normal size... peri peri burger is a piece of chicken between the bun nothing else. The phone number which is up on google not even working. Can’t leave a review anywhere else. So hey ho it was the first and last time from this place. Very disappointed!!!!!

Waited an hour and a half, for Luke warm food and one wrong item as they decided to choose a different dish to one that I ordered. When I rang the shop to complain and request a refund they were not helpful at all. Very frustrating as it’s two hours on from placing my original order and I’m none of the wiser. I would strongly advise people to avoid this shop . TERRIBLE FOOD, TERRIBLE STAFF

Working away from home, order our evening meal, after waiting an hour and fourth five minuits and two phone calls saying it's on the way, cancelled order and went without. Thank you very much ,

Waited over an hour for food when finally arrived 20mins late than arrival time food had been tightly packed was squashed soggy chips and cold. Nan bread hadnt been wrapped properly even asked the driver if food was still hot sed yes food was cold!!🤬🤬 very disappounted and cant even get full refund asked them twice to come collect the food was so bad AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND DONT USE JUST EAT EITHER

Have been trying this takeaway for a while now. Recently the takeaway box size has reduced in size and the quantity of the food inside also reduced. So I'm getting half of what I would normally get for the same price. Poor tactics.

Ordered through uber eats and my order was not taken. Restaurant showed unavailable for 10 minutes then back to normal. I don't understand why my order was cancelled....

Finally we can get real biryani in Harlow. High time! I'm giving them five stars despite them being so expensive because of their personalised service and lack of competition in North Indian or Pakistani food. Once we have more competition I expect their prices would become more realistic.

Good good authentic Pakistani and Indian cuisine, best served hot grill and mixed platter. Clean and warm place for setting after shopping.

Both my partner & I had a regular chicken donner kebab in nan. It was delicious! You get a really generous serving of chicken and the nan was lovely & freshly made. They staff were friendly aswell. It's the kind of food that you need to sit down and eat so glad we found it (whilst passing through) after lockdown was eased.

Had a delivery Saturday night. Was quickly delivered and very tasty, a very different kebab to normal but a very welcome change from pitta bread. The sauce was superb. Will be ordering again without a doubt

The kebabs are ok, but they quite often don’t deliver what you’ve ordered and miss things off. The large kebab is the same size as the regular kebab. This place could be ok if they got more organised

Proper London style asian food tasty flavour, normally travel to East London for. Stand outs got to be the lamb chops and biryani nice and soft texture and all fresh. All cooked perfectly. A definate place to recommend to all, First and not last order!!

The yummiest food out of London. Fresh tandoori made Punjabi food. Highly recommend their mixed grill, curry’s and tandoori naan. This truly is a gem! You’ll be hooked once you’ve tried 😊
