Updated delivery address before ordering but the delivery went to previous address. Order and receipt showed address we wanted it delivered to but it went to a different address. Luckily we were able to pick the food up from the other address but was a big inconvenience and not what we would expect and food was cold

ordered the food at 7.30pm and didn't receive the food to gone 9.30pm I had to make 4 phone calls, we normally ordered from here and never have a problem, ai might add i needed to run out to the driver as well and collect my food from his car

ordered at 6.40 food arrived at 8.20 the app said 45 to 50 minute for deliver which we went for. the person on the wasn't very helpful (talkative) or apologetic. however the food was nice when it did arrived. it shouldn't be advertised on the app that delivery times are good when they clearly aren't. app said delivered and still had to wait 30 mins.

Came here years ago regularly when it was help yourself buffet. Today we came and you ordered what you wanted off the menu and food was made fresh to order, as much as you like for £18 per adult £9 per child. Food was fresh and very nice. Service was very good, the staff were welcoming and couldn’t do enough. Thank you!

Hot and delivered quickly with prawn crackers. The quality was terrible dry and horrible, completely bland and you can get the prawns in the freezer at ASDA. Only chinese meal I've never finished.

Food wasn’t that great. The beef Szechuan was in edible. Not now not enough no salt. No salt on the noodles and rice.

Food arrived late and was cold. Vegetable dish was overcooked and soggy.

Crispy lamb wasn’t crispy and the sweet and sour sauce was missing from the chicken ball dish. This use to be a great takeaway but nothing but issues and wrong orders now. This will be the last time I order from them

The food its awful, ordered food through the just eat. £30 and couldn't eat anything. Beef in satay sauce looked and tasted disgusting. Shredded beef couldn't even taste of beed at all. All food poor quality. Money wasted

The only Chinese I ever use. I love this restaurant, delivery is always superfast, food is great and a large selection of dishes to choose from the menu.

Special chow mein was good, decent size portion, big chunks of the meats, decent price too.

Driver called when couldn't find property, was close by and found me very quickly when I came outside to collect

I was not happy with this order, the Singapore noodles were dry and flavourless, felt like it was days old, the salt and pepper chicken looked gone off and white, it was not good.

I live in Sawbridgeworth and its the only Chinese takeaway place that i use. Its reasonable prices and really good food, which is always delivered so fast so it's really hot and doesn't need reheating! Thanks for all your service in 2024! 😃

It was awful… took 46 minutes to deliver so stone cold… lemon chicken was so overcooked it was harder than concrete… the sweet and sour sauce was tiny, there wasn’t enough for 1 let alone 2 of us… I would never recommend this restaurant and have no clue how it got over 4 stars, friends and family I guess

Personally flavour of the food was a let down the satay chicken was like boiled chicken and just so bland and chewy to eat.

Most ended up in the bin. Bland, greasy slop. Steer clear.

A Chinese restaurant that doesn’t know what an egg fried rice is. Spoiler alert, it’s not steamed rice with bits of egg in it. - Not revisiting here again.

Chips old and dry , squid batter soggy , one chilli in it , curry sauce fell out in one lump , not runny at all , soup was ok . Never understand how these places send that out and call it food ? 37 £ for that never again . Terrible

Prawn toast was soggy and inedible, the chow mien smelt like cigarette smoke so was off putting. Salt and pepper chicken and shredded beef was nice.

Good was early and tasted good but they forgot to put in my chicken balls. Waited 25 minutes for them and when I got them we didn’t want them anymore as the rest of the food had been eaten. Other than that, no problem with this place - yummy food

Really disappointed with the food! The noodles smelt awful and tasted worse, the salt and pepper chips were chewy and just tasted plain with a few chilli slices and the prawns in the prawn balls were not deveined! Crispy beef was also chewy and smelt weird, really unhappy with this place!

the lemon chicken was dried up and tough, couldn't cut it and the chow mien tasted like it was cooked in old fat and over cooked and was quite hard.. Very disappointed as rarely had bad food from them before.

By far the best chinese we have tried in Harlow. Everything was cooked perfectly, arrived early and was hot. Its rare to find a place that know how to make a decent satay sauce 👌 These guys are going to the top of our list.

The food is mid at best. The chow mein tasted strange, the beef and broccoli tasted fishy and the salt and pepper chips were dry and tasteless. The duck pancakes were okay but not enough pancakes for that much duck - wouldn’t order again but that could be preference
