I love Tim Hortons! Great food, always hot!

Burgers were amazing and the signature coffee. Not so keen on the potato option

Really love it here, staff are friendly and it’s so spacious. There’s lots of great options in terms of food and drinks. Very family friendly environment.

Despite its prime location, this coffee shop falls short. Contrary to its 'Canada's Favourite Coffee' claim, the counters are often unmanned. The atmosphere lacks the inviting aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the cozy ambiance of competitors like Costa. Furthermore, the dirty and poorly maintained washrooms were a letdown. Overall, this coffee shop feels lifeless and fails to deliver the warm experience one expects.

wrong order twice very annoying when using drive thru and getting home with missing items

No one ever answers the phone when you trying to find out what's going on with your order. I called 15 times now and nothing

Review is just for the hot chocolate! Ordered two hot chocolates through the drive thru. Quite disappointed in how it tasted. It tasted like it was made with water. I would have expected it to be done with milk, especially for the price we paid.

The food was good earlier and now the coffees are worst. Thought it would be good for French vanilla and hot chocolate, but now both of them are a waste of money. Don't recommend them, try other drinks. Food is OK.

Popped in here after trip to cinema..it was very empty aside from three customers. Dirty and uncleared tables, girl that served our food continually stared whilst I was eating but didn’t seem to like it when I returned the look.. strange behaviour, almost looking for trouble?! Worst flat white I’ve ever had too….

First time we've ever been in a Tim Hortons and I must say I'm impressed and will definitely visit others, it's a shame we don't have any in Lincolnshire

I placed an order on Uber Eats this morning, and the order has arrived soaking wet!! If you can't pack the drinks properly, then take them off the delivery menu! We were not able to consume any of the breakfast because the juice has spilt all over them. I'm unable to speak to anyone from Uber Eats, and it's incredibly frustrating. There's nothing more that I hate than wasting food and money!!

First time at Tim Hortons. What I experienced. Slow service. Food nothing special. Similar to the fast food chain Mac a cross the street . Ordered burger and drink small Flat White, got cup full with milk. Not Impressed at all. Atmosphere is nice. Good location and parking. Stuff friendly, but slow, people waiting too long on the queue to get them orders.

Went there for the first time I will never come back again food was cold didn't give me the correct food they didn't give us a takeaway bag even though we asked for one once we told them he started to put his fingers in our fries what just put us of most definitely won't return as the staff are appalling.

Went there for the first time tonight with my boyfriend, and wow, what an experience! After waiting forever, we finally got back to our hotel only to discover that a bunch of our food was missing. On top of that, there was gravy on an item we specifically didn’t want gravy on. Oh, and the frappe? I specifically asked for coffee in it (because I added coffee to it) and—surprise—it was missing. Not to mention, I requested soya milk because I’m lactose intolerant, and they gave me regular milk anyway. But the cherry on top? The man serving us forgot to put the food in a takeaway bag, put it on a tray instead, and then when transferring it to a bag, grabbed the actual food with his hands instead of touching the packaging. Incredible attention to detail, truly.

The food is great, the staff are friendly and helpful and its a great place to dine in and relax.

I ordered a home delivery of a wrap and a bagel. The set came without coffee naively did not contain ketchup! Poor service, people are not professional, I do not recommend!!!!

I ordered two breakfast sets we didn't get coffee, and the sandwich had no sauces everything was not aesthetically folded and packed lack of professionalism! very rude service lack of communication in English in such a restaurant is essential. the restaurant was very dirty!!! and the kitchen from what I saw I do not recommend

Stopped to buy a donut and use the loo. The loos are UTTERLY DISGUSTING. BLACK inside. Not a little marked at the bottom, the water area was stained BLACK. They're not a little bit grubby from not being cleaned and hour, a day or a week. UTTERLY DISGRACEFUL. I wanted a donut and held out a £10 note. The man said cards only. I was incredulous. 'This is coin of the realm' I said. He said sorry, while looking baffled. No cash? No business from me. I had cards in my purse but no, you can't refuse my cash. Go back to Canada with your cards only and filthy disgusting lavatories. Really sorry I didn't have my phone to photograph that lavatory.

Both male and female toilets were filthy, looks like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time judging by the grime. Absolutely put me off returning to this store. It's sad really, as the coffee and food were decent, the store is well presented and the staff were friendly.

The bacon rolls are amazing I love my bacon so get extra slice but cause it's loin bacon it's nice and thick and well cooked

Not only was it a tiny portion, it was still half frozen. When I explained it was frozen in the middle, the lady just turned her back and walked off without an explanation. Really rude, and terrible service.

I fail to see the attraction. Everything seemed to have been sat around for way too long. Flavourless and over priced. Second attempt but will be my last

I don’t know why but they make the oat milk way too hot. It needs to rest for at least 15 minutes before it’s drinkable. I think oat milk gets hot quicker than cow’s milk, and they don’t realize it. Other than that everything is okay. Peaceful place. Staff is very friendly. French vanilla is my all time favourite.

Staff nice, Had some hot cheese on some herby bread. Supposed to be part of their new menu, requested it re: toasted as it was just bread. Lattice fries were nice when hot. Frappe should be followed by a trip to the dentist.

I first discovered Tim Hortons' delicious coffees in Canada in the 2000s, and ever since, it's been a favorite part of my routine in my trips to Canada. This was my first visit to a Tim Hortons in the UK, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience, hence the two-star rating. The Americano I ordered was nothing like the ones in Canada – the taste, water ratio, and aroma were all below average. My wife’s Latte was equally underwhelming. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and doing their best, but it was clear they are still inexperienced.

Clean. Tidy and value for money. Plenty of parking.

Great food and atmosphere. Menu is very fulfilling and tasty, with lots of variety available. Only downside is that sometimes the bacon in the breakfast rolls are not cooked as thoroughly as I would expect - so on this point I hope this does get resolved.

Doughnut review: Just don't bother, they are very disappointing. The iced ones are okay (timbits, apple fritter etc) but the rest are dry, extremely artificial tasting and rubbish texture.

Just below the standard of the other chains. I had a shake which had no discerning flavour. I was disappointed, and have no desire to return.

I love Tim Hortons. This particular location is one of my favourites. Short waiting time, clean and staff is always friendly. Highly recommended to all Lakeside Shopping Centre visitors.

I ordered fries and chiken tenders as a meal and it was delicious 🤤. The drink that also came with it was really good.

I've been to this diner on several occasions and have genuinely liked it. I've never known it to be busy, but there's always been a family or two within, and even a few people doing coursework and such in the cozy chairs there. The dining area is exceptionally well-maintained, consistently free of any leftover food or debris. I find the cuisine to be highly palatable, with the loaded lattice fries being particularly noteworthy. The burgers are comparable in quality to those of McDonald's, yet offered at a more favorable price point. This establishment undoubtedly presents itself as a more ethical and responsible entity to patronize. Despite its relative obscurity, this establishment has much to offer. My family and I intend to revisit this establishment in the future.

great choice for the lovely breakfast

French vanilla latte here give me life. The breakfast menus out ranks mccys breakfast anyday! Fresh, forefilling and delicious (also value for money!!) Veggie range is decent too!

It's fast food but a little bit better. The chicken looks recognisable as poultry. The fries (waffle fries only) are always hot and crispy. The donuts are always reasonably fresh - either they sell well or they prioritise freshness over waste minimisation - either way is good for us. The floor is clean with booth, tables and armchairs to pick from depending on your vibe. The staff actually look like they applied for a job there and haven't been kidnapped and forced to work. It's still the relatively standard chain restaurant experience, but in the fast food world it's miles ahead of the closest competition

Superb mochas, good food and drinks range. Very comfy seats. It's a shame they don't bring the order to the table (as McDonald's do).

Atmosphere was great best coffee ever the only disappointing thing was the fact that they only except card payments which I feel isn't very helpful for the older generation, we have a bank of England for a reason is the kings money not good enough.

Lovely place to visit for breakfast

Place was pretty empty on the evening we went but the food was banging! My girlfriend who doesn’t like coffee at all loved the coffee so it mist be alright.

I love Tim's iced cap, especially on a hot day like today. I went to their drive thru and it was quick. I love their seasonal drinks too. I will recommend this outlet in Harlow and it is massive. I haven't been inside but sure I can bring my family one day!

A much nicer breakfast than McDonald's : pancakes are super light and fluffy and the coffee is really good. Also I highly recommend the timbits (donut holes) - they're very tasty.

I didn't go here though personal choice but because someone I care for likes the place. A positive is its very good accessibility wise for wheelchairs. The food my charge had he loved. But there is very little dairy free choice (major allergen). Also the coffee really was terrible. 100% we will go again. My charge can eat and enjoy.

It was great. Reminded me when I live in Canada and my dad would take me to get mini donuts n hot chocolate before school. Nice that now my son can experience the same nostalgic moments.

Staff were friendly enough but for nearly £30 for 2 meals + 1 kids meal we was quite disappointed. The lattace fries where just random size chunks of potato with a good looking one on top hiding the rest. The chicken burger was bland. They also messed up the kids meal and gave a beef burger instead of a chicken burger and literally 3 fries?? No onions on hot dog when it was requested. Wrong sauces given and the timbits tasted like the breading from the chicken so I'm assuming they are fried in the same oil. Wouldn't go again. Edit: I also believe that staff are encouraging customers to write positive reviews. There is also a few fake reviews. Lowered my rating to one star now. Edit 2: Staff are giving free doughnuts in return for a positive review. If that isn't bribery then I don't know what is. Reviews should be genuine and not based on the fact that you got free food.

There's not much atmosphere, it's a bit like a Scout Hall with a few sofas. The burgers are clean and tasty enough without any frills or twists, except the twisty fries, the only option for fries if I remember correctly. I haven't tried them, but I think the best bit might be the bakery stuff and coffee.

For the price this place has gone downhill, "fast food" but waited 10 mins for them to cook the bacon, bacon roll was cold, massive rip off, just go to the greggs next door or costa down the road, dont waste your time.

A truly unique Canadian experience. Large double double and timbits. Great location. Eat in or take out. Great coffee and donuts. Comfortable chairs inside or enjoy your food on a covered patio. Lots of free parking, pet friendly. Clean toilets. Wheelchair access ♿ kick back and enjoy.

Well I ordered 2 timbits and got a bag of 7! Fast service, I kept pressing the wrong buttons on the self service machine though which was annoying. You cant go back after that. The car park is free for 5 hours. There is wifi although you have to refresh every 2 hours. There are quite a few seats with plug sockets so you can sit and work. Some normal tables, some with big sofas and some with arm chairs.

We had a lovely time today at Tim Hortons. Chicken wrap with Chipotle sauce was better than elsewhere, my son loved his chicken tenders and ate them all in one go, even asked to come back here instead of McDonald's, which we will do. Loved the doughnuts and vanilla latte😍 Thanks to Maryan and Ayun for excellent customer service and the team for preparing tasty meals and keeping the place tidy and cosy.

Being Canadian, I absolutely adore Tim Hortons, wish there were more. We drive to Harlow for their coffee and donuts as there aren't any in East London.

A different type of burger place, more adult and much more relaxing. Food is good but the service always feels a bit slow. Very delicious doughnuts on their own or after a burger. Would always go here rather than McD's

The breakfast wrap was amazing, as were the drinks. The service was slow unfortunately but still give a 4star!

Very slow service for 2 burgers and when they did arrive we did not like the quality of them. Also they got my daughters order wrong (we asked for no mustard or onions and by the time they arrived it would gave been too late to recook them as we had something we needed to get to so just scraped it off the best we could). The lattice fries and milkshakes were nice though, but the main reason we went was for the burgers.

This is only the second time I've come here and both times through the drive-through. I can't say much positive about the food except that it's not bad, but not great either. The store and parking lot are always clean. So maybe a sit-in would bring hotter food with better flavours. It is worth another visit.

The chicken was raw and rubbery. It also gave me a bad tummy bug the next day. My friend also had the same experience with me aswell. Put me off burgers. Absolute filth🤮

Drive through - nice and quick! Coffee good, donuts are lush! I have the Canadian maple donut for the first time - oh yes! Flat white was as expected. Definitely on the slightly pricier side of coffee
