Good place with a good atmosphere, friendly staff. The burgers could be a bit bigger, specially the chicken ones.

Great food and atmosphere. Menu is very fulfilling and tasty, with lots of variety available. Only downside is that sometimes the bacon in the breakfast rolls are not cooked as thoroughly as I would expect - so on this point I hope this does get resolved.

Doughnut review: Just don't bother, they are very disappointing. The iced ones are okay (timbits, apple fritter etc) but the rest are dry, extremely artificial tasting and rubbish texture.

I love Tim Hortons. This particular location is one of my favourites. Short waiting time, clean and staff is always friendly. Highly recommended to all Lakeside Shopping Centre visitors.

I ordered fries and chiken tenders as a meal and it was delicious 🤤. The drink that also came with it was really good.

I've been to this diner on several occasions and have genuinely liked it. I've never known it to be busy, but there's always been a family or two within, and even a few people doing coursework and such in the cozy chairs there. The dining area is exceptionally well-maintained, consistently free of any leftover food or debris. I find the cuisine to be highly palatable, with the loaded lattice fries being particularly noteworthy. The burgers are comparable in quality to those of McDonald's, yet offered at a more favorable price point. This establishment undoubtedly presents itself as a more ethical and responsible entity to patronize. Despite its relative obscurity, this establishment has much to offer. My family and I intend to revisit this establishment in the future.

great choice for the lovely breakfast

French vanilla latte here give me life. The breakfast menus out ranks mccys breakfast anyday! Fresh, forefilling and delicious (also value for money!!) Veggie range is decent too!

It's fast food but a little bit better. The chicken looks recognisable as poultry. The fries (waffle fries only) are always hot and crispy. The donuts are always reasonably fresh - either they sell well or they prioritise freshness over waste minimisation - either way is good for us. The floor is clean with booth, tables and armchairs to pick from depending on your vibe. The staff actually look like they applied for a job there and haven't been kidnapped and forced to work. It's still the relatively standard chain restaurant experience, but in the fast food world it's miles ahead of the closest competition

Superb mochas, good food and drinks range. Very comfy seats. It's a shame they don't bring the order to the table (as McDonald's do).

Atmosphere was great best coffee ever the only disappointing thing was the fact that they only except card payments which I feel isn't very helpful for the older generation, we have a bank of England for a reason is the kings money not good enough.

Place was pretty empty on the evening we went but the food was banging! My girlfriend who doesn’t like coffee at all loved the coffee so it mist be alright.

Kept very clean, great service!

A much nicer breakfast than McDonald's : pancakes are super light and fluffy and the coffee is really good. Also I highly recommend the timbits (donut holes) - they're very tasty.

I didn't go here though personal choice but because someone I care for likes the place. A positive is its very good accessibility wise for wheelchairs. The food my charge had he loved. But there is very little dairy free choice (major allergen). Also the coffee really was terrible. 100% we will go again. My charge can eat and enjoy.

It was great. Reminded me when I live in Canada and my dad would take me to get mini donuts n hot chocolate before school. Nice that now my son can experience the same nostalgic moments.

Staff were friendly enough but for nearly £30 for 2 meals + 1 kids meal we was quite disappointed. The lattace fries where just random size chunks of potato with a good looking one on top hiding the rest. The chicken burger was bland. They also messed up the kids meal and gave a beef burger instead of a chicken burger and literally 3 fries?? No onions on hot dog when it was requested. Wrong sauces given and the timbits tasted like the breading from the chicken so I'm assuming they are fried in the same oil. Wouldn't go again. Edit: I also believe that staff are encouraging customers to write positive reviews. There is also a few fake reviews. Lowered my rating to one star now. Edit 2: Staff are giving free doughnuts in return for a positive review. If that isn't bribery then I don't know what is. Reviews should be genuine and not based on the fact that you got free food.

For the price this place has gone downhill, "fast food" but waited 10 mins for them to cook the bacon, bacon roll was cold, massive rip off, just go to the greggs next door or costa down the road, dont waste your time.

There's not much atmosphere, it's a bit like a Scout Hall with a few sofas. The burgers are clean and tasty enough without any frills or twists, except the twisty fries, the only option for fries if I remember correctly. I haven't tried them, but I think the best bit might be the bakery stuff and coffee.

A truly unique Canadian experience. Large double double and timbits. Great location. Eat in or take out. Great coffee and donuts. Comfortable chairs inside or enjoy your food on a covered patio. Lots of free parking, pet friendly. Clean toilets. Wheelchair access ♿ kick back and enjoy.

Well I ordered 2 timbits and got a bag of 7! Fast service, I kept pressing the wrong buttons on the self service machine though which was annoying. You cant go back after that. The car park is free for 5 hours. There is wifi although you have to refresh every 2 hours. There are quite a few seats with plug sockets so you can sit and work. Some normal tables, some with big sofas and some with arm chairs.

We had a lovely time today at Tim Hortons. Chicken wrap with Chipotle sauce was better than elsewhere, my son loved his chicken tenders and ate them all in one go, even asked to come back here instead of McDonald's, which we will do. Loved the doughnuts and vanilla latte😍 Thanks to Maryan and Ayun for excellent customer service and the team for preparing tasty meals and keeping the place tidy and cosy.

Being Canadian, I absolutely adore Tim Hortons, wish there were more. We drive to Harlow for their coffee and donuts as there aren't any in East London.

A different type of burger place, more adult and much more relaxing. Food is good but the service always feels a bit slow. Very delicious doughnuts on their own or after a burger. Would always go here rather than McD's

The breakfast wrap was amazing, as were the drinks. The service was slow unfortunately but still give a 4star!

Very slow service for 2 burgers and when they did arrive we did not like the quality of them. Also they got my daughters order wrong (we asked for no mustard or onions and by the time they arrived it would gave been too late to recook them as we had something we needed to get to so just scraped it off the best we could). The lattice fries and milkshakes were nice though, but the main reason we went was for the burgers.

Mediocre food offering, slow service and a boring environment. Probably first and last visit...

This is only the second time I've come here and both times through the drive-through. I can't say much positive about the food except that it's not bad, but not great either. The store and parking lot are always clean. So maybe a sit-in would bring hotter food with better flavours. It is worth another visit.

The chicken was raw and rubbery. It also gave me a bad tummy bug the next day. My friend also had the same experience with me aswell. Put me off burgers. Absolute filth🤮

Drive through - nice and quick! Coffee good, donuts are lush! I have the Canadian maple donut for the first time - oh yes! Flat white was as expected. Definitely on the slightly pricier side of coffee

Order was wrong, and cold, well tepid at best. Milkshake was full of ice crystals. I put most of it in the Bin.

Food quality was good. Probably the cleanest, least greasiest breakfast wrap I've had from any fast food place. Can't knock it, went in for a coffee and see it was only £1 extra on top of the drink for a breakfast which is a bargain in the current climate. I came back to try lunch a few days later as never previously had or heard of Tim Hortons, it wasn't as good but still nice with food service.

While the food was good, the toilet were filthy. I've been to this location a few times and toilets are always awful.

I went there yesterday for breakfast and I have to say food made me dislike this place absolutely rubbish and it was basic thing ham and cheese toastie , I have been there multiple times before and I was trying to give them some sort of credit but this is now absolute joke and this is waste of space close it down and bring mexican restaurant back ✌️

Awful service, didn't feel welcome, slow even though they wasn't busy, they all seemed to be wondering around gormlassly, no interaction within the team to serve customers in a organised and welcoming manner and the toilets where disgusting.

Had a frappe and doughnut with friends, was only give 2 straws, had to go back to counter as missing doughnuts. Toilets were vile, piss and tissue all over the seat. Shop floor was clean though

WHAT HAPPENED TO TIM HORTONS! I wanted to stop for lunch and came across this branch which I’d never been to before. I was genuinely excited as I could remember the taste of their signature hotdogs and the ketchup and mustard sauces. But to my disappointment, I couldn’t find it on the self serve menu. I decided to ask the member of staff behind the counter and she replied, “Oh yes, we’ve stopped serving them for a while now, it’s not new news, been about 3 months or so…” I was shocked, I never knew they stopped selling their hot dogs. But more to the point, what they’re selling now (Burgers!) is now literally a regurgitated version and offering from all the other players in the market e.g. McDonald’s, Burger King, etc. The hotdogs were their distinctive difference and why so many people like myself who visited them. The only saving grace was the French Vanilla coffee. But without the hotdogs, this will be less visited now. Service was dreadful, they had about 6 people working but it took forever to be served. My coffee was just sitting there at least 5 minutes before it was later to my surprise served to me - it wasn’t even busy.

Always come here when i can, tried most of the menu and the food is top draw, staff polite and atmosphere is very relaxed, chilled and comfortable. They have customer toilets and self serve kiosks. *****

Our first visit a couple of days ago. The place looks nice and we were excited to try it. Not overly impressed I’m afraid. Firstly, service was disappointing, we ordered 2 hot drinks without whipped cream. We went for breakfast on NYE so the place was empty and as I was standing to collect my order I could see the lady preparing the drinks adding whipped cream to one of our drinks. Her colleague came over and pointed out both were without but they shrugged their shoulders and put a lid on it and tried to hand it over to me. I immediately said that both drinks were specified without whipped cream and I saw them adding it to one. One of them tried to argue saying no only 1 drink was specified without at the same time as the other lady said oh yeah I saw my mistake can I just spoon it out. Secondly the crispy bacon looked one this (see photos) it’s all grey and floppy. Didn’t look fresh at all. Lastly the sausage patties looked pale and undercooked. Other than that coffee was good and the timbers were nice. The breakfast could’ve been nice if the workers took some care preparing it properly.

Absolutely lovely shop with friendly staff. Great price vs quality of food in best possible sense of it. Their food is not really special but enjoyable on the other hand their doughnuts are No1 for me. Definitely better than Dunkin doughnuts and little bit better than crispy cream. Crispy cream are nice due to big variety but on the end just sweet dough and if you eat few you taste just sugar. With Tim’s doughnut you have less sweet treat and even after eating more than 3 pieces you can still enjoy them and doesn’t feel sweet sick.

Asian guys with the moustache working RIGHT now needs a serious promotion. Very patient, great coustumer skills at this late hour. Extremely pleased with his service

Clean and inviting venue, never hugely busy in the evening. So lovely to find a vegetarian chicken burger with cheese. Which is really nice and fresh! Doughnuts are great, aswell as the fries.

99p meal with any medium drink but charge £1 for a has brown and wrap which is the meal so more expensive than getting a meal with a drink!

It's ok... Doughnuts and coffee are nice, the rest feels like an after thought, bagels or buns served cold not toasted so contents isn't really that hot, the crosscut fries however are really good

Look I am gonna be real first time ordering Tim hortons off just eat. the food was on time but I was missing part of what I , ordered, it was nothing like it was supposed to be . all the chips were cold, the donut was stale baring I was meant to have two donuts but I am glad I didn’t. this honestly one of the worst take away I think I have had how you are still in business I don’t know

Want to loose 1-2KG in weight and a new skill then read more! I went to TH yesterday to indulge my self in a double patty and cheese burger with some hash fries, coffee on the side. I have spent the last 8 hours sitting down learning a new skill, that be pebble dashing a toilet. Do not even be tempted, its not worth the consequences.

The place was pretty dead when I went there in the morning. I got a chicken sandwich and a double chilli nacho burger. They got the order wrong but brought me out the right chicken burger without charging me. The quality of the burger was not amazing and the chicken sandwich was likewise. The sour cherry and apple slushy was good but the lattice fries were a bit underdone and there wasn't many of them. This place is known for its coffee and pastries in Canada not its burgers and chicken sandwiches and I suppose this is why......

We visited here today for a quick coffee hot chocolate and some lattice fries for my little one. Food was great and the customer service was the best I have ever experienced in my life! So friendly, happy and came over to my little one and was making him laugh so much and chatting away to him!! The staff here are the best and all should be acknowledged for superb customer service!!

The menu is great but the ordering process a bit clunky if you haven't been in before. You get your order thru the counter and told you should have already got your own soft drinks out the fridge on the way. Then when you sit down......don't get too excited. It looks delicious...but is for the most part...cold..... Cold chewy lattice fries.....cold but we think its a cooked burger..... And the kids options....lots of options.....but all totally ignored.....they boxed up what they fancied. Looks great. Doughnut holes were nice and coffees not bad (but then I ordered iced so maybe I was ahead there) but won't bother going back for cold food.

Coffee tastes as good as it does in Canada. @MayorOfLondon pls replace all Costas with Tim Hortons.

Coffee hits differently from here definitely going back for coffee. Food was okay not the best not the worst. Place could do with more staff as when I went it was pretty busy and only 2 members off staff you could see they was overwhelmed.

I'm glad I finally came here, I'll be sure to come back again. Lovely atmosphere and burgers!

First visit to a Tim Hortons,wasn't sure what the menu would offer ,burgers were very nice ( better than a certain chain) my opinion, wasn't to keen on the waffle fries ,Polite service.

I don’t think the rest of the the reviews have been to the same place, this place is terrible the burgers are flavourless and come out wrong and the toilets I don’t think have ever see a cleaner, I felt cleaner before I went in.

The shakes we ordered were way toooooo sweet. The donuts not fresh at all .. burgers were okay .. for the money it's a shame as this was our first time and unfortunately not great experience.

Cold chips,meat patties so thin if I hadn't ordered a double burger it would have been as thin as the sliced cheese.... and a water thin milk shake that was like a strawberry slush puppy without the lumps of ice.. ordered as a drive through and still had to go into the place to get the dip they forgot to put in the bag after having to go and park up to wait for a simple order. In short just eat somewhere else.it will be much quicker and easier and you will probably get better,hotter food...
