Burger King in Harlow

Do NOT go here if you want your food within 10 minutes of ordering, so slow every time I come very overpriced and staff do not make any effort to speed up, even when goods been ready for ages they take too long to bag it and hand it out and they call out orders 5 numbers ahead of yours

We needed a dietary request, so we wanted to order at the counter. The staff told us to order at the ordering kiosks, however we said we need to order here. The staff member questioned why, we advised we had a special order that cannot be placed at the kiosks. The people in front of us gave up and went somewhere else, as the staff were rude, and not interested in serving. Once we was served, we managed to get our order placed, when it did arrive. The food was good as it was always. The seating area has had a refurbishment but there is now less space to sit down as half of the building has been blocked off. Don't forget you can use your taste card for 25%.

Arrived at the store just after it opened on a Friday morning. Ordered my food then had a look around the store. Found almost every table was dirty and so was the floor didn't look like it had been cleaned in over a week. Food took over 10 minutes and was cold. I took it back they did replace it but the 2nd meal was just as cold. How the food can be that cold when it had just opened I don't know. Food went in the bin, even the Fanta had no taste just orange water. Worst fast food I have ever not had. Please people don't go!!

The food is delicious. we love it and enjoyed. Full family was happy.we would love to go there again and again.really happy.

Came in for a quick bite on my way to a meeting, the lady who served me named Kelly was really helpful! Food very good too

Unfortunately my sisters and I had to pass on eating in Burger King Harlow yesterday. Due to myself being a coeliac,anything grain related is a no no.( No gluten free buns). I want to thank the really nice young lady who was working at lunchtime yesterday for her honesty and care. While eating anything containing gluten will not kill me, it can be very debilitating for days after. I would however suggest that the signage for any allergens be made slightly bigger..maybe A3 rather than A4..it was quite hard to read the smaller print. I would also like to suggest maybe having gluten free buns on hand for persons like myself who would also like to enjoy Burger King.

Having lunch with happiness there service are excellent they serve every single guest with big smile it was really nice

Visited here with my son had a xl king burger very yummy.fiid was good and fresh and the order was quick aswell.

Its fast food restaurant. What to expect? No too much. Long queue, slower service, not really impressed staff. We were waiting about 25 minutes in queue to order. There was only one person behind the till serving customer, even other person was presented. Found a table, as usually not clean to perfect. At least food was good, warm enough to eat.

Sorry i can not give this place any star rating, even though i was forced to enter a one star rating so that this review could be posted.. i visited the Harvey Centre Burger king on a sunday morning, ordered Ultimate breakfast meal, which was lukewarm at best, but at least it was cooked, no napkins in any of the the holders, had to ask at the counter, as for cleanliness of the place, for a sunday morning with no more than five customers in there, you think moving a broom around the floor to clean up bits of old food and fluff would have been at least one of the priority jobs, instead of gormlessly standing behind the counter waiting for the next victim , ( sorry customer ). Now let's get onto seating, as soon as you walk into the place you are met with three seats with severe damage , and as you look around the place there are countless others in a similar state people are meant to sit on these things and feel that they are hygienic and therefore can be periodically wiped over, these poor excuses known as seats are nothing but germ catchers, let alone the fear of some poor child running up to these things, tripping and banging their head on the exposed wood, or even getting splinters from the germ infested seat,. i shall be passing this review onward to Burger king head office. who will i hope take note as soon as possible, before someone reports the restaurant to the council, this is by far the WORST Burger king i have ever visited and i shall certainly not be returning any time soon.

This Burger King is very dirty with no one in here we stopped to eat all the tables were full of rubbish also on the floor even the closed off area was full of uncleared tables worse of all we were the only two in here with at least 3 staff no one seemed interested in cleaning the place up very disappointing
