KFC Harlow - Staple Tye Shopping Centre in Harlow

Delivery is such a shame. We ordered the variety bucket which was meant to have different chicken and all we got given was 6 drumsticks. Like what is that.. honestly. Aswell as just dumping it all in there. Very greasy. Chicken tasted overcooked. We are very disappointed.

Food order not dispached after 90 minutes. Phone lines are disconnected. Perfect choice if you want to ruin your evening.

I ordered chiken strips and fries, it was done quick but instead of strips i got drumsticks, the fries was over seasoned and the accent was hard to understand

Ordered food. Paid for it. Says delivered but it wasn’t delivered. Tried calling restaurant but number isn’t in service. Daylight robbery.

This is KFC staples Tye. Always have to wait 30 minutes for orders. No matter Sunday Monday , Friday , lunch or dinner. Always rubbish service.

Just fancied a good old fry up with a friend. Just the job.

They were flexible in giving me a bucket meal without having a drink so I had gravy and coleslaw instead.

Ordered at 11:45 on Uber eats was told it would be here at 12:20 hit 12:40 still wasn’t here so we called the Uber man and he was in harlow when the address was epping he went to the wrong door ignored all the calls left the food outside the wrong door (luckily enough we knew the person who lived there) they checked outside and there was no food but a picture was taken and sent to us and said that he tried to contact after we called him 17 times very bad service wouldn’t recommend

I bought 10 pieces chicken and 4 fries 15/3/2024 the fries was over salty the sauce they used for the fries was like as if you dipped the fries in a bowl of salty sauce we couldn’t eat it and I returned it, no apology from them. One of the staff said some people like it like that☹️ It was like food poisoning. please parents test KFC Staple tye Harlow Essex foods before giving it to kids Not safe

Food is okay but service is terrible prioritising uber pick ups over customers actually in the shop, and not only were we left waiting 30mins but they left out like half our order.

Food always delivered cold. Have yet to receive an order from this restaurant with all the items included. Always items missing with no explanation or refund. Not good enough!!

Most sheet KFC that I' ve meet. Waiting 1h for one order. They speak rude and for delivery drivers they are cancelling the orders one by one.

I’ve received the wrong order, so i called the restaurant but they didn’t answer. I got coleslaw, gravy, and pepsi max instead of beans, rice and tango. So i had to go to kfc to change it. They changed everything tho, but i still wasted £4 on delivery for nothing.

Quick make and pick. No issues with staff or service. Lots of parking for quick collection

Food not as good as ten years ago..wings are always dry and overdone..delivery drivers/riders take up the space and get priority even if you've been standing queuing for 20 mins..the coating on the chicken looks brown instead of golden as though the oil never gets changed..and the language barrier between the staff and customers is frustrating for both sides and seen people walk out because of this problem..its not healthy..dont waste your money

Worst KFC I have ever eaten. Chicken dry and under spiced and over cooked. Chips over cooked and oil needs a change, gravy was watery and tasteless. I think this branch needs a visit from head office quality control!!

My partner is an Uber driver and had to pick up and order from them, they refused to give him the order because he didn’t have a bag! They put the food in one of the kfc bags so no idea why he needed a bloody bag! He then had to buy a bag he didn’t need from Lidl! Absolutely ridiculous! The staff were so rude to him!

Not good. Went in shop and asked for a 10 piece bucket. It even said 10 piece on their screen and when I got home there was only 7 pieces chicken. Not amused 😐

Ifyou use app cannot get a refund from the the shop, if they do not have what you order. Have to go on site to try to make contact . I'm not sure I'll bother with app anymore. Not shops fault.

Absolutely ridiculous.. non English speaking servers .. got our order wrong completely. Everytime there's a problem at this place. Food isn't always great either. Sort it out.

Got dinner out & ordered a bargain bucket and 4 mini fillets, the mini fillets tasted old and dry and barely edible I only managed to eat one. The bargain bucket was a bit better but still not the freshest, shame because rarely have a bad meal from here. Left my and my other half not feeling very good the next morning. Also when ordering to collect via the app you have to check in when you have arrived and they start only preparing it then. Makes no sense as I still had to wait which was what I wanted to avoid and pointless to order via the app

The chicken was not properly cooked and its same like raw chicken. I am not happy with this branch. Don’t meet the expectations 😡

Selected the wrong branch usually use ed way. But turned up hot fast and tasty. Full marks all round.

I did call them so many times nobody answered phone, called them again for 30 minuets nobody answered phone, I just gave up.

I ordered my food at 18:36 through just eat driver didn’t arrive at the restaurant until 20:00. It was then showing 20:05-20:25. 20:45 still no update(said awaiting update) I had to leave my house to drive to KFC which defeats the whole just eat purpose. Got to KFC and was faced with the extremely poor service from Farhan the supposed manager. Brushing me off and not even attempting to help. At 21:00 my house mate called saying it had just arrived to be encountered with cold food after waiting 2.5 hours for delivery. This is by far the worst service I have received from just eat and the disrespectful unhelpful staff in KFC Harlow staple tye.

We have had now many take aways that when getting home finding we’ve been given the wrong orders. Please make sure you get it right

Food quality has gone down. Had a meal and now got stomach cramps as it didn’t look 100% cooked, avoid!

Standard kfc, check your order if you going through the drive thru, sometimes they bag it up wrong...Still one of the better kfc...

Presentation and packaging quality is worsening I bought 3piece meal, and hot wings, chips.. and was just dropped in a bag, no boxes, no napkins, just dropped in a brown bag Food went cold within minutes.

Had to wait despite having order ready for collection. Then had to go back twice as order was wrong.

This kfc is so bad was left without drink popcorn asked and got but was charged 15.9 for 13.99 meal and was not happy with response wont return

Ordered a takeaway during a very quiet time, they were so incompetent that all 4 meals were incorrect. Advice for anyone else would be to check your order before leaving. Contacted telephone number so replacement/refunds could be arranged but it appears they don't know how to use it.

Absolutely appalling. My meal was due to arrive by 2050. It is now 2146 & still no meal. Restaurant not answering the phone & according to tracker the driver hasn't left the restaurant yet i am fuming as not eaten since breakfast

Only 4 people were allowed in at a time but the wait was not that long considering I started in the queue standing outside the shop.

We ordered our kfc last night through just eat at 615 PM we were told twenty minutes ,at 730 still no food we tried to ring the shop but they failed to answer as normal finally came at 820 and luke warm and items missing please don't waste your time using these and the staff and managers are totally Incompetant

Ordered a rice box with popcorn chicken. I got home 4 minute drive away & found all the chicken stone cold. I tried ringing up a few times, butt no answer, so I drove back there. The woman took my food & took it around the back, where they gathered around it like they were looking at a dead body. She then remade my order, & decided to eat it in my car. I then found I was given a salad box instead of a ricebox, so I went back in. The woman then told me I had ordered a saladbox. I wish I didn't speak English cos then I would have got the right order. I won't be spending my £s in here ever again

Placed a £25 order with Uber eats. This was at 7:20pm. The food arrived at 9:05pm. Despite being assured by the delivery guy it was warm, when we opened it up, it was stone cold. Very poor service.

Just ordered the boneless feast, and as they seal the bags because they do now when i got home it was missing the large coleslaw, tried phoning them many times but no answer, pointless going back as the food would be cold...not happy...

Slow undemanding service, they have to be asked to give them ketchup or mayonnaise, they put the home-and-home food in a paper that breaks out and it's very unpleasant, the chicken is bloody not cooked through. Sellers are affirming, rude

After ordering on just eat I was looking forward to a boneless banquet and some nice mini fillet burgers, along with some food for my gf and extra sides, equalling £30, the driver arrives and the bag feels light, the driver ignores my shout instead scurrying off, I check the food, orders all wrong, try to ring up, they ignore the phone, I will NEVER be buying from here again
